About this house rental

Relax and read, bike or hike, spend some well-earned rest with friends & family around the firepit. Sleep in, or boat in Woods Canyon Lake. Soak up the peaceful outdoors. Cool out in the falling rain with a cup of coffee. Payson Golf Club only a few miles away for a great summer round. Extend your vacation time with a work/play flexcation : work remotely for a few weeks - out of the Valley sun - with broadband and quiet desk setup.
The space
Full downstairs flat - completely separate space from upper space - 2 beds, 1 1/2 bath, full kitchen, private patio. Spare storable futon for a 9th guest!
Guest access
Residential neighborhood just out of downtown Payson. Park at top of driveway loop or in the gravel spot next to mailbox to avoid steep driveway.
Other things to note
Lower floor is completely autonomous. Upper floor is kept by full time tenants.

This place was just perfect for our stay, I had me and my family come up to payson for a softball that i was in and the area couldn't be any more perfect (literally 6min drive to park). The owner also came by with amazing tasting cooking as my kids devoured. Haha. I would definitely be looking for this place again as me and my family are there every year. Thank you guys for amazing stay

In my 20+ stays in people's homes, I haven't found a place so thoughtfully prepared - down to fresh-baked cookies awaiting our arrival. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

We loved the neighborhood and the downstairs unit was cute. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this place as the tenants upstairs were LOUD, late and very early in the morning…..no sleeping in! A next door neighbor’s dog barked both nights we were there until very late. We also unplugged many of those scented plugins and opened windows to let that awful smell out! Very nice owners but if you want relaxation this is not the place.

They really thought of everything to make us comfortable. They had toys, tear-free shampoo and a baby monitor for the kids, and yet it was an adult space. Nice neighborhood, pretty centrally located - we even had a few elk visit a couple doors down. We’ll stay here again.

This very clean, nicely furnished and cozy house is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are many ammenities and lots of tasty snack options provided. The host is very responsive. The driveway is steep but not an issue to maneuver around in my Jeep. Other than occaisional noise from upstairs tennents, our stay was very enjoyable.

Over all the apt. not a house...... by the way was clean and beautiful. Living room and kitchen were not air conditioned. The camera on the patio was creepy made us feel like there could be cameras inside, and people upstairs did not get the memo on quite time. they were up stomping at 4 am and until after 11 pm. We went for rest and quite. For the most part got it.

We stayed one night and enjoyed it very much. All was as advertised, with clean and new fixtures/furniture. Location in town is central, easy to navigate w/map app. Noise from upstairs unit was fine, no more than from a motel neighbor.

Very accommodating , clean , homemade cookies waiting for us , snacks, refreshments , coffee , enough room for 9 people to sleep. The owner called to make sure everthing was ok 👍. We highly recommend it. Will come back . Thank you for making our vacation wonderful.

This was the perfect place to stay while doing some hiking and adventuring up and around Payson. Had everything you could need plus a great coffee bar and hot chocolate bar plus snacks. We enjoyed the games and a lot of different options for streaming and even received some fresh baked cookies. Would 100% stay again and would recommend.

Th hostess offered lots of amenities, the most popular with the kids were the hot chocolate and snacks. I liked that she also called to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely be happy to stay there again.

2 separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds, hot full size shower, stacked kitchen, very clean, Keurig coffee station w/ variety of cups, excellent hiking snacks like granola bars, water & fresh apples. Oven had foil covered sheets which was perfect for my pizza - & pizza cutter (often overlooked). Kleenex, which is another nice plus but infrequently supplied. Paper towels, full size shampoo, conditioner, soap, ziplocs - everything to make your stay complete. Very friendly & responsive. Would definitely stay again.

All our party of 4 loved this place. Very cozy, clean, good location. We had everything we needed and more. The host was so thoughtful to provide a variety of complementary coffees, snacks, and soda. The beds very super comfortable. All of us got the best sleep of our life's there. Definitely recommend this place and definitely will try to book it for more stays.

The house is very close to everything in Payson so it made our weekend very efficient. It was comfortable and cozy. There was a lot of noise from the people upstairs, but it was tolerable.

We stayed for 3 nights with our 12 yr old grandson. The owner was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. The unit was clean and nicely decorated, the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. We liked that is a ground-floor unit, although there is a little noise with upstairs tenants walking about. There is a transition step as you enter (which is well-lit) and another going into the bedroom area that we had to get used to. The location is convenient for getting around the Payson area. There really is no yard area, but a nice patio with a table & chairs.
