Situated on nearly 2 acres, overlooking Lake Travis, this resort-like property provides a luxury main house with an additional charming cottage for you and your guests, comfortably sleeping 16 people, or up to 22 (with available luxury AeroBed PillowTop mattresses), with a maximum of 120 gathering during the day.
Offering a beautiful view from the terrace that looks out upon the private refreshing heated pool and spa, this is all about lakeside elegance. Whether you are wanting a special place to gather for a holiday, celebrate a family reunion, birthday party, small to medium wedding, wedding shower, baby shower, church event, corporate off-site, graduation celebration, seeking a self-care trip, or just need a wonderful get-a-way, our Noble Lake House is a unique setting for such an occasion!
The Noble Lake House has a pleasing sense of openness, enabling you to feel connected to nature. From the moment you enter the property's main house, its expansive light-filled space displays soaring ceilings and lake views, inviting you to refresh your soul. With an ideal floor plan, every part of the house is on one main level with a living room, huge kitchen, 2 dining areas, a master bedroom, 6 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms (please see below regarding the cottage and its 2 bedrooms and bathroom that are included in the rental with the main house). Sleeping accommodations are a total of 6 bedrooms and 9 beds, or a total of 15 beds when including the 6 additional available inflatable mattresses. Both the lovely main house and the charming cottage are both included together when renting the Noble Lake House.
MAIN HOUSE ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES:
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, glasses, pots/pans, place settings, a Keurig coffee maker with pods, spices, condiments, and more. It is conveniently accessible from both the formal dining room that seats guests, and the other dining area with seating for guests. The kitchen bar also seats an additional people.
Adjacent to the kitchen and both dining areas is the beautifully furnished living room, which highlights the lake and pool views, providing enough space for large gatherings to never feel crowded, especially while using the flat screen TV or Bluetooth stereo system for entertainment.
Each of the main house bedrooms are staged for your comfort and are equally quite large, ready for you and your guests. When planning for sleeping arrangements, please note that the master bedroom has a king size bed, and all of the secondary bedrooms have queen size beds. One of the bedrooms has a sleeper sofa, allowing a total of 4 queen beds. Therefore, a total of 9 people can sleep in the main house. The oversized master bathroom has a jetted tub, as well as, a large walk-in shower.
MAIN HOUSE OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AMENITIES:
Our estate grounds will be a delight to you and your guests from the covered and uncovered patios, luxury pool and spa, fire pits, additional deck down by the water, and the small enclosed beach with lounge chairs and limestone benches. A variety of lawn games, such as volley ball, badminton, croquet, and ping pong are also here for you to enjoy. And of course, an outdoor grill is available with BBQ utensils and outdoor tables and chairs for dining al fresco.
We have a two kayaks, canoe, and four SUPs (stand up paddle boards) at the property available for you and your guests to enjoy. It’s included with the property. There is also the paddles and various sizes of life vests to choose from. Enjoy access to the lake directly from the property.
COTTAGE ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES:
Our 2-story cottage can sleep as many as 7 people by using a combination of the sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room and both of the bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a double bed with a twin size bed in the form of a bunk.
The cottage has its own private fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 guests, living room with flat screen TV and Bluetooth stereo, a bathroom w/shower, its own private deck with chairs, a patio bar set for 6 people, and even a hot tub.
THE NOBLE LAKE HOUSE LOCATION:
You will find that the Noble Lake House and its charming cottage are nestled in a peaceful acreage spot on Lake Travis that truly feels far from the city in the gorgeous northwest entrance of the Texas Hill Country, yet it's just a short drive to town to Cedar Park.
Whether it's spring, summer, fall or winter, the lake is a perfect place to be! Even sitting on the main house covered terrace during a rain shower with a glass of wine is lovely. And if you find you want to explore beyond the lake, there are many amenities, activities, and entertainment in the surrounding communities.
Located in Leander off of 1431, you are 15 minutes away from retail, restaurants, movie theaters, entertainment, the HEB Center, and other venues for live concerts and major events. Therefore, you get the best of both worlds, privacy in a beautiful natural setting and the close proximity to all modern conveniences, including the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and Downtown Austin that are just 40 minutes away.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
The Noble Lake House and cottage are yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay with the exception of the garages. Guest amenities do include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer in the main house.
This property is perfect for weekend retreats, vacations, corporate off-sites, weddings, family reunions, wedding or baby showers, church events, graduation parties, and more. An event fee above the nightly rental rate may be charged if the use of the property is for more than 22 people for a larger event day or night (however we are waiving the event fee for bookings at this time).
Parking is available for 8 cars in the main house driveway plus 10 additional cars outside of the black iron gate to the right on the gentle sloped hill. Please coordinate any events with us prior to booking to accommodate parking and other detailed needs.
The neighbors are friendly and appropriately quiet at night. Therefore, we respectfully ask you to do the same. We are available by text or phone if you should need anything during your stay.
*We have now added in access directly to the lake from the property. We have a pathway to our stairs down to the lake shore. Please note that with the lake low, there are a lot of stairs to descend to the lake shore. Some individuals not comfortable with stairs may instead choose one of the other methods to access the lake. In addition to this, the lake can also be accessed from one of the nearby public parks, such as Sandy Creek Park, Jones Brothers Park, or one of the nearby Marinas (such as the Sandy Creek Yaucht Club Marina which has a tram down to the public boat dock). There are also water sports rentals from local companies directly on Lake Travis for wave runners, various types of power boats, kayaks, and paddle boards.

