2,472 sq ft luxury beach house with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Step onto the charming front porch and in through the front door, and you're met with abundant natural light flowing into the open and inviting living space. The alluring scored concrete floors leads you into a beautifully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. Out the back of the property is an expansive deck and grilling area. It overlooks a lush wooded greenspace, offering exceptional privacy and creating your personal backyard sanctuary, ideal for entertaining guests and enjoying dinner outside.

Location, Location, Location. Walking distance to the beach (5 min), Seacrest pools (4 min), Rosemary Beach (5 min), Alys Beach (10 min), restaurants (1 min), shopping (1 min) and all of 30A East has to offer, Free tram service is also provided with a stop right in front of the house.

Plenty of space to sleep up to 14 people, 4 large bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Great for large gatherings. Check out current stellar reviews on the OTHER big platform.

*Centered within the community is the Lagoon. This 378,000-gallon pool is one of the largest private pools in the state of Florida and is open year-round.
*The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies and weddings are held. It is also great for a pick-up game of Bocce or Frisbee throwing.
*Tram Service - From March through October, the Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram spots in the neighborhood to the beach or Lagoon.
*Deeded beach access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30A.
*The Village of South Walton (right next door), Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach , offer an array of excellent local restaurants and shopping options within walking distance.
*Over 1.35 miles of shaded walking trails winding through the community.

** Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to make the reservation, check-in into the property and must stay during all booked nights. 7 night minimum stays during Spring Break & Summer. Golf Carts not permitted in Seacrest Beach Neighborhood per HOA rules, sorry.

Property was exactly as described. Beautiful home. Nicely stocked in kitchen. Great communication with host. Very close to the front of Seaside. Coffee. Restaurants. Live music. A 2 minute walk. Great outdoor area with grill. Loved it. Very spacious. Will stay again.

All I can say is WOW! Great house, great location, great amenities. We came to 30A for the first time with family and this house did not disappoint. It was centrally located (very close to the community pool and local restaurants/stores). The house was very clean, had plenty of extra towels/linen, and even had games for the family to play (We really enjoyed the 1000 piece puzzle). Will def be visiting again!

The house was amazing, location was amazing. Communication with property manager was top notch, allowing my family to check in early as house was cleaned earlier than expected. The location of this house in this neighborhood in our opinion was what we loved most about it. 5min walk to big pool, 2 min walk to all food in Seacrest & 10min walk from downtown Rosemary. We will stay here again next year for sure. Enjoy!

This house was great! Very comfortable and well stocked with extras. Good location to the beach and shopping! A little on the noisy side with garbage trucks and delivery trucks! But overall a great stay!!

We loved the location of the house, as well as its layout. Everyone had their own space and there was also nice spots for hanging together. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great location, but…

Great location, but…

This was a great house in a great location. Deb, the host, was very helpful during our trip. We (2 moms) took ten 16 and 17 year old girls to stay here for spring break. Although told there’d be a starter supply of soaps, shampoo and conditioner (none), dishwasher detergent, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc., the supply was very inadequate, even for a “starter supply.” There were not enough bath towels for a large group of girls, and two of the extra blankets were musty and had to be washed before we could use them. All of this would have been fine, a minor inconvenience, easy to look past. However, we were told after we left that the house was in “bad shape.” Once pictures were finally provided - 2 weeks later - we received pictures of unemptied trash cans and make up on towels and then charged an additional significant fee on top of the already steep cleaning fee. They did have check out instructions which included taking out the last of the trash, and I apologized for not doing this one final time. But, that extra fee for trash and some extra laundry seemed very excessive to us. We were also blamed for a missing knob on the stove. The mom who cooked mentioned that it was missing, and unfortunately we didn’t take a picture and send it to the host immediately. Our bad. I don’t want to discourage people from renting this property, but do be aware that if you do, plan to spend your last day of vacation cleaning as if your mother-in-law is coming over for dinner so that the cleaning crew will have a nice clean house to clean :/
