With soaring 16' vaulted ceilings throughout and private outdoor garden, this 2 bedroom, updated beach bungalow is a cozy oasis, a ½ block away from one of Los Angeles' most sought after beach destinations.

Open and Airy, the loft like quality of this 2 Bedroom 1 Bath bungalow has been tastefully updated with a modern aesthetic, while maintaining the laid back charm of the original beach cottage.

Refinished wood floors and a curated collection of vintage and high end furnishings create a modern and relaxing retreat inside. The house features top of the line appliances, chef’s range and a washer and dryer. Stainless steel cookware and glassware is provided.

The bedrooms are furnished with high end mattresses and Percale cotton linens to assure only the most comfortable night's sleep. Cozy up with a glass of wine next to the new fireplace in the Great Room or retreat to the exterior Garden, which features lounge seating, fire pit, dining area, water feature and gas BBQ.

Enjoy dining al fresco style, and unwind after a day in the sun & sand. Parking is guaranteed, with 2 compact spots (or 1 standard) available in the driveway - a very rare find for the area. Beach Towels, body board and beach cart included.

We don't expect or suspect that will ever be a problem but we figure it is more important to share that here and now.

Guests are prohibited from burning anything in the fireplace, including wood, paper, etc. Burning anything in the fireplace will create smoke inside the house and will create a safety issue. The fireplace is disabled for safety purposes.

All items pictured are available to guests. There are no shared spaces with other travelers at any time - so this home is entirely for you during your stay.

Important detail regarding "Parking": Parking for 2 small cars is provided. Car #1 parks adjacent to the entry steps on the driveway. The spot is narrow, but fits a small car (or larger car with expert parking skills). Car #2 noses in behind car #1 and can overhang into the street by about 18-24". This parking practice is common in the neighborhood.

There is a third parking spot in the driveway that is occupied by the owners classic car. Please take care to avoid the classic car when parking.

South Bay Beach Cities (Manhattan, Hermosa, Redondo, El Segundo, Playa Del Rey) are definitely a "bubble", separated enough from the bustle of LA that they do feel like a true escape. Staying in the bubble and hanging at the beach is highly acceptable and great get away to escape the bustle of LA for a weekend.

If you don't have a rental car, I recommend using UBER (it is far better value than a regular taxi). It is very easy to download the app on your smart phone and start using it instantly.

Home truths:
- Guests should just be aware that traffic noise is audible in the house and rear yard.
- The master bedroom has 16' vaulted ceilings that are open to the living room ceiling. This loft style ceiling is very beautiful and what makes the space unique, but guests should be aware that sound travels between the living room and master bedroom.
- House has an open loft which is not accessible to guests.
- House bathroom has a rainfall shower, no bath tub.
- A/C is portable and not central

Please note this is a beach house — you should note that as such the home does show wear from the saturation of salt water and corrosion. Any reservations made affected by such issues are disclaimed and are not eligible for refunds or credits. Such examples may include but are not limited to doors that require more effort to open, windows that have a layer of salt film, furnishings a little worn, and generally rusted metal throughout

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be Friday twice a month for Landscaping maintenance that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- Guests are responsible for logging into streaming services and logging out of their account at the end of their stay.
- Guests are prohibited from burning anything in the fireplace.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.


This Short Term Rental Agreement is between AIR CONCIERGE INC. (herein referred to as “Manager” or “Property Manager”) on behalf of and in accord with the Property Owner ("Owner") and you as Guest (or “Occupant” or “Renter”) of the date set forth on the reservation details confirmation noted on the confirmation which shall be received by the Parties via email as well as provided in the Airbnb.com software.
