When you aren't shredding fresh powder or hiking on pristine trails, simply kicking back at home base will be a blast. The lower floor will be the hub for entertaining with an open floorplan, a living area complete with a flatscreen TV and electric fireplace to cozy up beside, and a fully equipped kitchen to whip up tasty meals with ease. The chef of the group will feel right at home with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, a microwave, breakfast bar seating, and ample utensils. Plus, high-speed WiFi is available for streaming favorite shows or working remotely at the deck in the primary bedroom.

Great location. The condo is very spacious, neat and clean. It has everything you need for a great stay. The view is decent. Great heat and a/c. It is very close to the main road and to all that you need or want to do for Sugar or Banner Elk area. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to stay…. Felt like home, very comfortable and minutes from the Sugar Mountain Resort. You can see the slopes from the balcony. Had everything we needed for a stay away from home, will definitely visit again.

This location is close to Sugar Mt and has wonderful beautiful views of Sugar and Beech Mt. in the winter. Very clean condo. Great set up if you have dogs! Only complaint would be that both beds are very uncomfortable, while I realize this is a personal preference on mattress types, go ahead and get your guest a comfortable mattress and they will rent from you in the future!!!

The condo was perfect for the weekend. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. The location was also convenient to Boone and local shopping.

First off the place is really nice and new! There is everything you need or want at this place. We brought extra goose neck lamp as I like the light over me for reading. The place is not very far up the mountain so there is no real Mountain View just trees. But the porch was comfortable and quiet. The beds were fine, one was firm and one was soft. Not a problem. I would highly recommend and would stay again if we ever come back.
