The first view of the home from the driveway was reinforced by the beautiful interior. The living spaces are comfortable; the kitchen is well-stocked: and the bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The lovely grounds and restful rockers on the porch are a haven for guests. The home and hosts have earned a 5-star rating!

We visited for my daughter in law’s college graduation and recommissioning as Captain in the Army. We hosted the family after the ceremony for champagne and cake and again for the Derby on Saturday. I can’t express enough how happy we were with the accommodation’s. There was every thing we needed at our fingertips and more. Our hosts were fabulous on every level. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and close to a ton of fun places to visit, eat and shop. This is a 10 star property and would definitely recommend you check it out. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much!

We stayed here for our family new years trip. House is in a great location, close to EVERYTHING. We traveled to ski in North Carolina and went to Gatlinburg, all less than 2 hours away from this property. House was roomy and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Our hosts as well as their property were great. Fantastic communication throughout the whole process. The house and property were very clean and taken care of. Any possible thing you could have wanted was available. We were quite comfortable and will absolutely be looking to return. Can we give 6 stars???

The house is huge and beautiful, it was clean and inviting. The host provided everything you could possibly need. The landscaping, porches, patio and hot tub were just perfect. Communication with the host was great. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it!

I can't begin to explain just how amazing this experience was. A group of seven of us were in Johnson City for a wedding, and Vanessa & Marlin, we're nothing but providing, cordial, and helpful. The property was fantastic, with several available amenities that made our stay easy and FUN. The neighborhood is QUIET and is close to several eateries and stores if you are looking to stock up for the week. If you are in the Johnson City area, I cannot recommend this property enough.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. This property is lovely and we didn't want for anything. Our gracious hosts had blueberry muffins, orange juice, brownies, a charcuterie board and crackers and assorted coffees waiting for us. The beds were extremely comfortable. They even have an adjustable bed for those that may need to be elevated when they sleep. The yard and backyard is park-like and there is a wonderful hot tub for your relaxation. Our hosts have gone over and above to provide for everything you might need or want. Don't hesitate to book this, lovely, clean, outstanding property. You won't be disappointed.

Our stay with Vanessa was wonderful. The house was close to everything and fully equipped with everything we would need. The extra touches to make us feel welcome was so nice. The house was located perfectly for our destination as our niece graduated from college.

Amazing home, comfortable and clean with great hosts who are ready to address any concerns. Over all location is prime and the large home, hot tub and comfortable beds were just what we needed after exploring the tri cities area. Highly recommend to any family staying in this area!

Looks nice from outside. Have a nice Jacuzzi and good backyard. This house seems to be occupied by owners most of the time. The closets are full of clothes and space for guests to put their clothes. You have to leave your stuff in your suitcases. The house is very Clumsy and busy. Smell of Dogs if you are allergic. Furniture needs deep cleaning. If you are looking for a clean and organized place, probably not this one. Overall, average for the price.

A beautiful home in an beautiful neighborhood. It was -2 outside and cozy inside, a perfect white Christmas. The owners are great to deal with and there are so many little touches that make it feel like home. From the fresh brownies on the counter when we arrived to coffee and creamer. There are even little soaps incase you forgot yours. We definetly want to visit again.

This is great property if you want all the convenience and comfort of home! Plenty of space and close to everything in town! Beds were super comfy and we loved the hot tub. It was a pleasure to communicate with Vanessa and Marlin. They really make you feel at ease.

Vanessa was the Best Hostess Ever!!! Vanessa went out of her way to make sure we felt at home, with snacks, comfy pillows and blankets so we could cuddle up on the big comfy couches. The houses was beautiful and didn’t disappoint at all. Plenty of room for all, the inside was as beautiful as the outside. We will stay here again….

Very nice property. Great off-street parking and fully appointed kitchen. Would have preferred the digital door lock to be on the back door rather than the front door because you tend to enter and exit from the rear of the house rather than the front.

We truly enjoyed the house as much as possible under the circumstances. We went to do a celebration of life and a last mile for my son in law. They were a huge help and the house was absolutely awesome! I am so glad they were willing to work with us so very much!

Home was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, comfortable. Hostess was gracious, made certain that all our expectations had been met. Bedding was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. Hot tub was ready to go, more than enough large fluffy towels for hot tub use. In addition to Dish, Netflix and Amazon Prime was available (maybe others, didn't have time). Highly recommended.

Vanessa and Martin are great hosts! We were greeted with a personalized note, a tray of cookies, and muffins and even juice and milk in the fridge. Who ever eats cookies without milk?! This is a thoughtful host. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable and the property had every amenity that we needed. We were in the area for a wedding with our son, his wife and their two year old. The house was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub most evenings after the baby was in bed. The location was close to everything we could have wanted; restaurants, shopping and the downtown area were easily accessible. I would highly recommend Vanessa’s DTOR for anyone visiting the Johnson City area.
