Although not in an upscale neighborhood, this property did not disappoint. Property included a lot of the basics needed, i.e. spices, foil, saran wrap, coffee, bathroom supplies, mosquito repellent, beach towels. The furnishings and fixtures were of quality material and the kitchen and island was large and inviting. The pool and back yard were clean and we spent most of our time relaxing by the pool. Living room furniture has mileage and could use an upgrade, but other than that, it’s a lovely house.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again. We required 2 pack n plays for our two small children, which the property provided 1. Communication was a little slow via email, but extremely quick via text. House was extremely comfortable and felt very safe in the neighborhood walking two children. Excellent location and close to everything we needed (airport, hockey arena, grocery shopping, playgrounds and zoo). The pool did get very full of leafs and did take 48 hours to heat as advertised. But we didn’t mind and still enjoyed hours by the pool every day. We also Loved the hot tub.
One downside was the dryer did not dry our clothes (we did do a few loads of laundry while we were there). We ended up hanging them outside but the dryer vent was full of lint and should be properly cleaned. Minor detail and nothing that would prevent us from staying.
Overall we loved our time there and hope to return next year!

Overall this was a positive experience. When we arrived at 9pm that night some of the bedding was missing but a short call to Vacasa solved our problem. The neighborhood is quiet and we had no issues. The pool although a little dirty with leaves from the trees was refreshing and the hot tub was the highlight. We did pay extra to heat the pool. Unfortunately we had to pay for the whole week to heat even though we only used it a couple of days. The kitchen did lack a lot of basic necessities but we were able to make due with what we had. The toilet in the master bath ran a lot. Fortunately I knew how to fix that so there was no issue there but someone else may not. They want you to run a load of towels when you leave but didn’t leave any washing detergent.

Overall experience was good.. Forst time doing a rental property vs. hotel.. Definitely a better choice… interior of home was nice, clean and ready for us… exterior of home was a mess.. patio and furniture was is rough shape.. had to do quite a bit of cleaning to relax… beds were all comfortable, although the king was inoperable… nicely decorated, but the furniture is definitely tired, especially the LR furniture..kitchen was nicely stocked, but had to do a lot of dishes due to being short full sets of glasses, dishes and silverware.. as such we ran through the paper towels, no napkins proved and all the dishwasher tabs… had to purchase laundry detergent, plenty of towels but sparse on wash cloths… improvements in these areas would make this an exceptional property.. Only one issue getting locked out by the keyless entry… Spent 15 min on the phone for a new code… Location is nice and central to attractions, quiet, but “tired” neighborhood… would stay again if back in Tampa

This updated bungalow was the perfect blend of old character and new amenities— complete with a lovely pool and amazing front porch for your morning coffee. The neighbourhood is quiet but close to restaurants and the river walk. We were very happy to have found this treasure and will definitely stay again. A big thanks to the clean team and hosts who clearly care for this home.

Beautiful home but cleaning people dont do a good job at this vrbo.

Only 15 minutes from ybor city and 7th street, minutes away from Busch gardens and the zoo this is a ideal house if you want to go out late at night on the weekend, cunning and to the bars, or take your kids to a water park/amusement park. It really is in a ideal area around even. The spa was perfect to relax in while the kids hopped in the pool and the kitchen was fully stocked. The house is just beautiful and honestly I loved the style so much i would perfectly style my own house the same way. The sleep number bed was awesome and very comfortable to.
4.7
Pros: Great central location, clean, new, beautiful pool and patio, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable mattresses
Cons: Poor water pressure especially in the master bathroom shower and kitchen sink, no dish towels, no tissues

so i paid extra to get the pool heated which wasn't heated for the first 2 days but the hot tub was nice and hot , then neither was heated so i called Vacasa , they sent a guy over and he got the pool heated but then the hot tub didn't work so i called again and they said they would send someone but when i called back the next day someone finally called me back and said they couldn't heat both the pool and the hot tub so i paid extra for the heated pool but then DIDNT get the hot tub ?? well after talking to him i decided to have the pool heated until 5 pm then get the hot tub turned on (he said they could do it remotely) this was on my second to the last day of a 7 day stay but they never did turn the hot tub back on!! I am pretty disappointed with that whole situation! i wasted around 250 bucks! the house other than that was decent but the water pressure is horrible too ... overall i give it a 3/10 but if the pool/ hottub situation wasn't a problem it would have been an 8/10 so take that as you will

The house was adorable. Getting someone to come and take care of the issues was horrible.
The price is ok but the all the extra fees are very expensive.
4.7
The house was great, very clean, great location. The hot tub and back yard is a big feature for us!
4.7
A spacious, nicely finished home with comfortable pool and spa.
4.7
We stayed for a week. The house is well kept and instantly feels like home. We were close to everything we needed and found "just staying in" to be a great experience with the private pool area. We will look to this property again in the future and recomend it to anyone seeking a quiet time with family, yet still having a good location as a jumping off point for your Tampa vacation.
4.7
This was the perfect spot for our family of four. Close proximity to the amusement parks and a short drive to anywhere else we needed.
4.7
The house was perfect for our trip. It was walking distance to our family's house that we were visiting. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved the pool, the kids spent hours in it. It's in a nice neighborhood and is conveniently located to many of the area's attractions. Air conditioning works great, the kids actually thought it was cold in the house. House was very clean and had plenty of towels for everyone too.

