Get ready to be properly spoiled in this stunning home located in Points West, an exclusive townhome community on the Seventh Mountain Resort! This fun getaway backs to Widgi Creek's 16th fairway and faces two large ponds. From the back deck, you can see geese and eagles overhead and a host of two and four-legged mammals enjoying the high desert forest of tall ponderosa pine trees and the naturally landscaped golf course!

This bright and well-appointed home includes a large great room with a massive stone fireplace, high ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen with a Wolf gas range, and three accommodating primary suites. The den features a very comfortable queen-size pull-down bed as well that will provide even more sleeping space for larger groups to enjoy. With such an open layout, there will be no trouble entertaining the whole family with ease. Be sure to step out to the back deck and watch the last light of day dip behind towering trees as you soak in the private hot tub!

Points West is not part of the Seventh Mountain Resort so you will not have access to the resort's pools, spa, workout center, etc. However, many of the resort's activities are open to the public for free or a fee. These include white-water rafting, disc golf, equestrian activities, ice-skating in the winter, and roller-blading in the summer (skates available for rent). The trailhead for the Deschutes River trail is also just a block away when you're craving some much-needed fresh air in the great outdoors.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Awesome house for 3 couples. Having 3 king beds was awesome and the home was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Its location was a reason we picked this place and it was perfect. Closest residence to Mt. Bachelor and quick access to town.

The house was very nice and as described. The location was incredible, close to Mt Bachelor and to Bend. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and the kitchen, dining and living room spaces were great for 9 of us. Check in and out was easy. The private hot tub was very nice except the cleaners did not leave any chemicals, and it was low on water (did they really come the Wednesday before we got there? It got gross very quickly. It was very easy to call Vacasa and they talked us thru filling the hot tub and chemicals were brought the next day. The only other quirk to the house is the heat. The main floor bedroom and baths were chilly. we set the thermostat to 72 and it would heat to 69 unless we left the gas fireplace on all the time and then it would get to 70 degrees. It was fairly warm when we were there. I can't imagine the heat trying to keep up if it was really cold outside?? Other than that the house and property and location were perfect. Thanks so much for the great stay!

The home was amazing and perfectly fit our group of 6. It's a 20 minute drive to Mt Bachelor and to downtown Bend and served as a great place to decompress after a long day on the mountain.

Excellent location, very spacious house. Has a bit of wear on it, awaiting a new refrigerator, some weird noises coming from upstairs toilets, and most troubling was a funky smell in the kitchen. ? in garbage disposal. But, we would come again. I should commend the manager from Vacasa who came to collect the garbage, not picked up on xmas day.

Such a great spot in Bend! Quiet and peaceful! Walkable to the Deschutes River Trail for a great morning hike! The beds were great and the kitchen was so well stocked! We were very impressed! It was so great, we wish it was our home!! We’ll be back!

3 adult couples stayed for 4 nights while skiing Mt. Bachelor. It was a clean, very comfortable home, the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, and the hot tub worked fine. We would stay again.

Loved the proximity to Mt. Bachelor (20 min) and downtown (13 min). Space was very welcoming with three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom with a hideaway bed. Had everything you needed in the kitchen. Hot tub was excellent. Would stay again!

This was a perfect location - very close to Mt Bachelor and an easy ride into Bend. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well appointed. The only nit-picks would be that the digital lock was broken, so using the key was actually quite difficult.

WOW!!! What a great townhome for our ` Bucket List ` golf adventure, couldn`t have picked a better place to stay in Bend. Jerry`s home is fantastic, blew away all of my golfing buddies and my expectations for our jumping off place for our golfing trip. Any questions that needed to be answered were done so promptly and effectively. We are already busy on the planning of our next trip to Bend and will certainly seek to stay at Jerry`s beautiful home at Widgi Creek again, Really can`t say enough about how great his home is and would highly recommend that if you are going to stay in Bend, this is the place that you would want to be at.

Jerry’s townhome is a gem, perfect for even a large family or several couples. It’s beautifully situated on a golf course and surrounding trees, in a great location, especially if you want to visit the Cascade Lakes and Mt Bachelor but it’s still only a five minute drive to the Old Mill district and 10 min to downtown Bend. The house itself is beautiful, with a fully stocked kitchen, large bedrooms and beds and four full bathrooms. The jacuzzi on the deck is a nice addition after a day of outdoor activities! This is a very good place to stay for everyone who value an upscale and comfortable home.

It is really a very short and easy drive from downtown Bend. The home itself serves as a wonderful retreat. If you’re a golfer, you’re in the right place. And if you love water, the Deschutes River will be luring you to bring the kayak, water board, or large floaty with onboard cooler! Whatever your interests, you will feel relaxed when you stay here.
