The home is professional managed by Beach Habitats 30A and comes with a 6-seater golf cart and five bikes. 12 WaterColor amenity wristbands are included, people ages 5 and up are required to wear them
Camp Green is conveniently located in WaterColor's Camp District. With 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a carriage house and comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests, this home is ideal for a family or group getaway. With an astonishing attention to detail and is rich in every amenity you desire including granite countertops, flat screen TV's in every room and outstanding outdoor space with a ping pong table and cornhole set. The welcoming coastal decor will make you feel right at home among the sugar white sand and emerald waters of South Walton.
Camp Greens' main cottage offers 4 bedrooms on the first floor and main living are on the second floor. On the first floor you will find the king master bedroom with private bath. There is also a queen guest bedroom with private bath and access to the front porch. An additional guest bedroom with a built-in full over queen bunk bed shares a full bath with the final guest bedroom offering two twin bunks, each with their own flat screen TV.
The second floor of this lovely home is where the heart is. A wide-open floor plan will give you all the space you would need to relax. You will find a beautiful kitchen with two custom copper hammered sinks, professional grade appliances and an oversized island with seating for three. Right off the kitchen you will find the dining area boasting a large barn table with seating for 11. Just past the dining area you will find the living area with large sectional couch and two plush chairs with a pair of French doors leading out to a large porch overlooking the park.
The carriage house features a separate living area and bedroom and offers a wonderful spot for guests in your party needing a little extra privacy.

This house was perfectly located in front of the Camp which made it easy with our little ones. The kitchen and living room was spacious. We really enjoyed the screened in porches. The house is our favorite after coming 4 years in a row. The only complaints I had are that the washer and dryer was way too small and took forever to dry anything. We will definitely pick this house again!

This was a beautiful home! We are not newbies to the area and this location by far has been the best. Watercolor Camp was out our front door! The property management was very easy to work with and very responsive when needed. Very smooth process. We do wish the home would have been throughly cleaned a little better prior to arrival , as some trash was found left in some rooms. The beds were not the most comfortable either. But over all it was a great stay.

We loved this house so much! Had 5 adults and 4 kids, could have fit more with the pull out and bunk options. We had plenty of space, beautiful rooms and common areas. Really nice to have the large golf cart getting around to the pools, beach, and restaurants. The location was great, peaceful camp location with huge pine trees, very neighborhood feel but just a couple minutes to the beach access. And Camp Watercolor right across the street was a favorite for the kids. We can’t wait to come back!

This house was perfect for my family & our guests! It is located directly across the street from Camp Watercolor. It was clean, spacious & very nice to have the golf cart & bikes included. The rental office returned texts/calls within a timely manner. We discovered a maintenance issue with the hot water in the carriage house & they responded immediately. My family stays in Watercolor several times a year & have booked with various companies. We will definitely keep this house on our list for our next visit!

236 Spartina in Watercolor was the perfect vacation home for our family, with small children, comfortable, beautifully decorated and landscaped. The layout provided plenty of space and privacy for all. We spent lots of time on the screened porches, ate meals on one and enjoyed happy hours on the other where we could smell the magnolia blooms. The TVs in the bunk beds were a nice touch The golf carts and bicycles made it fun and easy to get around; we rarely used our cars. We all enjoyed pickleball, beach time, riding bikes, taking walks and spent lots of time across the street at Camp Watercolor. In the Seaside town center, we found great spots for ice cream, coffee, food trucks, toys, happy hour and room for the little ones to run around. Shrimp Shack had a nice happy hour overlooking the beach. Don’t miss the donut food truck! The management was in touch with lots of information regarding the property and community a couple of weeks prior to arrival. We received prompt replies to our questions and they were very accommodating with coordinating our arrival times. We would love to go back and would highly recommend 236 Spartina to any families or groups visiting the area.

We were a group of 8 women traveling to Watercolor to play tennis and enjoy some much needed friend time. The house was spotless, comfortably furnished, and welcoming. We loved all of the indoor/outdoor space, the well-equipped kitchen, and the location. The golf cart was an added bonus! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Having 6 grandchildren 6 and under required a little different approach to our beach trip this year. 236 Spartina circle was a perfect choice! Its proximity to Camp Watercolor was wonderful, and having a golf cart to drive to the Beach Club was so helpful as well. The house was clean, well stocked, and the communication was fabulous. The house was indeed ready a little early, and the one small maintenance need was answered quickly. We would definitely recommend it!

We booked this home based on the location across from the basketball courts because our son & nephew love playing. Communication was very good; the home wasn’t clean in all areas but housekeepers did return to clean in area that was overlooked. This is atleast our 12th home we’ve reserved in the area but not on our list of best experiences- the kitchen was well-appointed but overall the property did not feel clean- a lot of dust and stains and sticky floors, the bedrooms are also much smaller than expected. The mattress in main king bedroom was uncomfortable and the linens were so worn that they were peeling (it was so bad we thought there must be sand in the bed and this was before we ever went to the beach so we definitely didn’t bring any sand in). The pantry is locked so you don’t have adequate space to put food and supplies nor is there access to a broom on the main floor next to kitchen to keep space clean. The home does come with a golf cart which is a huge plus and one of the best things about this rental. The kitchen is also open to a large dining area and family area which is also a plus. Due to the mattress, pillows and linens we did not sleep well at all so overall difficult to give great review considering expense of the week. The area is beautiful and the Watercolor amenities, as usual, did not disappoint.

This was the perfect house for us and two of our children's families. We could retreat to the guest house, leaving the young families to enjoy their time together. Great porches, great kitchen, great eating space... can't say enough... great house! While there were some cleaning issues, the management team address them immediately and professionally.

The hosts were very responsive and kept in communication from the date we booked until the day we left. We rent houses in different places multiple times a year and felt the hosting was exceptional. Fortunately for our group this wasn’t an issue as we had plenty of rooms in the main house which was very clean and had no bad smell at all. The property management company sent someone over to try and help with the smell but I was told that’s how things get down here above garages. Loved our visit overall and can’t wait to come back!
