Gorgeous Ocean Grove Home. Rebuilt in 2004 and renovated in 2021 with modern amenities but still boasting Ocean Grove's classic charm. The first floor has an open floor plan with two distinct living areas, a modern kitchen, and a dining area. Sliding doors open onto a wonderful and spacious deck and fenced in backyard. Lots of room for friends and family. The first floor also boasts a half bath and laundry room.
The second floor has four bedrooms which include a bedroom with an adjoining loft space with vaulted ceilings. Each bedroom has loads of windows, natural light, plenty of closet space, and shares a spacious deck overlooking the backyard. The home comes fully equipped and furnished. Four beach oasses included!!

The house is great, open floor plan downstairs with plenty of beds upstairs, and nice little outdoor niches. Location is fantastic, just 3-4 min. walk to the heart of Asbury Park shops, restaurants, etc. which is particularly helpful because OG is a little light on such things. Hosts were super helpful, answered any Q's quickly, things like linens and towels were clean and plentiful. On my next trip down to the NJ shore, it's this house again. Full stop.

Absolutely loved this property. Beautiful home, plenty of space to spread out and relax. The backyard was an unexpected bonus. Stunning neighborhood within walking distance of the beach and downtown area. Very responsive and friendly just! Parking can be intimidating, particularly on the weekend, but it always worked out. We will definitely return. Thank you!!!

This house was very nice. We parked our car when we got there and didn't move it until we left. Lots of stuff in walking distance and very convenient. Approximately and 1 mile walk to the Asbury Park boardwalk and beach.

Our family had an amazing time at this beach house! The location was perfect, just steps away from downtown Asbury Park. The house itself was spacious and modern, providing ample room for everyone to relax comfortably. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure our stay was memorable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Every year, our group of old friends from all over comes together for the Big Flea in Ocean Grove. This is our 2nd time staying in this lovely home. The outdoor area is one of the best in OG, perfect for just enjoying time together. House is very well-appointed and had everything we needed. Hosts are great! Easy, quick communications. Highly recommend and we’d stay again!

The place was very charming and a perfect fit for our group. We had a great week! Owners were very responsive to our questions. We were a little disappointed in the quality of the central AC system however they did have supplemental units which compensated. Also, the TV does not come with a cable service, only streaming.

Had a great stay in Ocean Grove. The house is amazing and very clean with a great kitchen and back yard for hanging out in. Very close to Asbury restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and it was great that I could bring my two dogs. I hope to back again! Thank you!

I've stayed at a lot of beach rentals and this house is really one of my faves - new in all the right places and old in many charming ways, ample areas for family to spread out, lots of outdoor seating and a really well equipped kitchen if you feel like cooking.

This place is hands down one of the best rental properties I’ve had a pleasure of staying in!! I honestly love coming to a property and seeing it very well maintained and super CLEAN! This place is in a perfect location.. everything is in walking distance (beach, coffee shops, restaurants, etc). We were initially worried about parking because it was only street parking, but there were plenty of spots in the area! This place was able to accommodate me and my family for a nice weekend getaway (6 adults, 2 toddlers and 3 pups). Highly recommend this place to everyone! My family and I will definitely plan to stay here again for our future beach getaways! Thank you !!

We loved this property! Everything was walkable, there was plenty of room, and plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. Updated kitchens and baths, and dog friendly to boot! The owners were very responsive and generously accomodating. What a pleasure to stay here, we will be back sooner rather than later. Highly recommend!

Hosts were communicative and generous in every way. The house is stocked with high-end appliances, crazy-fast Wi-Fi, amazing AC. The neighborhood is quaint and pretty. I loved our stay and felt not only at home, but pampered by the domicile.

This was a wonderful property and experience for my family. We have six children ages 16-3. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. I was able to close the teens in rooms with doors so they could sleep late. The owner communicated that the queen room had the most privacy and we were happy to have that room which also had the balcony. I contacted the host MANY times with questions and always got a kind, thoughtful prompt answer. We all unplugged and enjoyed many evenings visiting and listening to music. The location was great to explore Asbury Park, the Beach as well as walk outside of Ocean Grove and grab snacks (the teens, pre-teens). I highly recommend this property!

We were a group of 8 - my 92 year old mom, my sister’s family, and my family. The location was ideal - walking distance to the more chill Ocean Grove beach and the more retail oriented Asbury Park. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. All of us loved the indoor and outdoor spaces. The central air was immensely appreciated on the extra hot days. No one wanted to leave. We are looking forward to our next trip!

My family and I haven't ever been on a family vacation. So, I chose my mother's 70th to do just that! I happened upon this brand new location and it did not disappoint. Everything was clean. There was the perfect amount of space for all of us as well. It was perfect!! Although the patio space was beautiful, I really personally enjoyed the ambiance of the front porch surrounded by foliage. It was perfect sitting out there in the morning and at night. And the location can't be beat. 1 block from a lake and walkway. Also 1 block from downtown Asbury Park. You get the quaintness of Ocean Grove with all the old homes mixed with the hustle and bustle of Asbury right next door. Also, Odyssey Coffee was really really good!

Great family getaway

We loved staying at Steve and Bronagh’s. Bronagh was extremely responsive leading up to the trip and during our stay. We were impressed with how clean the house was and it was a great amount of space. We loved the location too. It is a quick walk to lots of great restaurants on Cookman in Asbury Park as well as Main Street in Ocean Grove. We loved that we were in between and could easily get to both. The beach is about 15 minutes away but it was very doable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

We usually stay closer to Pilgrim Pathway when our group comes each year for the Big Flea. While this house was further away, it was still manageable and gave us such easy access to the footbridge to Asbury. The outdoor space can’t be beat! It’s amazing. Hosts were very responsive and so easy to work with. We loved it!
