The three bedrooms and only bathroom are on the second floor, with a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area on the main floor. There are also three steps leading up to both the front and back doors.
Consider booking our apartment right next door, "The Loft on Avenue A" if you have more than seven people in your group. This is an ideal set up for family get togethers.
Please note that our hot tub is included but not guaranteed as an amenity even though we have it pictured.
(We do not have it listed as an amenity because it is an older hot tub. We repair any issues as quickly as we can, but our dealer is extremely busy, and we are at the mercy of their schedule.)
