The house has a Living/Dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher. Two bedrooms with a queen bed on the first level and one with a queen bed, a futon upper level. A day bed with a trundle and two extra mattresses. With a lot of extra bedding. One full bath at each level of the house.

I have been living (next door) for 5+ years never had any safety issues. But considering Buffalo is not that rich town. This area is not like Buffalo downtown. It's a little less updated, sidewalks are not that well maintained. Most of the houses next to this house are generally maintained but if you go around you might see the old (not well maintained) house.
I never had a safety issue but providing details about locality so that one won't get shocked if coming from a big city etc.

We provide shovels to assist with snow removal; however, we do not offer snow shoveling services. Guests are responsible for making their own arrangements for snow clearing.
