This newly remodeled Villa Madeira condo is a large north corner unit that has a screened in balcony facing the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect spot for viewing the sunset and dolphins swimming. There is access from both the living area and the primary bedroom to the balcony. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with the comforts of home. 3 Bedrooms/2 Full Bathrooms. Equipped with a washer and dryer as well as internet and cable. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking and no pet property.
Villa Madeira is a direct beachfront building right in the middle of quaint Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. Consisting of 50 units; all units face west and have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from their private screened in balcony. Property was just as described and pictured. No unpleasant surprises. Well stocked in the kitchen and elsewhere. You deal with the owner personally, which is a nice change especially given how responsive she was. We had the unfortunate experience to visit during Tropical Storm turned Hurricane Debby. We stayed in touch throughout and Cyndi made it less stressful by chatting with us casually as things passed. I would highly recommend this property and the owner! The building is a nice size - not too big meaning there was always plenty of beach space. You have an assigned parking spot so no worrying about there being a space. You are within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. The screened porch was very nice so you don’t have to worry about bugs or birds.

We loved our stay at It's 5 o'clock somewhere! Cyndi, the owner, was really great and easy to communicate with. We loved being right on the beach. The location was great! Very close to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Our condo was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Since we flew in, it was so nice that the property had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and coolers to use while at the beach. We would definitely come back! Thanks for everything!

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. View was beautiful with many dolphin sightings. Area is quiet and less busy area of the beach. Place was clean and met our needs. Wish the rental had a few more towels and wash cloths but everything else was great!

At first was a little Leary because it was full payment up front this was back in January usually 1/2 then 30 days before reservation the other 1/2 but it all worked out knew I was safe with VRBO, the beach was family oriented and not crowded the restaurants were great and the traffic was not congested and the water was calm and not wave crashing great for younger kids and old farts like me

You will not be disappointed in this beautiful condo! The ocean is in full view as soon as you walk in the front door. The kitchen is well stocked, there are beach chairs, towels and coolers to use on the beach. Being a corner unit the views are endless from the lanai. Hope to return next year.

This place was amazing. We had everything we needed for everyday living and more. It’s an end unit so you get to see more of the beach and view and more light in the condo and no one next door. So that was a real plus. We loved it all.

The unit was perfect for our week long stay. It was lacking for nothing. Kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and all the beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for our young grandson. Comfortable beds and a spacious clean and updated condo. We will be back.

This property was beautiful and well maintained. The location was perfect... right on the gorgeous beach in a not- so- busy area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great location, right on the beach. The views are spectacular. The condo was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. The ONLY thing I wish was different was the need to have keys to get in to the elevator area and the unit itself. A keypad would be so much easier. Cyndi was super cool and communicative and made the entire experience a pleasure. Checking out was extremely easy, too. We would DEFINITELY recommend this place to our friends and would certainly rent this place again, because we love Madeira beach! If you are considering this place for your stay, do it!

We have stayed at a lot of places through verbal and this was the best never underestimate having three bedrooms the property was kept clean locked and secured and the condo and the furnishings were comfortable clean and very excellent. The location was great. It was nice to be right on the beach. There are lots of restaurants close by too. Parking was convenient. The only complaint was the pillows, so we ran to Target and bought a few pillows that were not flat. I recommend this place and would stay again.

2. Since we flew to Florida, we did not pack beach towels. Not enough room in our luggage to bring our own.. They are provided at the condo, but again they seemed small and alittle worn.

This did not ruin our vacation at all.
I realize this is not a condo owner issue and probably an HOA issue, but the chairs by the pool were also pretty worn.
Someone (staff) was measuring chairs while we were there, so maybe there is a plan to replace them.
Great location , grocery and restaurants close by.
The Candy Kitchen right across the street was a great place to get an after dinner treat!

Nice condo in a great location. Cydni was very helpful in giving us some suggestions on restaurants and the trolley. Pros were location. You basically can walk everywhere. Cute coffee shop across the street. Cons our group came up with were the screens on the porch windows, having to use keys to get into everything and limited pans for cooking.
Also might want to bring you own beach chairs. The condo had some chairs that have seen better days. There are loungers that you can rent in front of the beach but they are the ones that can't be used as just chairs, they are just for two people. Not really good for a group. Beach was beautiful but unfortunately we had a few days that had red tide.

Like other condos on Gulf Blvd, this is centrally located to restaurants, beaches, and more. Great location!!!
The vacation met expectations, but unfortunately the cooperation and understanding by the owner did not. One of the amenities (dryer) that was part of the agreement was not working. This was a terrible inconvenience for a family of five.
I was notified on the day of my family’s arrival (Saturday) that the dryer was broken and a new one would be delivered Monday. The dryer was delivered, but without the correct parts for connection. Promises were made that it would be taken care of, but every day brought another excuse. In the end, my daughter had to take time from her vacation to bring her family’s clothes to a laundromat. While having to take time away from vacation to go to a laundromat was an unexpected inconvenience, it could have been made less painful if Cyndi (owner) had offered some compensation. The mere suggestion of being compensated for having to go to a laundromat fell on unsympathetic ears. Although she did offer to pay for the drying at the laundromat (my daughter didn’t bother with making payment arrangements for less than $10) Cyndi missed the point that money wasn’t the issue, rather it was the inconvenience of spending TIME at a laundromat. Cyndi revealed an unwillingness to accept any responsibility and suggested that “most people don’t do laundry on vacation” and further insisted that my family “should have packed more clothes.”
I different attitude and a willingness to make the wrong right would have produced a much different review.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in process was extremely easy. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The location was amazing! Right on the beach, didn’t have to walk across a street, just out the gate and you were there. Didn’t use the pool because we spent all our time on the beach and in the ocean, but it looked nice. The unit has everything. The beds were comfortable. There were beach chairs and beach accessories but no umbrella. We rented a beach chair lounger with umbrella from a gentleman Cyndi recommended and it was perfect. He set it up every morning at 8am and took it down at 5pm. Highly recommend! There were many places to eat within walking distance. Great coffee and breakfast place right across the street. Ice cream right across the street too! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful getaway for anybody who loves the gulf coast of Florida. The location was perfect it’s within walking distance of restaurant’s and shops The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Cyndi was very responsive with any and all the information you needed. It was truly a great family vacation and looking forward to doing it again.
