The house was spotless and the location is perfect- quiet, peaceful, 20 mins to Little Rock. Groceries & shopping within a few miles, and had all the amenities we needed! Highly recommend!

We rented this house for a family wedding at a venue in Bauxite. The house is about 20 minutes from the venue but really ideal because the venue is rural and the house is close to food and shopping options. We came straight from a week at church camp and were so very pleased with the space and comfort of the home. Absolutely beautiful decorations and very clean spaces. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very neat, room after room. Plenty of space. The only downfall is it was dirty. The showers were so dirty we wore flip flops in the shower, the rugs had not been vacuumed in a while (I only know this because there were gobs of hair and dust coming off of it. I will say the house was neat, HUGE yard, and lots of space. I would stay again if I knew it was clean!

This is a nice house with plenty of room. It was clean and comfortable. It is located near numerous restaurants. If you want to prepare your own food and eat in, the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this property again.

Loved our stay, and the house was wonderful and in a great location in Benton! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms were well-stocked with everything you could need. Beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean with all the necessary amenities provided. Wi-Fi signal was strong. Babs was fantastic at communication! Highly recommend.

Heard’s Haven is the perfect name for this place. It is beautifully decorated with a great layout including spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms! We loved the well stocked kitchen, the roomy office to work on, and the privacy. We felt like when we came back every day that we were totally secluded. My boys especially loved the rain shower heads and the cool fireplace. Attention to detail was most appreciated from the skylight in the laundry room bath to all of the eclectic artwork. Barbara was quick to respond always and kindly let us stay another week to accommodate our plans. Thank you Barbara for sharing your wonderful home!!

If I could sum it up, I’d say it was like staying at grandma’s house and I mean that in the best possible way. It is an older remodeled home that is very cozy, expansive and clean. Although it’s in the city limits, the street it’s on makes it feel like it’s in a more rural area. My entire family actually loved the stay, and we may consider staying here whenever we are home visiting again. I did miss that there is only one TV, but that doesn’t have to be an issue since we all need to unplug sometimes anyway. Plus, who doesn’t have a phone? The house was beautifully staged, so kudos to the designer. We also met the owners and they seem like really good, friendly people.

Our family was in need of a home to stay in while attending a funeral. This home was ideal. The house was immaculate and the beds/linens/pillows were of HIGH quality as well as the furniture and home decor. It was an oasis for our family during a sad occasion. This house was AWESOME. Lots of room for our family to attend a funeral and reminisce afterwards. Inside and outside seating with large kitchen and grill. There was also an office to work from. This is a beautiful home with plenty of room. All 3 beds are very comfortable. The 4 bathrooms are very nice. It is easy to find and close to everything. It is the perfect place! Owner is very communicative and quick to respond to questions. When we accidentally locked ourselves out of the home, they are close by and got us inside in minutes. The back and side yard is fenced. We did not get to use due to cold weather, but it is well kept. Nothing was lacking. Everyone in the family agree that we would rent again if we get back to Bryant, AR.

Great house for a family and a super convenient location for Benton-Bryant

We were in town visiting family and friends and needed a relaxing but convenient place for us and the kids. This location was perfect in every way I can think of for what we needed it to be. It has a big yard and patio for the kids to run around. The house itself is quite large so it is excellent for friends and family to come visit us. Every room in the house is quite comfortable. The living room has a nice electric fireplace feature along with the wall mounted TV. The host was very responsive to our needs, but we didn't have many since almost everything was anticipated. We hope to return for our next family visit.
