About this cabin rental

Nestled off Carbondale's Main Street, this charming getaway is just steps from delightful restaurants, bars, and shops, yet offers a tranquil private oasis. This historic gem from the Roaring Fork Valley, built in 1888 and once located on the Seeburg Ranch (now Aspen Glen), has been lovingly preserved and relocated to downtown Carbondale. It provides a unique and enchanting vacation experience, combining historic charm with modern comforts in a beautiful, self-contained retreat.

The cabin features one bedroom and one bathroom, blending the charm of its historic past with modern, cozy amenities. Situated in the backyard of a primary home, it boasts a separate entrance for complete privacy during your stay. In the summer, enjoy a lush, grassy yard bursting with blooms. Warm wood log walls embrace you, reflecting the rich history of this retreat. The open floor plan creates a spacious and comfortable living area with a large smart TV, a cozy dining table with antique captain chairs, and a kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, mini fridge, and sink. The back section of the cabin, containing the queen-sized bedroom and bathroom, has been newly renovated into a plush and modern living space, ensuring no detail has been overlooked.

The cabin offers a private space for you to enjoy even in the midst of Downtown. Soak up the sunshine on the patio, get some sun on the lounge chairs, or cuddle up for a movie after a night out—this unique and delightful place is perfect for relaxing. The place was clean and quaint, our stay here was comfortable and communication with the management was good. The alley access was a little unexpected, I may have missed it in the description but we managed and still enjoyed our stay. We stayed in September and glad there were fans which kept it comfortable for us could be a concern in the hotter months. Overall was a good experience and if we come back to Carbondale would consider this cute cabin again!
