The condo is convenient to Christiansted and the east end beaches and attractions. The Seaside grocery store is minutes away for your convenience as well as nearby shopping and dining within walking distance.

Take a swim in one of the two fresh water pools on the property or relax on the nearby beaches. A tennis court is also available near the eastside pool. The pool areas have BBQ grills for your use.
This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condominium has all the comforts of home but none of the hassles to ruffle your feathers.
Open concept floor plan in the kitchen/dining/living area with full length sliding glass doors having amazing views of the Caribbean Sea.
2 large bedrooms, each with individually controlled A/C. A separate A/C is provided in the living area.
A King size bed in the master bedroom and a Queen in the 2nd bedroom. High quality mattresses and bedding.
An en-suite master bath and a hall bath. The master bath has a large a walk-in shower and the hall bath has tub/shower combo.
In your unit, you will find a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, dishes, tableware, glasses, pots/pans and everything else you need to prepare meals. Don't feel like cooking? Several restaurant/bars are within easy walking distance.
Stroll the Christiansted boardwalk in the evening, or just relax in your large living room with a Smart Cable TV, and FREE WiFi.
There is also a washer and dryer right in the unit.
This condo is in a safe complex with night watch security guard and a single access roadway provides seclusion. The complex offers FREE parking, two pools, tennis court and nearby beach access.
The complex has backup electric generators that come on in event of a power outage so you will have full power even if local power is out (as happens occasionally).
Conveniently located about 5 min from historic downtown Christiansted and only 25 minutes from the airport.
There is much to do in St. Croix-world class SCUBA diving, snorkeling, scenic hikes, and historic sites. Experience history in Christiansted. Enjoy the natural beauty of the East End Marine Park and take a day trip to Buck Island. Visit Frederiksted to relax on the beach and enjoy the sunset at Rainbow Beach.
