One of a kind. Lake House Tiny House A Frame Loft Bed Full Dine in Kitchen Sleeps 5 Queen Bed, Futon bed, pull out Bed The Space is a Lake house on Cayuga Lake! The Building is a Tiny House with loft bed! Full Eat in Kitchen, Washer Dryer right on the spot Full bathroom Living Room looking at the lake. You can hear the waves from the Living Room, or the Loft Bed right above the living room. No need to play Waves to sleep at night. Living room is about 25 feet from the lake! Also cute little dock looking at the lake, with rustic Light Bulbs, multiple mood light settings, Fire Pit! Smores kit, and snacks provided! 2 Kayaks and 2 life jackets provide! As well as local coffees! Enjoy Ithaca and the lake, and local offerings! Bathrobes also provided for when you get into the lake, or into the shower!

Parking and descending to property is dangerous due to heavy truck traffic, no direct stairs, crossing railroad tracks. Bedding not washed. Found Wet sheets and towels in dryer. Toaster malfunction. Trash. Container lid kept falling off. Tub and refrigerator required cleaning. Host not readily available. Did his best to acknowledge issues. Spectacular. view. Cute house. Host is nice but not around.

Great location- very close to colleges. Lake Cayuga is beautiful and we were so thankful for the early morning kayak trip. Thanks for sharing your place.

This tiny house was bigger than expected and all the space we needed. Great location being close to walking trails, down town and wineries. Having beach access and kayaks were a fun bonus. The only down side is the proximity to the neighbors but overall a great experience. We would love to come back.

Perfect spot for a little getaway for two! Only complaint is that it's very bright in the morning because of the top window.

We enjoyed our stay at the tiny house on the lake. It was perfect for our stay to visit our daughter at Cornell! I would not recommend for elderly or someone with walking issues. You need to navigate stairs to the property and walk over a train track.

We stayed at this home for two nights in October. The host was responsive to our questions and the check-in process was smooth. Parking was tricky but the host made us aware of that as soon as we booked, so he was very upfront about this. The view of the lake was stunning! It was calming to hear waves lapping at the shoreline right outside the sliding glass doors. I would say that the whole house could use some cosmetic updates (fixing drywall holes, painting, replacing lightbulbs etc.). But overall it was a nice way to spend our weekend.

Although parking was not great, the A frame was right on the water and provided my wife and I with a pleasant stay in the Ithaca New York area.
