You even can see a strip of the ocean 😁.
We worried about golf field, no worries, it is even fun to great rare players and watch them playin in a distance. Most of the time, you see birds use the field, not people.

This condo was immaculate. It was beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Some of the best rest i’ve had in a long time. Beautiful golf course and partial ocean view. The kitchen was equipped to cook any meal. It had everything you will need including a nice supply of spices. Beautiful and comfortable furniture on the lanai. It had everything you will need for an awesome stay in Poipu. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The property is very nice, although the golf course warden isn't enthusiastic about toddlers walking on the golf cart path after dusk. Apparently even dog walkers aren't welcome after hours. The house has very comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen, and there are propane grills available next to the pool. I would certainly stay here again.

This condo was the perfect jumping off point for our active family of 5. The (2) lanai’s offered a great space for meals while overlooking the beautiful course. 5 minutes (by car) to the beach, market, restaurants etc. super great location.
The pool was an easy 3min walk from the unit.
The kitchen was very thoughtfully stocked. Ziplocks, foil, plastic wrap and snap containers for storage.

I can`t say enough good things about this unit. It was exactly like the pictures. Everything we needed was provided and it was very clean. The complex was beautiful, quiet and close to the beach and restaurants. The best part was the lanai and the ocean view. We ate all our meals out there and drank coffee in morning. We loved the rooster and hen with chicks that came to visit every morning. This unit is in the perfect location within the complex. This is our 3rd visit to Kauai and we`ve stayed at different places each time. This unit was by far the absolute best - hands down! It will be my first choice when we come back. Tip: at night I suggest going to the Hyatt down the street (parking free) to have a cocktail and listen to the live music.

There was a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai which is where we ate all our meals. The unit had everything we needed. There was a little snag with checking in, it was my fault because I missed an email. The Great Vacations person I spoke to was very helpful assisting me. amazing family condo
We frequently stay in vacation rentals, and this was one of our best experiences. The condo is well located in Poipu, and the complex is great, with a kid friendly and heated pool. A workout center is well equipped (but only open after 8am).
Aside from all that, what makes this condo so exceptional was how well stocked it was. We cook most of our meals while traveling, and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, with far more useful appliances (coffee grinder! Blender!), and better quality cookware and knives than we would typically find in similar rentals. The garage was also thoughtfully stocked with beach chairs and a few beach toys.
A really nice bonus was that this stuff wasn’t just the junk left from previous renters, but was in good condition and seemed carefully selected for usefulness.
The icing on the cake was an excellent check in process complete with an amazing (and useful) check in package from the rental company.
Overall I can’t recommend highly enough.

The location is great. While it’s not on the beach, it is very close! You’re about a 3-5 minute drive to poipu beach which has plenty of parking. The lanai has a gorgeous golf course/ ocean view and the unit is one of the closest to the pool.
