About this house rental
You have found paradise! This stunning, family friendly lakefront home has it all for your getaway. This updated home has 3 levels with 4 private bedrooms, a bunk bedroom and 4 bathrooms with plenty of room for the entire family. The open concept living room, kitchen and dining on the main level allow everyone to gather together. The well stocked kitchen incudes a Keurig coffee maker as well as an 8 cup coffee maker with filters provided. A large gas grill allows for outdoor cooking. A queen bedroom, bunk bedroom, and a full bath are on this level. Upstairs, you will find two king master suites. Downstairs, a private king bedroom, bathroom, hang out area, foosball and ping pong table provide fun memories. Enjoy the beautiful lake views from either of two back porches that span the entire width of the home. The large hot tub is waiting on the basement porch. For safety, security cameras are placed at the front and back doors. There are five televisions for entertainment. The beautiful lawn leads to the fire pit, 4 kayaks and a new aluminum dock. If you bring your own boat, the boat launch is only one half mile away. This deep water cove on Lake Nottely in Blairsville is quiet and convenient to Blairsville, Blue Ridge , Hiawassee or Murphy, NC. Come enjoy lakeside living in the mountains! We brought our boat. The boat ramp is close. We enjoyed water skiing swimming boarding, and we went to close by Whitewater Rafting in Ocoee..
The dock was nice and there was plenty parking. The house was very accommodating and comfortable.

This property had everything that the picture showed and more! It was very well equipped, very well located, extremely comfortable for our family of 11 ranging in age from 15 to 82 and the DOC where we could rent a boat from the local marina fit perfectly. We had an awesome time in this gorgeous space and definitely want to return to this property again. The property managers were so responsive and welcoming and accommodating and, it is definitely a five star review!

Everything was just as in pictures. Beautiful cabin, lots of space for several family members. We’ve stayed in several vrbo properties in the past, this one is the most stocked, nicest place we’ve stayed in. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Manager/host very accommodating.

This house was perfect for our 10 person extended family. There was plenty of room to cook and eat and the kitchen was fully stocked. The teens enjoyed playing ping pong and foose ball in the basement. We were able to watch Christmas movies, football, and a variety of TV programs on the many TV's throughout the house. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit outside was a nice gathering area. The house was clean and had plenty of towels for everyone. It was a wonderful stay. You can tell that the hosts have gone to great efforts to make this an enjoyable stay for their renters.

It was a most relaxing and beautiful stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Anita made sure we were well taken care of. Our family enjoyed hiking and swimming/kayaking/fishing down at the lake, the nightly hot tubs visits, making s'mores down at the fire-pit, and many cool morning sipping coffee on the back porch. The perfect family vacation.

We had a lovely stay with three families with 6 kids ranging in age from 2-9. The adults loved having well appointed king bedrooms and the kids loved having a bunk room to share. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house was equipped with everything you could want for a great time inside and out. The kids enjoyed the games downstairs, ping pong, foosball, and kayaking and fishing from the dock.

The house was nice and a great size for our family of 11 people. But the lake was the star of the week. The water, views, dock and cove were breathtaking. We enjoyed 3 king rooms for the adults so we all had our own personal space.

Home is located on a secluded cove on Lake Nottely with a dock. We rented a boat and kept it there for our stay. Home has been recently renovated and is in great condition. Porch overlooking the lake is nice for early moring coffee and an evening beverage. The owers are very attentive and responsive and we would love to stay here again.

A beautiful home on the lake with plenty of room for our family of 12. Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. The children enjoyed the hot tub. The kayaks, fishing on the dock, playing in the large yard and playing ping pong. The owners were so nice and got back to us right away with any questions. We will definitely stay again when the water level is up in the summer. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this Beautiful Lakefront Mountain Retreat! This Cabin is the most well equipped rental we have stayed in over the last 20+ years as the Owner has thought of everything. from the moment we stepped out of the car to the time we were heading home, Anita's house was the perfect place to find quiet and restoration. Anita was a joy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to take full advantage of the house and the lake. We rented this lake home for a family vacation and so enjoyed our time together. Fishing off the dock, s’mores by the fire pit, using the kayak and more made our time together wonderful. The guys went on a guided fishing trip and caught 12 pound strippers! The home’s location is so convenient to go sight seeing and see the beautiful surrounding area. We went to Helen and experienced their little Alpine village and a must see is the spectacular view at Brasstown Bald.
The lake is truly peaceful and one of the most clear lakes we have ever visited. Anita is always quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

The kids had a blast jumping off the dock all day. Sleeping arrangements gave all three families plenty of space. Game areas were fun. The only thing that could use improvement are the mattresses. Doable but not the most comfortable. Still definitely 5 stars. Memorable stay.

