We needed a place to stay while we were in town to celebrate my father’s 90th birthday. There were 6 of us and the house was just perfect. Great location, great layout, and wonderful outdoor seating areas among the redwood trees. The communication with Oksana was seemless, and the house was very well appointed. We will definitely be back.

Loved this house, the outside deck, trees and landscaping were fantastic. We were in town for our son basketball tournament, staying here was SO much better than staying at a hotel.

Colleagues from all over the country met here in Sacramento and stayed at this lovely home. The outdoor space is beautiful and was a fantastic backdrop for work, food and conversation. Unfortunately, it rained during part of our stay, but the comfortable indoor space met all our needs for the weekend. The host was tremendously, responsive, and helpful. I would stay here again

We had a very nice stay at this house. The house was clean, comfy, well appointed and the back yard was amazing. We were in Sacramento for Easter and in spite of the rain, we had a great time. Thankfully the rain cleared enough for some of the family to gather with us for pizza on Saturday afternoon and it was a beautiful spot to entertain. Oksana was pleasant and helpful and we would gladly stay here again.

Had an amazing stay in Sacramento. The house was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and provided quick and easy access to Sacramento. Loved that it was on a quiet cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood. Proximity to a park provided a nice place to walk around to enjoy the California sunshine the mornings.

Very nice clean property. Great patio with redwoods, fruit trees and comfortable furniture. Quiet safe neighborhood with nice city park 1 block away. Very nice pickleball courts half mile away. Comfortable beds and nice amenities.

Was the perfect place and filled our needs. Quick weekend trip for a training. Had everything we needed and a nice little sanctuary for a backyard. Wish I had more time to just sit and have a cup of coffee!

First time ever renting a vacation home. Could not have been a better choice. Everyone loved the home. The owners took care of everything, linen, towels, bath soap, shampoo, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware etc. All quality, will look to stay there again when I visit Sacramento. We rented this home for a week for a family reunion and visit to friends and relatives in the Sacramento area. Centrally located and near a park, which was perfect for our dog. We had 7 adults and the common spaces and outdoor deck and tables were perfect for talking and relaxing. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils and was comfortable.throughout. The Host was very responsive when we ran low on TP and all interactions before and during our stay were professional and clear. The home was generally clean and fresh, however there are spots where a deep cleaning would help, such as the shelves in the master shower. The bathroom fans did not work along with some of the lights in the hall bathroom. None of these were an issue for our stay. I would stay in this home again when I have similar bedroom and location requirements.

The property exceeded our expectations. The house has a great layout. The property is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The private backyard was my favorite. Just beautiful! We frequented the beautiful park that is just around the corner, twice daily with our dog. I would highly recommend booking your stay here. Fantastic hosts!

We were attending the Bernese Mountain Dog National Specialty at Cal Expo and I’d done lots of searching for a place that was convenient and dog friendly. I hit the jackpot! This house was perfect for our 6 adults and 5 show dogs. The big deck with comfortable furniture and a large grassy area were great for relaxing after a long day at Cal Expo. The hardscaping in the backyard is beautiful with another spot to eat near a stream. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is lots o shade in the backyard. The interior of the house is very nice. We especially liked the large dining area with comfortable chairs that allowed us to have long enjoyable dinners.

We loved our stay here. The property is on a quiet culdesac in a super cute neighborhood and a block from a huge park. We had our two dogs with us and the house is very comfortable. The outdoors were perfect as we sat on the deck with the dogs all afternoon. 5 stars.

The home was welcoming and peaceful. The hosts were absolutely fantastic! Very accommodating, quick to respond to questions or requests. We loved that the backyard had different "zones", from the wonderful oversized hammock on the lawn to the great seating/lounging area on the deck, to the enchanting outdoor creekside dining space complete with twinkly lights for ambiance. The house is located on a cul-de-sac so very quiet. The kitchen is easy to cook in. The dining table was nice and large, plenty of room for us and our puzzle! There is a beautiful park 2 blocks away and tons of Doordash delivery options. You never have to step foot out of the house to stay well-fed. Front-load washer & dryer in the garage are well cared for and very convenient We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again!

The house is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the backyard sitting area. It was very relaxing and great for socializing. The house was comfortable and clean.

We were a group of five 60+ers in Sacramento for a family reunion spread out across the area. The vrbo location was very convenient for picking up from the airport and going to various places around the area. The one level, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms were a good layout for us. One bedroom is setup as an office with a fold-down futon, which would be better for kids or younger people. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with neighbors close by. We were comfortable going out for walks and runs in the mornings. The crowning glory of the property is the outside area. The screening greenery makes you feel secluded and very private, although you can hear neighbors talking in their yards. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio furniture with the strings of lights and fountain that makes a good amount of white noise. We spent each morning and evening sitting outside enjoying the lovely weather and hummingbirds that visit the feeder. The home is partially remodeled with a functioning kitchen, table that seats at least 6, and living room with seating for four comfortably. A few unfinished projects should be completed such as the loose floor boards by the dining window, the bathroom fans that don't work, and the bathrooms could use updating. Our host was very generous in keeping bathrooms supplied with shampoos and soaps, lots of towels, ample toilet paper, and boxes of tissue. Fall decorations were placed throughout the living areas and we were greeted by a vase of fresh flowers in the kitchen.

We came to Sacramento for a family wedding. We decided to stay at a VRBO instead of a hotel. We chose this home because it looked like it had very nice backyard. The home was quiet and very well appointed. We had a dog but beware the backyard is not totally fenced in. There is a bordering creek that cannot be fenced. There also was no TV but Internet was provided.

The outside was the star of the property. The inside however had unfinished projects and a few problems like light switches that didn’t work. The master bath was very tiny. Mattresses were comfortable. There were 5 of us staying there and indoor seating was minimal which was ok because we spent our time outside on the lovely deck. It worked for us, but we would probably look for a more high end property next time. Oksana was a lovely and accommodating host.
