About this apartment rental

Spacious comfortable family living in an upper-level private home. Great for groups with kids! Decorative Fireplace, Full Kitchen, Dishwasher, Stove, Washer/Dryer. Gated parking garage & carport. Features 3 Roku TV, PS3 gaming & fast WiFi. Hardwood floors. Beds: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Full, 4 Single, Pack'n'play, High Chair, Car Seat, Movies and Games. Tea, coffee, all linens & towels provided. 12 Min to SFO 12 Min to San Francisco! 15 Min Walk to BART Please note there is no yard or outdoor area for guest use. There is a tenant that lives downstairs in a totally separate apartment but the driveway and garage are shared. You will have a designated parking space in the attached garage and a designated parking space on the driveway. Parking is located inside a gated alley that is only accessible to residents on this block. The laundry is located in the garage and is shared with the downstairs tenant. Laundry hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM only.

Quiet and nice neighborhood, with easy access to shops and also to the city. Our party was quite large but the spacious apartment accommodated all of us easily. We travelled with a full passenger van that could fit in the back driveway leading to the garage.

Excellent location - easy to get to all the local attractions of San Francisco. Property as described - lots of sleeping options, plentiful towels/linens, well equipped kitchen. Loved the location - quiet and peaceful at night.

It was clean. Had alot of room. Wasn't sure staying with kids how the person below would like. One thing I thought it needed was a rail for the last steps at the very top going in the unit. It also would have been nice to have paper towels and kleenex.

This home has a lot of potential. The good-gated, good location, nice size apartment, great communication with owner. The bad - broken blinds creating holes throughout the apartment so you don’t feel you have privacy at night-should replace or hang up curtains-the furniture in the dining room and living room should be replaced. They all have coveralls and to me I don’t like fabric because you don’t know if it is clean but it also cheapens the look of this beautiful living room and dining room. Would I recommend yes once the blinds situation is fixed.

This was such a great place for my family. Plenty of space. Easy access to the property. Close to restaurants and stores. Maria checked in throughout and made sure everything was going well. I’d stay again!

Property was even better in person than in the pictures. The location is awesome. literally we caught the bus from outside the apartment to the BART and used that as the base for transport. Everything in the apartment was fantastic - from a full kitchen to comfy beds and a full washing machine and tumble dryer. I would highly recommend it for families! IF I ever went back to San Fran, we would stay there again!

We were there for five days and enjoyed every day. There were so many beds. The kitchen was perfect and stocked. I was very pleased, and it was worth the money.

We had a lovely stay in SF. The location was great, a short drive to the city. The place was very clean and well stocked. Definitely recommend it for small families or groups.
