This property has three bedrooms (super comfy new mattresses)- Queen, King & Single, and 2 Singles. Hot tub, Koi Pond, Grill, Full Kitchen, Coffee, Washer/Dryer, and Free parking.

No Hot Tub use after 10pm
No Smoking.
No pets.

Big Trees, beautiful historic homes and right beside the downtown mall. Quiet north downtown location of this home is a 10 and the neighborhood is a lot of fun to walk.

Easily walkable to downtown pedestrian mall. Walk to the best restaurants. Bakery, Coffee Shops, and Market just two blocks away. 1 guest parking space directly outside the door and unlimited public parking on the street in front of the house.

No Hot Tub use after 10pm

Love having French Press Coffee on Adirondack Chairs by the Koipond, reading/sunbathing on the back patio by the hot-tub, or grilling on the guest patio.

Parking directly in front of apartment door on weekends for up to 2 cars and week days for 1 car. Across the street, In front of the house, available all times but open to general public (though usually easy to get a space)

Just a few short blocks to pedestrian mall.

Park Street is a beautiful location in a tree-lined residential neighborhood that quiets down at night. The walk to the Downtown Mall is lovely and passes by Historic Court Square. I selected this listing for my visiting friend group because of the location, and it could not have been better. While this is a basement apartment, it has three separate sleeping rooms (plus I suppose another sleeping space in the living/gathering area). The two full bathrooms are well equipped and the compact kitchen fully functional, particularly for those who are visiting and probably having most of their meals out. Our group was three women, all above age 70, and we felt safe and comfortable. The property manager was exceptionally responsive and flexible, and the owners, whom we met over our three nights there, were warm and helpful. This is an excellent location for those who want to explore Charlottesville and downtown.

This property is very clean and the beds are very comfortable! It was an easy walk to downtown and Belmont for the market (Saturdays), lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. I would definitely rent this again.

We really enjoyed the hot tub after the race we competed in on Saturday. It would have been nice to know if we could have used the screened in porch. All in all it was very enjoyable and in a quiet neighborhood.

The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. All the little details were most appreciated....such as the plentiful outlets and the motion activated lights at the entrance. The short walk to the downtown mall made it easy to meet up with friends. The hot tub was immaculate, and the temperature was perfect. Thank you! We had a wonderful stay!!!

Great location, comfortable, clean, and all the amenities we needed. We loved the hot tub under the stars! The apartment slept 7 but there was only one couch that fit 3 people, so lounging space was limited, therefore the price seemed a bit high for what was there.

Ivy Springs is beautiful and quiet home that is perfect for a large family and/or gathering of friends. An inviting pool, hot tub, lake for paddling and fishing. Something for everyone plus a fully stocked kitchen with patio grilling. Not to be missed and enjoyed! Would def stay again!

The apartment was in a nice location and was wonderfully stocked. It was more than 2 blocks from the Mall, however we didn't mind too much as we like to walk. Only issue was with it being an older home it was a bit loud at night from the upstairs tenant.

The location is nice. Close to historic downtown mall. Neighborhood is nice - quiet. Plenty of room in bedrooms. Living room is a little tight. We didn’t cook, but it was nice having the shampoo, conditioner, TP, trash bags, dish soap, coffee, etc provided. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This property is a spacious basement space with a private street entrance. My group was traveling for leisure and we enjoyed the short walk to all downtown activities. Everything was sufficiently stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the hosts were very pleasant. This property is an older house in a historic district with every modern convenience and beautiful landscaping. I highly recommend a stay here. Thank you.

With 3 separate bedrooms, we had plenty of room for our family of 4. Blinds in every room, soft beds, plenty of pillows make for great sleep! Hot tub was delightful and the front garden was beautiful. About 3-4 blocks to toms of shops and restaurants on the Mall. Great communication with owners. A major storm came through and knocked the power out for about 6 hours. They brought us candles and Lights to get us through!

Place was awesome, and just down (up?) the street from the downtown mall. Very clean, easy to access and park, and was stocked with all the items you typically will forget and wind up overpaying for at a convenience store. Wasn't sure how big the place would be, but it was just as pictured (if not bigger!)--we were able to comfortably fit 5 fairly large-sized fellows. Will return!
