Situated right in the ocean block of coveted North Rehoboth, you will be just steps away from the boardwalk and beach as well as the restaurants, shopping, and fun of downtown. This single-family house welcomes you with first and second floor front porches perfect for relaxation, people watching, and enjoying the salt air. Ample front- and backyards and a back deck off the kitchen allow plenty of space for family play and relaxation. 17 Olive is a premier vacation home, ideally located to enjoy all Rehoboth Beach has to offer!
FIRST FLOOR: You will find a master bedroom on the first floor with a private full bathroom, two living areas (one with a gas fireplace), large dining area, new mudroom and powder room, laundry room, and brand new well-equipped kitchen. A gas grill is available for your use in the backyard.
SECOND FLOOR: There are two master suites on the second floor, with the main suite featuring a spa-like vibe with both a shower and beautiful soaking tub. There are two more bedrooms that share a hall bath. The second-floor front porch is accessible to all through the upper hallway and provides great views, sunbathing, and relative solitude.
There is convenient off-street parking for four cars. This is a non-smoking home and pets are not permitted. All TVs are ROKU-ready for viewing ROKU TV offerings or streaming whatever premium channels tenants subscribe to.
Minimum Stays:
7 Night Stays- May through September
2 Night Stays- January through April and October through December
Bedding details:
BR1 - 1st floor primary (with bath) - Queen
BR2 - 2nd floor primary (with bath) - King
BR3 - 2nd floor (with bath) - King
BR4 - 2nd floor - Queen day bed with twin trundle
BR5 - 2nd floor - 3 Twin beds (one bunk and a single)
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

SUGGEST ON SATURDAYS IN AUGUST AGENTS SHOULD KEEP OFFICE OPEN BEYOND 5 PM
The only issues we found were used ashtrays and a prior guest family had left two baby strollers and a boogie board. I brought this to the attention of realty staff but never heard back about it. Someone is out money to replace these items and I would like to know if there was any follow-up.
