About this house rental

Beautiful new construction 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath private home decorated in a modern Northwest style with peaceful fenced backyard. Quiet residential neighborhood with walkable streets. 3.5 miles to the "new" Vancouver Waterfront with winery tasting rooms, restaurants and parks. Portland is minutes away, and the beauty of the northwest is all around! The Columbia River Gorge, state and national parks, the Pacific ocean, lakes and waterfalls, are all with a few hours drive (or less) and waiting for you to explore! Wineries, fine dining, casino, fun dive bars, antique stores, golf, summer concerts in the park, mountain hikes, kayaking, waterfalls are all close (and I'll provide you a great locals list of recommendations!).

3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, recently decorated and outfitted with comfortable mattresses, down pillows and comforters (duvet cover washed between guests), and soft towels. Main bedroom is on the first floor and has a kingsize bed with en-suite bathroom. Two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds. Two office "areas" for working from home, one in the living room, and one in the upstairs bedroom. You'll be in awe of the extensive book and game collections! Master bath with double sink and shower plus soaking tub, upstairs tub/shower combo in the jack and jill bath. Well out-fitted kitchen and dining room with table that seats 6. Washer and dryer. High speed internet and large flat screen TV with Netflix access (no cable) and sound bar.

Private fenced backyard (not accessible from inside the home - you enter through a gate in the side yard) and balcony off of the living room with a gorgeous sunset view and large trees. Small green egg grill on the balcony. Walking distance to Leverich Park with disc golf course, the Burnt Bridge Creek Trail, and the Ross Dog Park.

Pet fee of $100 (per dog, for up to 2 pre-approved dogs). Some breeds may be restricted due to insurance.

Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please watch your dog in the yard - we can't guarantee that there will not be a place for them to slide under the fence. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 5 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Maximum of 5 adults and 6 guests total, $5 per night extra guest fee for more than 4 guests (per guest). $75 or 3% of booking cancellation fee, whichever is greater (to cover credit card fees). This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors! $400 security deposit required.

It’s very hard for us to find homes that accommodate our needs. We’re a family of five. Our oldest is in a wheelchair and has special needs. We also have a dog. This place marked almost all the boxes. Sheila and her team were incredible! We’ll be back!

This home is new, bright, spacious and with high ceilings. It is clean and well appointed with amenities The beds are comfortable and it was lovely to find a home with a king bed. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a small sloped fenced back yard accessible from the outside that worked well for our dog along with a dog park just around the corner.

This house was perfect for our trip to Vancouver to help my dad. Not only was it in a perfect location close to everything, it was VERY comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house is very clean and well equipped with anything you might need. Sheila was also very responsive and kind enough to put an item in the mail when my sister left it behind. We will definitely stay again when we return.

Well appointed family home at the end of a cul-de-sac neighborhood. We set out each day for waterfall hikes, Wilamette Valley wineries, and coast from this comfortable home. More than enough room for 2 couples and a dog and less money than 2 hotel rooms. It felt like a real treat for our son’s lab- short walk to the community dog park was a daily trip! Comfy beds, stocked kitchen with coffee bar, Netflix access made for a lovely long weekend. Thank you for sharing!!

Sheila and her team have thought of everything. This is the most well-equipped kitchen I have ever seen on a VRBO, whatever you want to cook, they have the tools to make it happen. All of the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable, (I love that the master/primary bedroom is on the first floor). The best part was our host, Sheila, she is very accommodating and communicative. The weather was very rainy while we were there, and this place made it nice to just stay inside. We stayed from Christmas Eve to the day after New Years', the house was so festive and inviting, it felt special to us. Thank you for a great stay! Oh, and there is a dog park 2 blocks away, our puppers' loved it.

My wife, dog and I had to vacate our home for fumigation and took advantage of the opportunity to visit family in the Portland area. This home was perfect for that purpose, very quiet, clean and comfortable. Our dog loved the crisp northwest air and the abundant hiking nearby.

Spent two nights, everything was nice and clean and easy to check in. Plenty of options and things to do. My gf loved the bath tub in the master bath, and great amenities all around. The beds were a bit more firm than we would have liked, but that's all a personal preference. Would stay again if in the area!

Great location and so well furnished! It was great to have paper products, soaps and shampoo totally available and not needing to run to store for more. Beds were so comfy and nice linens and towels too!The Bounds cab was a welcomed treat after traveling all day. Love this beautiful area! Thx for a nice family vacation!
