About this cottage rental
Newly remodeled 650sqft house, October 2021. Walking distance to river, and downtown. This is located right next to Birdies bungalow, so if you need more space look at renting both houses.
There is everything you will need to make this a perfect vacation away from home. Linens, towels, bathroom toiletries, laundry supplies, and cooking utensils are all included. Brand new forced air AC unit. There are 3 adult, and 3 youth bikes
A lot of love went into remodeling this space.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Livingston! Very comfortable accommodations overall, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked, super clean and tidy! Easy walking to town and close to anything needed.

What a wonderful rental, clean, great location, quiet area to use as base camp for our stay in Livingston. Communication with Hana was easy and it is obvious that the property is cared for. We will definitely stay here again

The one downside was that there was not a microwave.

We came to Livingston for a wedding. Found this cottage to be very clean and comfortable for the three days we stayed. The amenities were perfect including bear spray and floss picks which were appreciated. Nice and quiet with private patio and charcoal grill. The location was very convenient to town and to the wedding venue. Easily drivable from Yellowstone and Big Sky.

We had an excellent time at this gorgeous property.. it is conveniently located in Livingston and a short ride away to Bozeman. Highly recommend if you will be doing some fishing in the area.. the cottage is gorgeous and has everything that you will need to have comfortability throughout your stay.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights on our way through Montana and loved it. She was in love with the way the cottage was decorated and was thrilled with how clean it was. Close to Bozeman and Yellowstone, it's a great place to stay.

This is a lovely property. My only complaint is that the owner does not disclose in the listing that the two beds are "double beds" I foolishly assumed these were queen beds. Two adults in a double bed is not comfortable.

Appreciate this property so much - it has been beautifully renovated and everything is accessible, clean + new! Definitely use the map to find the house, as a GPS device will likely take you to the alley behind it! Everything was awesome and will be returning! Thanks so much.

We had a great stay at this cottage. It has all the comforts of home. It was very clean, newly renovated and had excellent wifi. I could not have been happier with our stay. Would highly recommend this cottage if staying in the Livingston area.

We stayed for 3 nights in August 2022 and loved this place. It's evident that a lot of love went into the renovation and we were particularly impressed with the walk-in shower. Hope to be back next year!

What a great month
We stayed a month at Clyde’s Cottage and had an amazing time. The cottage is small but perfect for the two of us and an occasional family visitor. Everything is new and shiny and in perfect working order. Comfy beds, great shower, excellent kitchen and grill area. The location is great, we walked to downtown many times. The host was responsive and very helpful.

River challenge..awesome results!
A very quaint, beautifully remodeled cottage. It is precisely what the Keller’s describe. My wife and I loved it! Our stay just happened to be at the same time of the 2022 floods, thus we were very concerned we could actually stay. Hana kept us abreast and communicated with us very openly. Would definitely recommend! We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay
This property was very nice for our little family to stay, it’s beautifully remodeled and in a great location. The only issue we had was the fact that the kitchen did not have a microwave. Since we had our baby with us this made making her bottles a little more difficult. Other then that though it was a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed at Clyde’s Cottage for a week. This place is awesome. Every little detail was thought of for just about every need. I recommend this place! Its very close to town and in a good location to access Yellowstone National Park. If your in the area stay here, it is much more comfortable than a stuffy hotel/motel room.

Quaint, well appointed cottage
This is a cozy and clean spot, just outside of downtown. The owner is very responsive and has great attention to detail, supplying quality touches that make the stay comfortable. Recently renovated, it's clean and well appointed.

Livingston getaway
We loved this tiny remodeled house in Livingston. It was perfect distance to great restaurants and everything we wanted to do. The space was very clean and the check in/checking out was a breeze. Definitely recommend if going to a local hot spring or Yellowstone, this will serve as a great comfortable home to come back to.