Renting the property and accessing it a few hours earlier than the normal check-in time was easy. We drove down from TN and wanted to get settled after that long drive. The only issue I had was the house was dusty. I spoke with the PM and the offered to have housekeeping come back. (PM was very responsive). The house came with a washer and dryer along with laundry detergent (we usually pack ours but it was nice that they had most of the essentials that I’ve not seen provided in most rentals). I forgot about the sleep number bed in the master bedroom. I had the best sleep all 12 days! Whoever furnished the house did a beautiful job . It is exactly how the site presented it. If you have small kids, the house comes with a pack and play. Very family friendly but no pets allowed.
The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Lots of older homes and access to a variety of restaurants. (We loved Hiccups and Churroholic as well the Jerk Hut) I ate so much Cuban food and bread!
Downtown Tampa along with Busch Gardens were 15 min away and most beaches were 40-50 min away. My husband brought his bicycle and enjoyed a nice ride all over town.

So comfortable
The house is tasteful and all the furniture is very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are beautiful! The location was very convenient to all Tampa attractions. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Reviewer Comments:
Great house but turnkey is an unprofessional company. Called me 3 days into my stay to say there was an issue with the final payment which had been made a month prior. I was out enjoying our vacation while being called and told we would be evicted if I didn’t make the final payment again. I even called my bank to confirm the payment had been made but turnkey wouldn’t accept that. They said make the payment and the other payment will show reversed on my account in two days. Still haven’t been refunded. Made two final payments and the supervisor Michael was useless and did nothing to correct the issue. Nice was to treat customers turnkey. Will never use a turnkey property again.

Overall we enjoyed the ambiance of the property , it was equip for all the things we needed to celebrate and gather for a great time with the whole family , one situation was that the jacuzzi remote and system had some issues, heating the water. But they resolved it after we notified TurnKey to our likings .

I stayed here for a weekend with two friends, and overall we enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautifully designed and well-apportioned in terms of amenities and space. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas look like they could be on HGTV! The location of the house is fairly centrally located if you plan to do things primarily just in Tampa. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and unassuming, so it was a peaceful and relaxing environment to just enjoy one another's company!
That being said, there were some unfortunate functional issues that left something to be desired in our stay. The biggest issue was the water pressure - most notably in the kitchen sink. The water came out not much stronger than a sprinkle and since we were cooking meals in-home, it made it challenging to cook and clean as needed. The showers also had much lower pressure than expected, but the bathroom sinks and toilets seemed fine. Another downside is that the pool wasn't heated. I'm not sure if I just overlooked this during the booking process, but once I arrived I saw that it cost $40/day extra to heat the pool and that it needs to be arranged in advance of the stay. Personally I think the pool heating should have been included in the cost, but it was just a bummer to realize once we arrived that we no longer had the option available to us.
All in all, this is a really beautiful and neat property - the design and visual appeal just seems more modern than the actual "bones" and functionality of the house itself. I enjoyed my stay here, but likely would try somewhere else next time I'm in the area.

This house was so nice!! Pool area was wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend this house. We had 4 guests, we had planned on 6. The house definitely would have accommodated 6 people.
My only complaint is that we were requested to start a load of towels before checking out. However, the management company did not provide any laundry detergent. I feel if that is a checkout request, they should at least provide enough detergent for one laundry load.

Nice, recently remodeled (2018) 3 BR, 2 Bath home in the area known as “Old Tampa”. Neighborhood has some homes not as well maintained as others but neighborhood was ok. POSITIVES: home nicely remodeled, updated kitchen, drawers and cabinets marked with what items were in each drawer/cabinet; MBR bed (Tempurpdic?) was VERY comfortable, Master Bath shower nice (had to turn handle to “8’ o’clock”” and let water run a couple minutes, no problem ); backyard had very nice in ground pool, good size for our family, adjoining whirlpool was very relaxing, landscaping provided privacy, very much appreciated the fence around the pool as we had two small grandchildren. NEGATIVES: AC was set at 78 degrees when we arrived, turned down to 68 degrees, house did not cool off at all. Called customer service; was initially told someone would contact me within one hour, never received follow up call; called 1 1/2 hours later, was told they would put an “emphasis” on contacting me. Heard from no one. By next morning house was a little cooler. At 3pm on Monday AC person came out, was there 15 minutes and left without saying anything to us. House eventually felt more comfortable by late afternoon, early evening. Rest of the week was fine. Only other negative was kitchen faucet was VERY SLOW (minimal water pressure) - frustrating. Overall, we were satisfied with the rental house and had a great time. Other than the AC issue we received clear and timely emails from Turnkey Vacation Rental about how to access the house and when trash pick up was, pool cleaning and lawn maintenance. Workers were courteous. One other negative: the LR sofa and loveseat were old and very uncomfortable. Also, two DR chairs were wobbly and weak. We did not use them.

To start off thank you to the Turnkey Staff this was the most coziest place I have ever stayed at! I loved the gourmet kitchen it had everything I needed to make a great breakfast! The rooms are so beautiful and I totally loved the decor of this place. My kiddos had a BLAST in the swimming pool! Quick and Easy Check IN!
