Enjoy a relaxing vacation on Lake Guntersville and park your boat in your private boathouse that includes single 35’ x 15’ boathouse slip. Boathouse is on a deep- water cove off the main channel. Boathouse has roll up doors, swim ladder and enough room to accommodate several boats to dock end- to- end at the same time. This boathouse gives you many options on how to spend your day: Fish, swim, or simply relax in the sun on Lake Guntersville.

You will love this Ranch style home on spacious one acre lot. It is located in a quiet waterfront neighborhood in Guntersville City Limits. Home includes a large front yard with view of the lake and plenty of room for kids to play. Evenings are perfect to enjoy the natural wood fire pit and outdoor decorative lighting.

Perfect for fishing and outdoor activities. Our home has a peaceful covered front porch with great view of the lake. The porch is perfect for quiet mornings, coffee and enjoying a great book. 3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bath, Living room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan, spacious well stocked eat-in kitchen, 2 high top dining tables (seats 10), Keurig single serve and full pot coffee maker included. Comfortable bedding in Master Bedroom with King bed sleeps 2 with ceiling fan, 2nd master with queen bed and day bed sleeps 3 with ceiling fan, bunkroom with 2 double beds & 2 twin beds sleeps 4. Plenty of parking, covered parking for one vehicle, outdoor power at the house and boathouse to charge your boat.

Our home has been a favorite of fisherman due to the close proximity of several boat launches and ability to park several trucks with boat trailers in the large circular gravel driveway. Gently sloping lot has easy access to Signal Point Road.

Amenities include: Electric fireplace, WIFI, cable, keyless door entry, clothes washer & dryer, gas grill & fire pit with outdoor lighting. Boathouse TV, radio with AM/FM/Bluetooth & stainless steel sink with water supply for cleaning fish.

Bed linens and ample supply of clean towels are provided. Starter supply of paper supplies, toiletries & firewood provided. Enjoy complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Shower Wash, Keurig Coffee pods, Bottled Water & Popcorn.

Property is convenient to downtown Guntersville by boat or car. Property within short boat ride to The City Harbor, River Bridge, the Bat Cave, and several lakeside restaurants.

Kevin was an amazingly responsive host, which is always a big plus in my book. We were able to check in early and check out late to work around our flights and family obligations. Booked a bass fishing guide and he came right up to the house to pick us up at the dock! (Tim Chandler of Midrilla Fishing - great guy). The only caveat to mention - and this was because my elderly father stayed with us for a night - is that there are several level changes within the house (step up here, step down there)... they are noted with signage, but it was a bit difficult to get used to for all of us, but we were especially mindful with my father. Otherwise, there is lots of space, the boathouse and dock were wonderful - my son even caught bass right off the dock! Great stay all around.

Stayed here for a week with my family. House is absolutely perfect. We had a good time sitting on the porch and relaxing and grilling out. The dock is absolutely beautiful. We brought a boat and kept it in the water. We had a good time sitting out there and relaxing. Would stay here again 100%.

This place was beyond amazing. It had everything we needed and more. The property is so much more than what the pictures show. It was the perfect vacation spot for our family. Lots of parking, plenty of room for the boats, ease of use of the boathouse and perfect in every way. The location was close to everything, yet felt private. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

House and boathouse were very clean. We loved sitting on the front porch looking at the lake. Very well supplied with all you need as a guest. Owner was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to going back next year!

I just spent long fishing weekend at the house, and I have to say this house had everything I was looking for. It was clean, the owners had thought of every convenience, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, there was a great big tv with live tv that actually worked, and everything was explained in conveniently placed guide books for guests. If you are an angler, the boathouse has a workbench, sink, great lighting, power outlets all over the place, and is in water deep enough to hold my fiberglass bass boat easily. The property manager was also extremely helpful when I forgot a couple of items at the house and mailed them to me the very next day. I can’t speak highly enough of this property and manager.

We enjoyed our stay! The property and house was perfect for all kinds of activites. We had plenty of space to be outside on patio or by the camp fire. We also used the large tables inside to play games. The adults used the recliners for naps! 😂We made some great memories!

