I enjoyed the house. We are from Portland and I was back to visit family. All of the listing items are accurate. Clean, neat, well located home. Here is the rub, at least for me. First off, I don’t appreciate the home having a ring camera on the front door. Not only is it not listed, but I find any recording mechanism at a property like this to be an invasion of my privacy.
The other issue, there is a cottage house on the property and people live/rent there. So not only do you have to share the driveway, but no where on the listing does it tell you there is someone in a cottage in the back/side yard. Yes, it is separated by a fence, but with the ring camera it just made me a bit anxious about my stay.

This house was a centralized location for most things we wanted to do in Oregon and Washington. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. All the necessities were provided. Jennifer was great to communicate with beforehand and answered all questions.

I stayed here with my partner and family (5 adults) for four nights to celebrate my graduation. The house was charming and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. There are many food options nearby, but downtown was also easy to get to. The weather was good for a few days so we were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard garden. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Everyone agreed that we would definitely stay here again!

We were incredibly fortunate to find this place - our extended stay went by fast! The descriptions on the listing are accurate, very comfortable, and great for our family of four (including two teens). The location was terrific because it is in a very quiet neighborhood minutes away from a great plaza with great local restaurants, a Rite Aid and a Whole Foods. It's also minutes away from the Washington Square Mall and and highway. The house is clean, comfortable, has a good kitchen and laundry and pretty landscaping, especially in the back. We found it well-suited to working from home and used the 4th bedroom as a very convenient office. Internet was solid. Was exactly what we needed and much more, and our host was always available and looking out for us. Thank you!!! Would absolutely stay again.

Very comfortable and spacious home! I’m huge on cleanliness and this home exceeded my expectation, it was super clean. Beds were very comfortable. It slept 7 of us adults perfectly! Kitchen came with everything even though we didn’t use it much because we were in town for a family reunion in Dundee. Location for us was also perfect!
Our hostess was extremely responsive which was so important as my husband and I arrived at 4am and she replied to a message of ours just after midnight. I was impressed and thankful.
I would highly recommend this property and my whole family agreed that we would definitely chose to stay here again in the future!

We had 6 family members stay at this beautiful comfortable home. Every bed is comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped and the back yard is gorgeous. We had a wonderful stay! Great location to see local sights.

Our family of 6 traveled to Portland Area from Calif to attend a family wedding. We enjoyed our stay at your lovely home very much. It is an extremely clean well kept home. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived & through our entire stay. The beds are very comfortable for sleeping & all the bedrooms were perfect for our family. It has a very nice well appointed kitchen. We love the kitchen countertops. The bedrooms are all nice sized rooms. The bathrooms were very nice & clean. We only had one tiny problem which was really our problem not the homes problem. We weren’t familiar with the type of front door security lock & needed to call Jennifer Chen the owner to help us get in. She was quick to respond & we together figured the out the problem & were able to enter the home.
It’s a lovely home & we would definately stay there again.

Our two families were in town for a family wedding. This home was just perfect for our needs. Conveniently located to where we needed to be - as well a nice kitchen and living space to just relax. Jennifer was extremely helpful and prompt to any requests that came up. Would recommend for a family that is looking for a home to rent in this area.

We all loved staying at this home. Everything was absolutely spotless, from the bedding to the pots and pans. The house was very well stocked with laundry supplies, towels, and paper products, all neatly arranged. But best of all was was that beautiful yard, with it's flowers and fountain. It was the perfect vacation stay.

Great house! Our visit was to attend our granddaughter’s high school graduation. The house is in the same neighborhood as our son’s. Very convenient. It was clean and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again if needed.

House is nice and pretty clean with pleasant decor. Location is good. Backyard was loud but I think that was due to nearby construction. Landscaping is beautiful. Some chairs for around the backyard table would be nice. Parking is a bit weird as I think there is someone living in the small unit to the right, but if there is we didn't see or hear them. Bedding was nice and very clean, but if you like or need a pillow-top type bed, you will probably not like them. Great office space and clean bathrooms. Close to restaurants and shopping and in a nice neighborhood.

This home is gorgeous and in such a nice neighborhood. It's tucked away in a court but is still super close to shopping. We are plant nerds and just loved the beautiful landscaping in the front and backyard. All six of us were comfortable evey night of our five night stay. We were out of the house the majority of the days but had everything we needed in the kitchen for meals. The living room is very comfortable with a great view of the backyard foliage and fountain. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet neighborhood
I loved that this house is in a cul-de-sac, so not much traffic going through, and the neighbors were friendly. Both the inside and the outside of the house are clean and well maintained. Our favorite though was the yard. It was a great place to relax as you watch and listen to the waterfall and enjoy the beautifull landscape.

Great house in Tigard
My family came to town for a wedding and we rented this house for them. It’s a great house in a perfect location, walking distance to groceries, a few restaurants and bar. The house is nice and has a private backyard, perfect for hanging out. I would recommend this house and use it again if the need arose.

It was perfect for our needs! We loved the relaxation part and the quiet neighborhood as our place to unwind before and after a busy wedding. Overall, a solid place to stay if you need to be in the surrounding Portland metro area!

We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful home. It was clean and very spacious. The back yard is very serene. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed it very much and would love to come back again.

Fantastic place to see.
We absolutely loved the property. Gorgeous landscaping and backyard for the kids to run around in. Main house was very spacious and had plenty of room and places for our various electronics. Great kitchen with everything we needed. The only thing I wish it had had was more than 1 Tv because my kids monopolized it and I would have liked to have been able to chill in a room with my own tv relaxing and winding down.