Our annual trip to Austin just found its highlight - this property is undoubtedly one of the finest we've ever stayed at. The estate exudes beauty and spaciousness, meticulously maintained and generously equipped with both essentials and thoughtful extras. We're already looking forward to our return in the warmer season, and it's a certainty that this place will be part of our itinerary next year as well.

The Noble Lake House was the perfect place for our wedding. We had family and friends stay at the property and hosted a wedding in the beautiful backyard. The view was exceptional and there was plenty of space for wedding seating as well as dinner tables and even a dancefloor under the stars. The owners and property manager were attentive to every detail to make this a special time. They responded timely to any questions and went above and beyond in taking care of their guests. Five stars in everyway!

We stayed here over the weekend to celebrate our daughters graduation. There were a bakers dozen of us all easily accommodated.
First the positives of which there are many. This location has the most well stocked literally everything. There are so many games, fireplaces, hot tubs, kitchen gadgets, towels, snacks, labels, detailed directions It is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in all of my many previous stays. The level of detail in each and every room is off the charts. There is a label on almost everything that we found amazingly useful.
The level at which the kitchen was stocked is off the charts. Every spice you could need, high quality indoor and outdoor dinnerware. All the fixings for s’mores. The beds were quality as well as the linens. The pool and hot tubs were clean and worked well. The outdoor basketball volleyball cornhole and ping pong were practically brand new.
The only downside is the cost, but in this case unlike so many others, you get what you pay for.
The hosts were amazingly communicative. Pay attention to the extra directions they give or you will miss it on your first try.

I definitely, give the Noble lake house a 5 star. This home has everything you need starting with the 4 bedroom home with an additional small cottage that includes 2 more bedrooms. Matthew & Kimberlee arean awesome admin. The Noble home gives you everything you would want in a home from the s’mores for your fire to cuddle outside, the swimming pool had so many things to relax in. The kitchen spices to nick naks to use in case you forgot something. They also have games and magazines to entertain your self. So peaceful area to relax and have fun. It is close to many stores and restaurants. I really appreciate and recommend the Noble lake house.

If I could give Matthew and Kimberlee 15 out of
10 stars, I would. I had the opportunity to stay at their home a for a joint birthday party and everything was perfect to a T. The hosts were very communicative and kind; it truly felt like I was talking to family.
Whether you’re looking for a luxurious getaway from the city or a full-blow family vacation, this is the place for you. Incredible is an understatement. We will back. ❤️

This is the absolute best house we have ever stayed at. They have thought of everything when it comes to furnishing what a guest might need. I’d rate it 10 stars if I could.

We stayed at the Noble Lake House for 10 nights in November 2022. The property was immaculate and the heated pool
and the jacuzzis were definitely put to use as we had 4 children with us under the age of 8. The house was fully stocked for our entire visit and organized to where everything was easily accessible. The hospitality provided by Mathew and Kimberlee from before we checked in and throughout our stay was top notch. Special thanks to Justin, who came and cleaned the pool and property multiple times during our visit. He was so polite and accommodating and the services he provided, especially changing out the propane tanks for the heaters and restocking the fire pits, we greatly appreciated. Many wonderful memories were created during our stay and we look forward to returning to soon. We definitely recommend this house for large family gatherings as there are activities for all ages.

We stayed at the noble lake house with a total of five families. This house was perfect for a large group with kids. Even with 20 people, we had plenty of space. Tons of amenities and we had plenty to do over a weekend. Kitchen is impressively stocked with every appliance you may need. Hosts are great communicators. We will definitely be back!!

Not only was the house in perfect condition with every detail accounted for, the hosts made us feel welcome ad and if this was our home for the weekend. I had a few friends over to celebrate a birthday weekend, and I cant think of anything I would've changed or added to the house for a better experience. The host have thought of everything and all my guests had the time of their lives. 10/10 would recommend this house for any weekend get away. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!

