*There are 2 houses on the property. This listing is for both houses. The pool and amenity space is located between the 2 houses and will be yours for private use. Please shoot us a message if you have interest in renting out only 1 house (different listings), with the understanding that the other house may be rented by another group. *Please note, we do not allow smoking, prolonged drinking and partying outside. If you’re a smoker or a disrespectful, loud or rowdy group, THIS SPACE IS NOT FOR YOU. The Property has outdoor cameras and noise detection devices that are monitored at all times.*

FRONT HOUSE: 3 Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms
Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds, en suite bathroom

Bedroom 3: queen over queen bunk bed, twin bed
Bathroom 2: hall entry, tub/shower
Living room: large sectional, 3 chairs and a large TV. Smart TV with Roku. No cable TV.
Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dinnerware.
BACK HOUSE: 2 Bedrooms - 1 Bathroom
Bedroom 1: queen over queen bunk, en suite bathroom
Bathroom 1: walk-in shower, en suite to Bedroom 1
Bedroom 2: 1 full bed
Living room / Kitchen Dining: condensed and open format . Smart TV with Roku. No cable TV. Stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, microwave, and coffee maker. There is no dishwasher in this house. All needed basic cooking ware and dinnerware.
Parking: 5 parking spots total. 3 parking spots on property. 2nd street requires residential permit parking. We have hangtags for 2 additional vehicles to park on the street in front of the house during the stay. We ask that our guests bring no more than 5 vehicles unless authorized by Host in advance.

Furnishings and amenities will be as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the owner will restock as soon as possible. Items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
