While the space is small, it was perfect for a mother daughter getaway. Close to so many restaurants and the beach! And the towels smelled soo good!

The room is in a fantastic location, surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars and very close to the beach. It is a very small room, but it worked for us, because my kids liked the futon, but I would not sleep on it as an adult. Overall great value and you will be a wonderful location.

Apartment was close to everything and was in a quiet area. Very easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend this stay for any couple.

Small but quaint. Wonderful, kind gentleman downstairs offering help. Short walks to bars and ice cream shop. Place was a little warm but luckily I brought a fan. Could use more cooking utensils, pots, and towels in the kitchen. Futon was comfortable once I put the cushion provided on top. Shower was nice. Two TVs and the one in the living room was huge with lots of choices for viewing channels when you’re not outdoors soaking up the sun on the beach. Very clean place. And Sarah was quick to communicate with and respond. Which is always much appreciated. The road and area it’s is on felt very safe. No noise. Super affordable place. Cozy with an adjoining door to the other small unit next to it sharing a wall.

Everything was fine. Only surprise was not realizing that it is a 2nd floor unit. Not a problem for most but I have knee issues. I just assumed it was 1st floor. The downstairs neighbor who had the key, is a jewel, kind ,friendly and helpful. The owner was immediately responsive when I had a question. This was a good experience.

Very happy to find a place that didnt charge a lot for random extra crap. Just my daughter and I stayed here. It's a tight space but all we need is a place to sleep. Downstairs neighbor is friendly. I'd stay here again, for sure.

Cons: 1. did not realize it was up a long flight of steps until a few days before when instructions were sent (directions, address, parking) 2. Full kitchen but no pots or pans or dish towel/wash cloth. 3. Futon uncomfortable for sitting. 4. Cannot control AC in the unit. Pros: Good location, fairly quiet, small but fine for 1-2 people, very clean, and helpful neighbor downstairs as well as good communication with listing person.

This property was a perfect stay for my mom and I and checked off all the essentials. The location is great as well as the check in and check out process. This property is an upstairs suite above the homeowners living quarters but there is an exterior flight of stairs that leads to a private entrance to the property. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a great stay! I was expecting it to be a bit larger than it was, however it was not a problem and was perfect for just my boyfriend and I! There was only one tiny pan available so if you plan on cooking your own food, be sure to bring the pots/pans you will need, however there were multiple cups, bowls, plates and utensils available! The property was very clean and in a perfect location, and the gentleman downstairs was very kind! Definitely recommend staying here!

What a great place to stay! It was just myself and my 12 year old daughter! Both Saraha and Ernie were so kind, helpful and thoughtful for the 2 nights we stayed. Daughter slept on futon with extra mattress and linens provided by host and i was completely comfortable in bedroom! Will certainly hope to book this place again when we travel back to Port A!!!

It was quiet during our stay and was conveniently located to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Our daughter and her cousin comfortably slept on the sofa bed. It was a little tight for us to move around each other but nothing of major inconvenience for our short stay We bought groceries to get us through the day and cooked our first night in Would stay again!

Just wanted to go to the beach for 2 days & 1 night. It is hard to find a place that will book for only 1 night, but found this gem. The place was just as described, small but just the right size for 2 people. It was clean, quiet, quaint and within walking distance to many of the good restaurants & shops. Easy communication with the hosts. Definitely would stay there again.

Could not have asked for a better location for our spring break stay! Within walking distance of the beach, popular restaurants & bars. Includes off-street parking for your vehicle and golfcart which was very convenient. A little cozy for 3 people but we brought our air mattress (so we wouldn't have to use to futon) and had space for that. The place was very clean, bed was comfortable, and Sarah was more than accommodating with great communication. Incredible value for a Port A stay and we will definitely be back!

Decided last minute on a quick trip to the coast. This place worked out perfect. Was quiet, efficient, close to the beach and had a nice view of the sunset from the patio. No cleaning fee was an added bonus. Will definitely book this spot again.

I enjoyed my stay but I wish I was given a better description. The place does look a lot nicer in person so i'll give it that. But, I wasn't made aware until 3 days before my trip, (too late to cancel) that the owners live downstairs and you share a wall with their rooms. We had to play music to drown out the sounds of people talking downstairs and next to us. It didn't bother us too much until it got in the way of our sleep that night. I'd say the place is worth it for the price, but if you want a relaxing and quite getaway, find somewhere else.