Noble House was so perfect for our family get together. The property is gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. When we arrived at was all lit up and so welcoming. The owners thought of literally every detail! Every room was decorated to the max. The kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. There were a ton of games and things to do inside and out. They even left a nice welcome basket and were so thoughtful for leaving a birthday gift! Everyone loved the place and wished we could stay longer. Check in and check out were so simple and the owners are very communicative and friendly! Sincere thanks to Noble House! 5 stars!!

We celebrated our bachelorette with a group of 14 women and we felt right at home. There was a lovely welcome basket and plenty of extra linens, bathroom supplies, and even some food pantry items. Cabinets were labeled for ease of use in the kitchen. We had a great boat day with Aquaholics and would definitely recommend to another group.

We went for a bachelorette trip for my sister and had a great experience. Matthew and Kimberlee's rental looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Spectacular Property near Lake Travis
All I can say is WOW! I recently stayed at this Lake Travis Luxury Home with 14 other 30-somethings for a Bachelorette Party. The home and guest house are both stunning and well maintained and the outdoor living area and amenities (including the pool) were amazing! The photos are definitely an accurate depiction of the property. The kitchen was very well stocked - if you're able to check pantry staples and place an online order (or visit the store) after you arrive, you'll likely save yourself money. If you choose this property, definitely take advantage of all it has to offer. We spent one day at home - hired in a local yoga instructor for morning yoga and a local singer/guitarist to play poolside in the afternoon - both of which I'd recommend 100%. The hosts are incredibly gracious, generous and responsive...which is wonderful. In a town that offers numerous accommodation options, this Lake Travis Luxury home stands out above the rest. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Our extended family of 12 had a wonderful time. Our 4 tween/teen girls enjoyed the freedom of their own cottage and the large open plan of the main house was great for everyone to spend time together. The dedicated puzzle/game table was a big hit when the weather turned cold. Overall the property was as advertised and the hosts were very generous and helpful.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend!!!!
WOW! The house, property, and guest house were amazing! My daughter, and 15 friends came for the weekend for her Bachelorette weekend, and could not have been more pleased! Plenty of space! It was not too far from Austin to drive into the city on Saturday for some fun. The rest of the time was spent having fun at the house, cooking, eating, playing, hot tubbing etc... The owners were so nice and easy to communicate with! They sweetly answered all of our little questions, and were so helpful! We will definitely come again! I highly recommend!

Fantastic Experience at the Noble Lake House
My friends and I just returned from a long weekend at the beautiful Noble Lake House and all we can say is Wow! It is a spectacular property with so much space and amenities, like the full volleyball/badminton court in the backyard, heated pool and two hot tubs, ping pong table, basketball net etc. There was never a shortage of fun activities to choose from during our stay. The house is perfectly located, tucked away with beautiful views of Lake Travis. Upon arrival, we received an amazing welcome basket, with wine, fruits, baguettes, candies etc. It was truly the best experience visiting Lake Travis and we could not recommend this property any higher! Matthew and Kimberlee were great to work with through the whole process as well!

We celebrated my Parents 50th anniversary and this property did not disappoint. The thoughtfulness of the items the host have in the house are second to none! We will be back for sure!!

We had a great time at this location! One of the best experiences despite the cold temps. The house game with plenty of towels/sheets/dishes. The Coffee station was amazing! The hot tub was great for the cold afternoons. We look forward to coming back again! The hosts were very friendly and responded to texts quickly.

Exceeded our expectations!!!
This is our first year living in Texas and our goal was to gather our whole family in one spot to celebrate Christmas.
We arrived to a fully decked out Christmas wonderland filled with all kinds of luxuries like UGG blankets, sheepskin rugs, heavy towels, sharp knives, a fully decked out coffee/tea bar, good quality pots/pans, a s’mores/popcorn drawer, a wonderful gift basket full of goodies to enjoy and plenty of places all around the house that encourage play/rest/connection.
We LOVED that the entire property was gated so that smaller kids would be safe. I also really liked that the house alerted us when someone walked in/out. The view to the kids playing in the pool was wonderful during cooking. The piano was also lovely to hear. We got super lucky that Christmas was warm this year. I don’t think there was ever a moment the pool/spa wasn’t being used.
Personally, with the current setup, only 15 people would sleep comfortably without the use of blow up mistresses. My suggestion for the hosts would be to have bunk beds (or sleeper sofas) in a couple of the rooms in the main house. This would ensured everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Other than that, we had such a wonderful time creating memories that are going to last a lifetime. Our kids will forever remember this as the Christmas House.

This has been one of the best VRBO homes I have ever stayed at. It was beautiful, spacious, and full of amazing amenities. The homeowner Matthew truly hosted us well. I would highly recommend this home for anyone else!
