About this apartment rental

This Hemlock Ridge condo is a beautiful 3BR/2BA unit conveniently located off the Killington access road in the heart of the Green Mountains. The main floor is renovated with all new kitchen appliances, all new flooring, freshly painted and a fully stocked kitchen with all the culinary tools you need to cook & serve your gourmet meal. The main floor has a large dining room table, spacious living room with bar, wood burning fireplace (with firewood provided at no charge) and 50" HD Smart TV. Head upstairs to find 3 well appointed bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower. There also is a full bathroom on the main floor. The condo has high-speed wireless internet (1G service) and the kitchen is fully equipped with brand new kitchen appliances- stove/oven, fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker and dishwasher. It also has a microwave, toaster, pour over coffee machine, blender, dinnerware, glassware and utensils. Store you ski gear in the fully enclosed vestibule with 2 off street parking spaces right in front of the unit.

The condo is well-positioned, nestled in the woods for privacy -but just a 3 minute drive to the slopes. Or walk out your front door and in less than 1/2 mile you can be at Liquid Art, Casey's Caboose, Wobbly Barn, The Pickle Barrel and the Killington Market.
If you don't want to make the few minute drive to the mountain, walk out the door to the main road and grab a free weekend shuttle up to the base lodges!

• Our minimum rental age is 25.

• We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please.

• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings.

• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included) including the outdoor deck. You may only smoke outside the front door. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.

• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.

• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use noise monitoring smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. The monitor is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

• Fireworks are not permitted.

• This property utilizes ladders to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that results from the use of the ladder or bunk beds.

Killington and the Green Mountains offer year round activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Skiing, riding, tubing, ice skating, mountain biking, zip lining; kayaking, golfing, river tubing and hiking are but some of the many outdoor activities in and around Killington. Killington is also less than 30 minutes to many great towns such as Okemo/Ludlow, Woodstock; Plymouth; Pittsfield; Rutland & Waitsfield.

Excellent property right off of Killington Road and a couple minutes from the mountain parking areas. The host was extremely responsive and we comfortably fit four adults and four kids 10 and under. We had everything we needed for a great ski weekend and would highly recommend.

Great condo, great location, great owner! This place had everything we were hoping for on our ski trip to Killington. Location was an easy drive to the mountain, and being just off the main road made getting to shops and restaurants very convenient. The space is exactly what the listing shows, and was very happy with the kitchen. Cooked a couple of meals and had a really great set of cookwear (which seams like a small thing, but a lot of stuff in rentals is pretty beat up). Would definitely rent this one again!

Peter was responsive and helpful when I had a question prior to our arrival. The kitchen is well appointed and the large table was perfect for my group to gather around. The living space is tasteful and a comfy spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. Convenient to the restaurants and bars on the access road. What a wonderful weekend!

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for 3 adults and two kids. The home was comfy and cozy and we thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace. It was conveniently located near all the shops, restaurants and Killington Mountain. We would definitely come back!

8 of us stayed here (4 adults, 4 kids) this frigid weekend (-22 degrees!) and we had a great time. The location can't be beat! The condo is easy access with parking right outside the door. Fireplace was great, wifi and tv worked with no issues, and the kids loved the bunk beds. Lots of towels and clean linens with cozy comforters. Peter was extremely responsive, texting me back immediately after I contacted him a few times with questions, and he let us check out late, which we really appreciated! Only note is (and this is on me for assuming), there isn't a washer/dryer but it sounds like the new owners are continuing to make updates, so maybe future rentals will have!

We were so happy in this adorable townhouse/condo! The fireplace is the dreamiest! It fit all of us perfectly & it was the perfect place to curl up at the end of a long day on the mountain! Everything we needed was provided, so making meals was easy! We were able to get in touch with the property manager quickly and easily when we decided to extend our stay.

Our long weekend in Killington was simply divine! Peter was easy to connect with and was incredibly accommodating. Check-in was a breeze and the house was very clean. This property is close to downtown including the bars and restaurants which was very convenient. We would certainly stay here again on a future trip.

Enjoyed the property. Close to slopes and restaurants /bars. Parking is tight. Had minor issues with accessing cable tv and mild issue with handles on kitchen cabinets falling off easily. Lots of room Nice remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Would stay again.

Great location close to killington slopes, restaurants, and markets etc. An excellent option for a family ski weekend with a couple friends. The kitchen was stocked with quality items including spices, cutlery, chefs knives, and restaurant grade pots and pans. Awesome wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Peter was very responsive with email and communications. Every place that we have stayed in while in New England recently has needed some updating and this owner is definitely in the process of doing so. Will come back again soon.

4C is in a great location near stores, dining, bars etc. super close to Killington Lodges. Sleeps 8 comfortably and had all the little items for an enjoyable family stay. We especially enjoyed to fireplace, as the weather during our visit was legit cold! Very happy with the rental and would stay bere again.
