Nice apartment close to Central City locations. Few improvements needed, 1) No information pack available, owner suggests contact each time you need to know something or how something works 2) Hot water inconsistent and kitchen tap water pressure extremely poor. 3) No kettle? For visitors from Europe please note you only get full details 24 hour's in advance so not good for ESTA visa entry application requirements which require stay address info (had to book A Hotel instead) Also on departure date with later flight time back to Europe, owner unhelpful with supporting bag storage for a couple of hours.

We had an issue with the plumbing and needed a plunger the first night we were there. The "host" asked if we needed it the next day. I asked for it right away because we needed to be able to use the toilet. They refused. So I ordered one from DoorDash and asked for reimbursement. No response. Then I asked for a late checkout. No response. I believe the host is not a person, but a company and they do not care if you have a nice stay or not. It is a lovely, spacious place in a fabulous neighborhood, but the host is so awful I would recommend staying anywhere else. There are plenty of other options near Rittenhouse Square.

The property was better than expected. The owner allowed us to check in early. Parking is an issue but you’re downtown. We parked a few streets over. Super safe and adorable neighborhood. Uber anywhere is pretty quick and easy. If ever we come back to Philadelphia, I would definitely be booking this property again.

We recently stayed at a Vrbo weekend rental and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to see and do. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The rental had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. We will definitely be back in the future!

This is a very comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in the heart of a great neighborhood, within walking distance of everything. The layout is terrific for 2 friends, 2 couples or a parent and older child as the rooms and bathroom are on the opposite side of the apartment with the living room and kitchen in the middle. It makes for a nice balance of privacy and community space. The fireplace in the living room is a really nice touch. This place is now marked in my favorites and it will be my first choice place to book for future Philadelphia visits.

We had a lovely time. The room spacious, clean and relaxing. The only thing I would comment on is the water pressure on the sink and that's really it. If this listing is available again when we visit, I would book it in a heartbeat.

Located on an absolutely beautiful street in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Check in and check out instructions were easy and helpful. Not the most well stocked kitchen but we just stayed two nights and did not use the kitchen much. Floors were not cleaned well (hair) but the cleaning fee was low so I guess you get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

This was a great space! Had plenty of room for the air mattress we brought for an extra friend! A warning to other guests there is zero free parking. All spots are metered, better to find a garage close(there are three within a 5 minute walk) and then explore the city on foot, this place is close to everything!!

This facility is very well located near Rittenhouse Square. Check in and communications with the owner were both easy. The apartment isn't super deluxe, but it's clean, in nice condition and the bed was very comfortable. Everything you want to see in Philly is pretty nearby. We walk a lot and saw the museums, the Liberty Bell and more. Your mileage may vary. Great shopping and food nearby.

This listing was in a great location. It also was relatively clean but the ad on VRBO is FRAUDULENT! It states that it sleeps 8 and I had a party of 6 so I booked it. On my reservation it CLEARLY states that it sleeps 8 and that I had a party of 6. When we arrived it only had 2 queen beds. There were no other beds, no Murphy beds, no pull-out couch, no air mattresses. There was NOTHING for two of our party to sleep on. There were no extra blankets, sheets, or pillows for the person who was stuck sleeping on the UNCOMFORTABLE COUCH! There were no extra sheets, blankets, or pillows for the person who was stuck sleeping on the BARE FLOOR! There were only 4 towels provided for 6 of us, as well. I called and texted Simon, my “host” four times over the two nights we were there and he NEVER responded! DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT IF YOU NEED TO SLEEP MORE THAN FOUR AND DON’T EXPECT ANY CONTACT WITH THIS “HOST!” He was nowhere to be found!

Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend and we absolutely loved it! The area is safe and easy to walk around. People in the area are friendly. The apartment is very spacious and thank goodness for the coffee machine! My friend was in her element! The communication with Simon was absolutely excellent.
