I was looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay for my family. I cannot say enough about this home. It was very clean and beds are great. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood. Shopping, restaurants and downtown were very close. My whole family commented on much they enjoyed their stay. The host was very nice and helpful. When we come back to visit, I will certainly look at this home to rent again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

I was vacationing in Coeur D’Alene with my younger four children and my oldest daughter’s family. Since her children were younger and had earlier bedtimes, her family could have their own space downstairs. Wonderful yard for the children to play and the adults to relax.

My family and I had a great stay at the Dalton House. We had 3 couples with 1 kid and 1 baby and everyone had plenty of room. The commodities of the house were great and in good shape. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a large house in a good area with a great commodoties.

This was the second year of us renting this property. Huge backyard, large kitchen, big enough for everyone if they want to be together or have privacy. Can’t wait to stay here again next year when we come back.

This was a perfect property for our family vacation to Silverwood Theme Park and Lake Coeur d’Alene. We had 6 adults and 3 children and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep on. We really enjoyed the patio and backyard, which had a fire pit, a large area for the children to run around in, as well as yard games to play. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was a very nice place for my family to meet for a long weekend. The size of the house was really nice and loved the back yard.

The Dalton house was a wonderful place to retreat to after our days spent at Silverwood. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals, and the gas bbq was fantastic to have for our bbq night. The patio fireplace was a joy to sit at and enjoy the evening. We saw deer wander through the yard and enjoyed the tranquility and the peacefulness of the property. Property hosts were easy to contact, friendly and a huge help when we left something behind at the house. 10/10 would stay again.

Great house - the space was perfect for our group of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids). Had everything we needed on hand, and the location for us was perfect. It rained most of our visit but the first night was gorgeous and we got to enjoy the back patio and backyard area. Highly recommend for those warmer months as it was a great space and would have liked to enjoy it more. Beds were very comfortable and house was clean. Check In process was simple, property manager was prompt in response to messages prior to the stay. He checked in real quick mid-stay via a message, which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!!

Had a fantastic stay at this spacious property! COVID created travel challenges and we appreciated having a safe place to visit end connect. Plenty of rooms for us to spread out, with all the comforts of home and then some. The property manager was thorough and a pleasure to work with. We loved the outdoor patio most of all. Deer came each evening and ate apples and pears from the trees just a few feet from the patio. Large beautiful back yard. The property manager was helpful and friendly. The mattress on bed in the southwest corner of the basement needs to be rotated or replaced. It rolls toward the wall from being sat on. A small chair for people to sit on while dressing or undressing would keep the mattress from breaking down on the edges.

We loved our stay! The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 10 ladies. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, except adequate spices. Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful back yard. The back patio was special with the lights and propane fire pit.

Loved this property! Lots of space and a nice backyard patio space to relax and just have fun talking.

We came to town, along with extended family, for our sons wedding. The home was very clean. There was plenty of space for everyone, and after traveling, we even had. A large laundry room for laundry and ironing, before the wedding. During our downtime, we enjoyed coffee, while playing cribbage, around the large family table. We also enjoyed the little touches of old family photos sprinkled throughout the home. It felt inviting, and took us all back to our childhoods. Property manager and owner were both pleasant and helpful. We definitely will look into staying here again, if we travel back that way for future visits.

This home is exceptionally clean! There were 8 age 16 and over and 2 kids and everyone had a place to sleep. The house is big and fairly well equipped. The showers are nice and 2 of the 5 beds are comfortable. It was a little like Goldie Locks trying out the porridge when my mom who has a bad back was searching for a good bed…this one is too hard this one is too soft this one is too short then just right! The patio and yard are very welcoming with lots of room for yard games and meals! The BBQ was very nice and easy to use. This is also an incredibly convenient location as it is really close to CDA Lake, Triple Play and Silverwood! I think the management has had some bad experiences because they really want to check in with you and make sure you are who you say you are. They were super easy to communicate with and kind. We will definitely stay here again if we are in town!

House was just outside Coeur d’Alene but still very convenient to the lake. Located near several grocery stores. The back yard was HUGE. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, utensils. Internet was fast and beds and furnishings were comfortable. Minor complaint was the need to stagger showers as hot water ran out fast and the living room could use another couch or chair. Overall excellent stay!

I had gone back-and-forth on whether or not I would leave a review. The home it’s self was lovely. Plenty of room for me and my family, close to many of the stores and attractions needed for a great time! - I have zero complaints about the home itself. However, the day before I had emailed asking for the check in process and got a very curt reply about needing to text the host when I would arrive and he would meet me there. No further information until the day of when I messaged saying a time I would arrive. Where I was told to be there with a mask and limit the number of people coming in with us. The hosts wife attended the check in because her husband was too sick to attend. She was very talkative, and not very considerate to the fact we had drove a great distance with children (waiting in the car per their instructions that only one or two people could attend the check in - due to covid). The host kept questioning me about who all would be staying with me and how old they were, I would have been fine with answering that once, but she asked about 3-4 times in addition to the fact that it was listed on my paperwork. Then less than an hour after she left and we were settling in, she came back because she “forgot” something. Again this seemed to be looking for who was in attendance. The following day she came by again, and said she “couldn’t remember if she told us not to block the gate- (there’s literally a sign... and no one was blocking the gate.)” when asked if we had mistakenly done so, she said no, she just wanted to see if she told us. -again weird since we had initially text about the check in; I’m not sure why this wasn’t a text (or really why it was necessary at all). The third day, we had been gone all day and notices that the light we had left on had been turned off, which means AGAIN the host had come by, for the third day in a row. I was happy to check out the following morning. While I can appreciate that the host has a lovely home, there is no way I would pay that (not allowed to put the amount per community standards) much per night to have someone keep “popping in” and disrupting the vacation. For the record, it was 4 adult and 4 children. (Two related families) and we were in bed by 10, so we aren’t a rowdy bunch. I’m not sure if we were being discriminated against based off of appearances, or if they do this to every guest. But it was appalling and offensive, like I was being babysat. No thanks.

We enjoyed our stay. We wish there was a better description on-line. From the photos we thought at least the backyard was fully fenced. Which floor the bedrooms and family room are located would also be nice.

The place was perfect for our family to stay during the weekend of my cousin's wedding. We had 8 adults with five bedrooms and lots of space. The outdoor area was perfect for morning coffee and an evening drink. It was close to everything in town so easy to get around. I would definitely recommend the place.
