The Swift offers all the comforts of home. While you're here, enjoy our large inviting living room, a fully stocked kitchen, luxury amenities, and sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests! It's the perfect place to crash after an exciting day out in NWA.

Walk through our entryway and you'll find yourself in the main area of the house. To the left, is our living room, which is undoubtedly our favorite part of the house. Not only do we love the open floor plan, but we love how bright and inviting this space is. Curl up on one of our leather couches or lounge chairs and dive into a good book or stream a movie on our 70-inch Roku TV. We guarantee you'll be spending all your time here!

Our kitchen can be found to the right of our living room. It's fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a drip coffee maker, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. Here, you'll also find our four barstools, which sit between the living room and the kitchen. Through the kitchen, you'll see our 8-top woodgrain dining table. This space is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play a few board games.

At the end of the day, choose from one of our EIGHT luxury beds:
(1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, dresser, 43-inch Roku TV and stunning en suite bath.
(2) Our first Queen bedroom is complete with a closet, luxury bedding and nearby bath.
(3) Our second Queen bedroom has a closet and nearby bath.
(4) Our third Queen bedroom features a closet and nearby bath.
At the top of the stairs, you'll find our:
(5-6) Twin bed and Twin trundle.
Back downstairs:
(7-8) Our two couches pullout into two Twin beds.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

We. Were visiting family and stayed here with other out of town family members. The house is spacious and clean. The property managers are very responsive. The only complaint that I have is that they don’t have many pots or pans. We cooked most nights so I actually went out and bought a cheap pot and pan at the Walmart. There are plenty of dishes though . Overall, it is a great place to stay.

This property is a GREAT deal for either a large family or several friends. The price is unbeatable. Four bedrooms and 2 full baths affords everyone a little privacy when it's time to get away. When we first arrived, we were unable to get into the home as the code provided was not working. It really is easiest with this management company to use texting instead of calling. It took over an hour for someone to call us back, but each text was almost immediate. The kitchen had the basics but if you plan on cooking/bring what you need. Walmart is very close and has an easy order ahead/pick up service. The beds are all firm but comfortable. There is no outdoor furniture or chairs so bring those if you want them. For the price this is unbeatable, but it is also basically a larger option then hotel or RV so whatever luxuries you want, you will need to provide. We were very close to UofA as well as the Downtown Historic Area, Mount Sequoia lookout, and all that we were there to experience. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and quiet - something we really appreciated. We had zero complaints and was happy to have found this home.

This property is very clean and bright. The green space view out the back was very nice. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The neighborhood seemed safe and was quiet. Great communication with VRBO. Checking in and out was easy. I would highly recommend this VRBO and would definitely stay here again.

We were 5 moms from KC in town to celebrate our daughters Moms Weekend. The house was perfect!! All of us were able to stay comfortably and even have our daughters stay with us. Our only critique is not having any blinds in the 1/2 bath. Otherwise-the place was perfect. We also loved that your prop mgmt co provided shampoo/conditioner and hand soap. Such a nice treat! We will definitely book thru your company again (directly this time, though and not thru VRBO now that we know you exist). And last- the text line you provided was so great. The responsiveness was very impressive. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property during our visit to Fayetteville! The house was very clean and well maintained! The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with via text and responded quickly with any needs or questions we had. The neighborhood was safe and friendly and close to downtown. I would recommend and stay here again!

This property was nice. The neighborhood is nice and a good distance to U of A and the downtown area. Easy access to get in and out. The surrounding area is a little shady but you can tell it is being renovated and updated. Beds were comfy and the house was well equipped. Good value for our family to come visit our daughter at college!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and very spacious. Communication was good with host. We would have like some more amenities such as coffee and tea and welcome snacks. We have always received that at other VRBO. We had to go buy our own coffee and waters. Minor detail, other than that it was a great stay.

Beautiful home with open floor plan and plenty of space for the entire family. We stayed with extended family and it was the perfect fit for us. Beautiful, spacious open first floor, with room to gather together and plenty of bedrooms upstairs for each family to have their own space. Thoughtfully decorated, very clean, and we loved that shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, and soaps were provided. Check in was easy, and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!