This place was incredible. It had everything we needed and more. The house is beautiful and spacious with plenty of room for entertaining or staying away from family when you need a break ;) Being able to just walk right down to the dock at any time was incredible. We spent a lot of time on the kayaks as well. The owners are incredibly kind and responsive as well. Overall, we plan to make this a regular vacation home destination in the future.

Our family of 12 (three generations) were all very pleased to find this wonderful home for our get together. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need in a rental home which made it fell more like a true home of our own. The comforts provided are not typically found in most rental properties which made it exceptionally nice to relax in as a family. Plus, pontoon boats were available close by to provide ample water activities for all of us. There were even kayaks on property that we used to explore the beautiful lake. The water off of the dock was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone. Anita was a great host by answering all of our questions in advance and so very promptly. We look forward to returning.

Great house on the perfect quiet cove! House fits a big crowd well with plenty of room to stretch. We fished, kayaked, boated and swam until the sun went down every night and then hopped in the hot tub. Anita was an attentive host. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Home, Amazing Lake
Anita’s home was exactly what I was hoping for for my birthday weekend! All of my friends that came for the trip loved the home, the yard, the dock(s). We rented and docked a boat over night with ease. We used the fire pit and all in all the home was perfect.

We enjoyed every minute. We got a few inches of snow the first day and were kayaking in the lake on our last day. This cabin definitely creates a vacation to remember.

Just the getaway we needed!
I couldn't even begin to express how wonderful our entire experience was - from booking, to communication with the owner before we even arrived, to the immaculate property - house AND location! From the very beginning, Anita was very sweet and very responsive and answered all of our questions clearly and quickly. Then, we headed up to the house...and from the moment we entered the door, we could feel the care and love that went into making this home truly special. It was very comfortable - large enough for our group but homey at the same time. The house is so well decorated, very clean and tidy but welcomes you in like a big hug. Then you step outside to a serene, stunning lake view, with a big, grassy back yard with plenty of room to play corn hole, play a round of bocce ball (our favorite - we bring a set everywhere we go), and goof around with the family. We spent most of the day on Saturday just lounging on the top deck of the dock, taking in the wonderful lake view. Then, at night, much of our time was spent on the two back decks - either in the hot tub or rocking away in the rocking chairs, enjoying the serenity of the owls hooting and the family of white tail deer that stroll through the yard. We saw them all three nights we were there...just passing through. We also took advantage of the beautiful weather and made some time to kayak on the lake. They have several kayaks and a little building that, when you look inside, looks like a little boat shop! Complete with life vests hung neatly on the walls and paddles leaning there just ready to be taken for a row on the lake. How could we not? We didn't take the chance to use it, but the fire pit area is a perfect area to gather around, roast some marshmallows and make s'mores. This truly is a paradise - just under 2 hours from our home in Atlanta - and we would absolutely recommend it to any and everyone looking for a wonderful getaway. We're already planning to book again in the summer! :-)

Beautiful Property
This home is a perfect lake getaway. My family of 7 was extremely comfortable and had the most relaxing experience. The lake was serene and peaceful, and the home had all of the amenities to keep my 12 year old son and college aged daughters entertained. We loved it and will definitely be returning. Anita was extremely accommodating and answered all questions promptly.

I loved everything about this place. The house was the perfect size for my entire family to fit in comfortably. The property is so beautiful and right on the lake. My sisters had a lot of fun using the kayaks and my brothers were obsessed with the ping pong table. Overall just a perfect location and house! We'll definitely be coming back.
