Bedroom #2 (aka Octopus) is located on the 1st floor, and is complete with a King bed and a Twin bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, balcony access, and a private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 (aka Starfish) is located on the 2nd floor, and is complete with a Queen bed and a Twin bed with a Twin trundle, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #4 (aka Shark) is a Master Suite located on the 2nd floor, and is complete with a King bed and a Twin bed with a Twin trundle, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and a private bath with a walk-in shower, separate jetted tub and double vanity. Bedroom #5 (aka Seagull) is located on the 2nd floor, and is complete with a Queen bed and a Twin bed with a Twin trundle, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a private bath with tub/shower combo. For your convenience, on the 2nd floor you will discover a cozy second living area with a couch and chair, and desk/office space.

You will appreciate the outdoor storage area provided for guests to store their bikes or kayaks, and a second storage area to store smaller beach items. Outdoor amenities are generally available each year from April through October and include the swimming pool, grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and umbrellas. Weather can sometimes affect the availability of outdoor amenities, so if your stay is between November 1st and April 30th, please check on their availability by calling Proactive Vacations. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
