This is it: your perfect Helen vacation spot! Cozy SEC Football themed condo located near downtown Helen overlooking the beautiful Chattahoochee River, you are close to everything at this condo. You can easily walk to Downtown Helen as it's about 1 mile.

You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

We had a great time at this amazing location. Each unit was uniquely themed. Perfect location to walk to town for restaurants and shopping. We also booked tubing and was able to walk down to the check-in for that. We literally walked across the street to watch thw amazing firewprks. Cant wait to return and will definitely tell our friends about this wonderful place

The apartment was very clean and well supplied. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Really enjoyed being there. The only drawback us that it is right on Main Street, so it was a bit noisy in the evening.

We had a great time and was able to relax in a very NICE & MODERN condo! I recommend condo 501 at Alpine River Suites to any single person or couple.. balcony view is very relaxing. (River and nature). Very close to everything in helen..

If I could give this place an 11, I would. Very clean, relaxing, and close to everything. Some recommendations: 1. If you wan to cook, bring things to cook with. Not many cooking things to cook with. Please note, you don’t come to Helen to cook. Enjoy restaurants. 2. Refrigerator doesn’t have an ice maker, if you need ice, buy a bag and put in freezer. 3. The coffee maker is a Mister Coffee. If you want coffee in the morning, bring ground coffee and filters. 4. This condo has college themes. By the toilet is an Alabama beating Georgia for SEC. If you are a Bulldog, this is not to look at when you are on toilet. LOL 5. All I can say is, if you don’t stay here, you are missing out.

We loved everything about the condo. The steps were a little challenging but we made it just fine. We can't say much about the couch though. It was very uncomfortable and hard to get up, especially for us "older" folks. The bed was very comfortable. The best part was sitting on the deck, drinking coffee and listening to the river roll by. I'd give it a 10!

Me and my husband feel in love with this little condo it was so nice and quiet.. the river was a plus to sit outside every day and listen to the river was amazing! Super close to everything we walked to everything in helen that was close. Perfect place for a small weekend getaway! We even got experience the prettiest and biggest bald eagle one morning fishing it was truly amzing trip.

Clean room exactly as described. It is very close to downtown, just a short walk. It seems newer or newly renovated. Once you leave the main street, this road is completely quiet all hours. It was peaceful and a nice weekend during Oktoberfest. We watched the parade from the front porch.

Our stay at this location was perfect! The booking & check-in process was made very simple with text/email reminders with directions, access codes, & additional helpful reminders. We felt safe & well taken care of while staying here. The location was great for walking to all the places we wanted to see & visit in Helen. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The unit was spacious, clean, and quiet. The outside deck was very good overlooking the River. The bedroom Matteo is quite dangerous for tall people because it is very easy to bump into. We really enjoyed this stay.

It was very clean. The living room tv didn’t work. The maintenance guys were very prompt & seemed knowledgeable but couldn’t fix it. The basket for the coffee maker was missing. There were no Pans for the oven. Over all the condo was nice.

Great location. Beautiful views on Chattahoochee River. But the location was lacking in cookware in kitchen. The fireplace pilot light was lit but would not ignite the fire. There is a massive wasp nest inside the soffit above the deck. Overall cleanliness was poor. Heavy dust on all windows and baseboards.
