Stayed here before our cruise and only 30mins from port. We enjoyed sitting on the beach for hours relaxing. The beach was not overly crowded and was very nice. The walk was only 1-2mins back to the house and that was awesome! This is definitely the place for us anytime we cruise out of Miami. We will be back!!

This property is perfect for a stand out Vacation. -Very Convenient for Parking/Unloading upon arrival and departure. -The Patio is a Great Place to hang out and enjoy the sunny days that maybe to windy at the Beach. -Beach was 1 minute walk. -Well kept property all the way around. -2 Blocks from the Boardwalk! -Only minus is the couch in Living Room and no Pool, but with everything to do around you, who cares about that. -I will definately be back!

Simple and just steps from the beach. We really didn’t have to leave once we arrived. Great place if you’re looking for some quality beach time but don’t want to break the bank. Would definitely stay again.

We booked this house for a quick beach getaway and it was perfect for us. The location couldn't have been better. We were literally steps from the beach. The neiborhood was quiet and safe. We had our own designated parking spot which if you've ever been to the Miami area, is a huge plus. The outdoor area was beautiful, and the house had everything we needed for the perfect relaxing trip. I would recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay again.

Just steps from the beach and a nice walk to the Hollywood beach boardwalk. It was just far enough to have the beach to ourselves by the house. House was clean and comfortable. Cute outside sitting area! An additional bonus was the beach chairs and cooler available. A few of my friends were uncomfortable that the owners room was locked (we had no access) but you could not lock access from the owners sweet into the rest of the house. The backyard is also labelled as private so there was no way to see if there was a door back there. All that to say— I personally communicated with the owner he was very gracious and quick to respond so I had no worries. This is just more as an FYI for other guests. This is a fantastic way to spend your time in Hollywood. You will not regret it!

If you love the beach and strolls on the boardwalk this place is great. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beach is steps away and very lovely. The boardwalk is very close and also super nice for walking and people watching.

This home was absolutely PERFECT for our family and needs. We were celebrating Thanksgiving in Hollywood so I was looking for a space where we could gather as a family, but also not be on top of each other. A place with indoor and outdoor seating that could accommodate family meals and game night. A living room to gather and watch football. A place walking distance to the beach and the Hollywood Broadwalk. This home checked all the boxes! I couldn’t have asked for more. The kitchen was stocked perfectly, the house was pristine, booking and check-in couldn’t have been easier, communication was great, parking was great, home is beautifully decorated, I could go on and on. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area. Highly recommend! Thanks for helping make a wonderful Thanksgiving memory for my family!

This was our first visit to Hollywood, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It seemed like one of the only houses this close to the ocean in the immediate neighborhood with everything we needed. The property manager/owner was very responsive and accommodating, and we enjoyed not only the house but the outside courtyard, too!

My family of 4 was very satisfied with our stay at Rafael's place in Hollywood, FL. Location was key for us - proximity to the beach (and a beautiful, quiet beach at that) was amazing with 2 young kids. The convenience of very the short walk to the sand, plus having our own outdoor shower, grill, and private patio space was wonderful. There was also a playground one street over, and Walmart and grocery stores only a 6 or 7 minute drive away. Beyond location, the place was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the week. We especially appreciated the beach gear and household essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soaps, etc.). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a clean, private home in an ideal location!

We enjoyed our stay, it was only steps away from the beach and 5 minute walk to the broadwalk which has multiple restaurants and shops. Bike rental is also available on the broadwalk. There are three grocery stores within 2 miles. There is a park nearby with inexpensive kayak rentals and you can paddle through mangrove trees to a large lake. The house is lovely and the owner is very friendly. We would stay there again.

The bungalow was 99 steps from beautiful beach, walking distance to Broadwalk and reataurants. Nice patio to soak up sun and BBQ. The home was small, although it was as advertised and could have used a larger coffee pot. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bath towels. There are beach chairs and unbrella, but no beach towels. Had a great time
