Welcome to your vacation home 800 ft from the shore! Split bedroom floor plan with a full master suite, large open kitchen and open floor concept. Bedrooms are perfect for large groups with cozy full size bunk beds and full size beds. 2 full size couches open up to queen size beds. 2 very large covered porches, Downstairs Tiki bar with fridge and electricity. Fire pit , grill and downstairs shower. Anyone needing assistance with stairs, we have an elevator!

My family and I had a great time while staying here. There was an unfortunate tropical storm that derailed our specific plans, but we were glad to have such a nice kitchen and area to spend extra time in. There were a ton of board games (for kids and adults), toys, and books for little kids available. Plenty of towels etc. The kitchen was very well stocked with items and we were able to cook multiple full meals. The elevator was very helpful and worked well. I would recommend this place and would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful home. The layout & flow of the house was everything we didn’t know we wanted! Accommodating to us and my MIL that is elderly with dementia. She lived the house and the location and she, along with my husband and I, was not ready to leave and we are already talking about booking our next trip. We will definitely try to book this house again!

This trip was outstanding! The property was exactly as described. It was in great shape in every way, and everyone from 6 to 86 was perfectly comfortable. Loved that we could all be together, but also take moments out to have some quiet away from the family chaos. Soooo many places to chill - front deck, back deck, entertaining space under the house. We never felt like we were on top of one another, and there were eight of us. Plenty of space for all kinds of activities, and a great kitchen, big enough for all of us to be buzzing around in that space without fights breaking out. LOL Communication with the hosts was exceptional, and they were very generous with their time and their property. Hated to leave!

We were happy with house. I liked the layout however the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Kitchen floor was sticky, food/drink splatters on the wall, dust bunnies everywhere, empty coke bottles under the beds, stains on the sheets etc.

the home was great, the master bed was super great, 5 minute walk to beach, beach was great, the kitchen was fantastic very well stocked with every thing we needed, wonderful front deck and back deck , the elevator was great for the luggage, rest of time we used the stairs to come and go , our host was more than wonderful.

This rental has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked to serve a large group. Toys and games for toddlers and bigger kids as well as adult games. The entire peninsula had a power outage while here and the owners were in contact with us on repair times. There were even lanterns available in the closet that saved the day! Definitely recommend!

We had a great time with our adult children at this property. Sufficient room for 8 of us! Loved the open floor plan so that we were all in one room. Very clean property. Beach access was close enough to walk to for a morning or evening walk. Driving down to the beach was really nice for toting all of our tents, chairs and games. Would definitely recommend and will contact owner for our next Galveston stay as the check in/out process was super easy.

Sandy Feet was a great location. The area was quiet and the house was GREAT. The lift was a lifesaver for me and my disabled daughter in law. The house had all the essentials needed. The game closet was enjoyed by us all. Great a/c!! We would definitely stay here again.

Oh my goodness! The best beach house we have ever rented. We brought a group of friends who have never had the beach house experience. There was 7 1/2 of us total (all adults and 1 toddler) and we still had plenty of room. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is so much better! We will be repeat customers. The back lot was perfect for the truck and trailer (we brought 2 golf carts and 1 mini bike). We took advantage of one of the BBQ pits. This place is just amazing. 10 stars!!

For 3 yrs we’ve done something ‘different’ for Thanksgiving and this ranks up there with perfect! Very clean, easy check in, amenities exactly as described. The elevator is a major plus because that meant we could bring mom and her walker who cannot do stairs at all. We had a wonderful relaxing time. The only thing I wish there had been was a gate at the top of the stairs (our dog escaped and she thinks you’re playing while trying to catch her!) all ended well and will definitely want to be here again! Thanks so much for helping us make new memories!

Overall it was a great stay for my family and myself. My Grandmother and the kids arrived first and initially had an issue with the elevator and key lock box. The owner responded promptly though and notified both my Grandma and myself with a resolution and ultimately it got resolved. The house has a large kitchen and table which were great for cooking and having our meals all together. I would recommend someone to stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 6, 10, 12). Everything was super clean - better than some other places we’ve rented! Sandy Feet Retreat was well equipped with anything and everything that we needed, really above and beyond. Only drawback (and not that important to us) was we didn’t have a good water view. But, it is just a short walk to the beach and conveniently located to restaurants and grocery. We also enjoyed the laidback feel of Crystal Beach itself - not the crowds that you experience in more touristy places.

Perfect size home for a family near the beach

We enjoyed our stay at the Sandy Feet Retreat. There were 8 of us and enough beds for everyone to sleep alone, thanks to the two fold out couches. The property owners were easy to communicate & work with. When we arrived the property was still being cleaned because the previous renters had left it trashed. I didn't even ask but the owner said to not worry about the checkout time and stay as long as we needed to on that final day. We would recommend this property to others.