The house was just right. Each family had their own bedroom. There were plenty enough towels, dishes, pots, pans. It was easy to figure out how to cook using the oven and stove. The refrigerator was able to handle most of the food we pre cooked. There was enough seating for everyone. Parking was very easy. We did have to fix our smores in the microwave due to the ban on fires. Fishing from the dock was good. The place was almost in the middle of where we all live. We would go again.

We enjoyed a fun and relaxing week at Reflections Cove. House has everything you need. The only thing close to a negative was the eel grass around pier and boat house, which the owner has no control over.

Some of us wanted to fish and get out on the water, Great location. The rest of us wanted to go to the Space Center and explore the local area. There were Caverns and waterfalls, State parks, Eagles, Osprey, and a local river otter in the area. We had a blast and relaxed in a comfortable home. We will be back.

I chose this house because of the multiple 5 star reviews, the fact that it had water access, ample parking, and convenient location. I got ALL of that and then some! My family loves to fish on Lake Guntersville and hike Little River Falls and Desoto Falls. Even with weather patterns changing daily, we caught Great Fish and enjoyed the breathtaking falls, which are an a little more than a hour away. This house is also conveniently located close to town. Plenty of grocery stores and shopping. We like to cook and eat as a family while on vacation. The house is stocked with absolutely EVERYTHING that we needed. There were so many extra things there to make our stay enjoyable. The bedding was so comfortable and there was plenty of space for us all. We had many front porch conversations while looking out onto the beautiful Lake. Many Memories made! I will definitely be staying here in the future! The host was very responsive, informative, and provided a super easy check-in!

We came down to stay a few days to enjoy a fishing trip with work friends. This was the first trip we ventured far away from home. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The property was clean and suited all our needs. Check in was smooth. The boat house with the adjacent ramp was ideal so we didn't have to drive to a ramp. Would highly recommend staying here!!!!!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for peace and quiet ,and , with no sacrifice to creature comforts. My wife and I were traveling from Canada to visiting friends and family living in Alabama, over the holidays. They recommend us to get a property on Lake Guntersville and I'm glad they did. The cottage is blissfully located towards the end of a cottage road with little to no traffic. The house had everything and more. From an fully stocked kitchen with all the provisions, inviting living room to the comfiest beds I've experience outside my own home. The space was spacious for the 8 of us, 6 adults and 2 children. It didn't rain when we were there but if it did I know the house would have provide much entertainment with all the books, board games and smart TV's. The host also provides lots of literature for things to do and see in the area. All-and-all, no complaints what-so-ever. If the house wasn't perfect enough, outside the house was were we spent most of our days and nights. From relaxing on the boat house dock as the kids looked for turtles and fish. Playing corn-hole on the lawn and at night enjoying sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows and enjoying the peace and quiet. Can't wait to come back and see it in the summer. The host, Kevin, a true ambassador for the area and “Super Host.” Instructions and details for the house were clear and detailed. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in the property and the the area (As he should). Upon leaving, by accident we left one of our bags in the living room. Kevin was kind enough to reach us to inform us of our mishap and arrange for us to stop by and pick up the bag. Thank you Kevin!

So cozy and roomy! This home was really perfect for family Christmas. The bedrooms were nice and well-furnished, and the bathrooms were updated and well-stocked. We loved being able to gather in the open living, dining, and kitchen areas without feeling too crowded. Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here with our kids. The booking and check-in process was super easy and great communication from the owner. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The location is great! It is on a quiet road with a beautiful view of the water.

We had an amazing time at Reflections Cove! The cabin was absolutely spotless, and we've never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked! Great atmosphere to hang out with family in the large Great room. The firepit was so much fun! We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there and had everything we needed to prepare and serve the meal!! We will definitely stay here again!

This was exactly what we were looking for: plenty of room, place to keep boat and close proximity to fishing, grill for wings and burgers, fire pit for s’mores. It was very relaxing for watching football and playing video games. We definitely hope to rent again.

It was so clean & cozy! Had everything we needed to prepare our meals, start up of toiletries & hygiene products. Property owner was so kind & helpful & always got back to me in a timely manner. The scenery was absolutely beautiful & just an overall relaxing & cozy vibe. 10/10 recommend!

We stayed here while my son played baseball at Sand Mountain Park. It was so quiet and peaceful fishing on the dock during the stay and the house was fully stocked and very CLEAN! Beauitful place and owners were great to work again.
