This listing is specifically for a hotel room located within a hotel, distinguishing it from typical residential or apartment accommodations.

- These are THREE separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 300/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. Pre-paid debit cards and cash cannot be accepted. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in fee of US$ 30 is subject to availability.

Writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience my party and I had during our stay at this esteemed establishment. Firstly, allow me to address the issue of pricing. While the initial attractiveness of the room rate drew us to make a reservation at your hotel, we were dismayed to discover upon arrival that a daily resort fee was mandatory in addition to the advertised rate. The exorbitant nature of this fee is particularly distressing considering that its associated amenities, such as pool access, are rendered inaccessible due to early closures. Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding additional charges, like the unexpected fee for a microwave, only added to our disillusionment. This oversight on our part, coupled with the inconvenience of a malfunctioning elevator system – leaving only one operational lift out of six – significantly marred our overall experience. The icing on the cake was encountering a faulty ice maker on our floor, further compounding our dissatisfaction. As patrons who value transparency, comfort, and reliability in our accommodations, I must emphasize that these issues severely detracted from our enjoyment of what was intended to be a relaxing stay at your establishment. We believe that such concerns do not align with the standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction that I trust your hotel strives to uphold.

The property was misrepresented as an apartment, though it functions as a hotel room. Despite the room's cleanliness, we encountered trash in the hallway and detected a mildew odor. Additionally, upon check-in, we were directed to our room in a building with a malfunctioning elevator, necessitating an extended route. The parking garage and its elevators were unkempt, strewn with cigarette butts. This disparity between advertised and actual amenities was disappointing. Furthermore, the imposed "Resort Fee" seemed excessive given the hotel room classification and the inconvenience of navigating a broken elevator.

The rooms we paid for through VRBO were terrible and when we complained to the hotel manager she gave us an hour to get out of the rooms.
