The fully stocked kitchen invites culinary adventures, equipped with essentials including a crockpot, instapot, blender, and hand mixer. Enjoy meals together with seating for 8 at the dining table and 4 at the breakfast bar.

We have pool and landscaping companies that may be by during your stay to care for the property. They try not to disturb anyone during their stay. I will let you know if your stay coincides with either of these.
The pool is serviced once a week and may get dirty between cleanings. There is a vacuum that runs a few times during the day and evening to help keep the pool clean. **Wind storms, dust storms, & Haboobs happen here in the desert, particularly during the summer swimming months. If this happens, the pool will get extra dirt and debris in it. There is a pool skimmer and brush available for your use during your stay.
This home has on-site devices for the safety and security of guests and the home. There is Ring Camera in the front (doorbell), side by garage, and back patio.

This mid century house is super clean and has really nice finishes. The pool and corn hole kept us entertained and it was an easy walk to the lakefront path. Quick Uber ride to the airport, old town, Scottsdale and downtown Tempe.
The owner was responsive at every turn and we will definitely go back!

The host saw my family and I arrive on the ring doorbell camera with our bikes. She texted me and offered me a safe place to store our bikes during our stay. Which our kids loved, the place was clean, close to all the things we had planned! I would stay there again!

This was the perfect house for 4 guys on a golf trip! Communication with the property manager was easy and extremely quick responses. Having the heated pool was great and the lawn was perfect for a game of bags. Super convenient location with easy access to freeway. The house itself worked out great!

We were looking for something Midcentury in decor and not sure where to be that would be safe and convenient. I did a lot of research and then just picked one close to the botanical gardens and hoped for the best.
What we found was a true gem. 9 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale with GREAT shopping. Just a few minutes from the botanical gardens (I normally am not a fan of those places but wow)... Only 10 minutes from the airport... and frankly only about 20 minutes from every other place we wanted to go in any direction.
We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that but the house was immaculate, communication great and location was a dream.

We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The property was perfect. We cooked dinner on Thanksgiving and did not want for any kitchen implements to do so. The heated pool has spoiled us for all other properties. The host was very communicative and cared for every detail. Property was clean and well kept up. We would rent here again!!

Place was super clean , the owner was very accommodating and every way. she even had a box of Crumble cookies delivered while we were staying there. I will recommend this to my friends and family in Scottsdale Tempe area.. thank you again for all your help will be back

We loved everything about the house and Cierra was awesome! The close proximity to Papago Park was perfect as we took our 10 yr old each night. We used the heated pool each day. Highly recommend!!

We stayed in this home, March 12-21, while we were in town for my daughter’s wedding. We loved staying here! The location was awesome. Very close to Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Town Lake, and close to Sky Harbor airport. The backyard was a dream. Lots of seating. We paid extra to have the pool heated. I’m glad we did, because others who were in town for the wedding, weren’t able to use the pools where they were staying. It was warm enough, during the day, but it gets cool at night. I think that is why the water was cold. The kitchen was nice and roomy, which was great, because I was putting together welcome boxes for our wedding guests. The decor was really cute. Several items were from local artists. One of my favorite things, was a skylight over the vanity in the master bath. Awesome for makeup application. The beds had lots of different pillows, which I really appreciate, because I have neck and back issues. I felt safe in this neighborhood. Many friendly neighbors waved at us. There were six of us staying at the home, and we were very comfortable, although we would have liked seating for one more in the living room. I recommend this location.

The house is so beautifully situated. Rooms are comfy and spacious. I like that there is only 1 tv in the house. The whole reason for a family vacation… FORGET ELECTRONICS, ENJOY EACH OTHER AND MAKE MEMORIES!! Don’t get me started on the pool!!! Though I didn’t get a chance to swim, it was definitely a plus for the husband, kids and grandson. The heated pool was definitely what the fam asked for during this trip. The CORNHOLE game was a definite winner for the whole family. Now we need one for ourselves, lol. And to end the night, chilling at the fireplace with the ohana.
Miss Cierra was very accommodating in every way. Was always available for questions when I had some.

Great family visit
The home was clean and we found it to be just as described online. I brought 4 of my grandkids to visit another granddaughter @ ASU. Ages are 12, 16, 17, 18 & 21. The location is close to the university, shopping, food & fun activities. Everyone enjoyed the pool & firepit. We all agreed that we would choose to stay here again!
