Open the door to a newly refreshed, large two-story, two bedroom, two and one half bath condo (with attached garage) in amazing Ole', surrounded amidst the stunning landscape at the award winning Lely Estates in Naples! Entertain starting in this exceptionally spacious Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite tops. It’s well appointed with a microwave, and all new coffeemaker, hand mixer, toaster, silverware, glassware, dishes and cookware (all purchased in summer, 2021). Freshly painted in August, 2021, this unit features high ceilings, a casually appointed dining area and new furnishings throughout. For entertainment, there are three smart, HD flat panel televisions (one being a new, centrally located 70" Ultra 4k), high speed internet and a cable television package to the Master bedroom and Family Room (the Guest Bedroom has Roku). Best of all, you have full access to the amazing, amenity loaded 20,000 square foot Village Center, featuring a magnificent resort style pool with waterfalls, pool service often with cocktail specials, semi-casual dining and a pub. The Village Center offers beach volleyball, bocce', private shade cabanas and tons of lounge chairs to melt your stress away! Whether you need to workout in a world class fitness center, relax in a hot tub or bring the little ones to their charming children's pool, the Village Center has you covered (photos of the Village Center are forthcoming). Feel free to use the business center or you can work from your private desk at home. Although there is so much more to mention, all of this is for Ole' residents and guests only. Looking for golf, Lely Resort offers two challenging, meticulously maintained professionally designed courses with a pay-to-play platform. If tranquility is what you’re hoping for, this quad unit shares a delightful private pool area with the other 30 or so units, offering several lounge chairs, round table dining, conversation seating and poolside wifi...there's even a barbecue grill…..all outside, just steps away from your backdoor (see photo taken from Primary Bedroom window!). Don’t forget your pickleball racquets, the newly constructed lighted courts are just a short walk away. Ole' is perfectly located, a quick drive to downtown Naples, offering world class shopping and dining or perhaps you would like to experience a stunning orange sun, set slowly into the gulf at a beachside diner in neighboring Marco Island, both are just a short 20-25 minutes away. The famous white sand Naples Beach is located close by too! No matter what you are looking for, whether it’s sun, sports, fine dining, shopping or just a glass of wine and hors d'oeuvres at the front porch, this unit has it all (including a washer and dryer of course!)! As with many other resort communities, Ole’ mandates all guests complete a Tenant Evaluation form, which requires a $150.00 fee in addition to a 30 day minimum stay requirement.

We can't say enough good about our 6 week stay at Bob's condo in Ole. The condo itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped, and made us feel right at home. There's an extra pool conveniently located steps away where we met many friendly neighbors. We also enjoyed Ole's beautiful community pool and community center. Bob was a wonderful host. He was very responsive, a good communicator, and kept us informed about all of the fun activities Ole has to offer. We would highly recommend staying here with Bob as your host. We definitely will be returning.

The rental started out well – with some minor resolvable problems. Bob responded quickly. Then, one morning we found signs taped to front and back of the unit that said they would be replacing the roof starting the next morning and we had to remove our car from the unit’s garage. A crane would be blocking the garage door. We went to the Ole office and were told that the Property Owners Association decided to replace roofs due to hurricane damage - the owners were aware of the planned project four months before the start of our rental. We could cancel two months prior to our reservation. Bob never told us that the roofing project would be taking place during our stay. Had we known – we would have cancelled the reservation and had our money returned. Our daughter had booked a flight earlier for her and our granddaughter. Their 4-day visit began the morning the roofing project started. The roofing company started hammering/pounding clay tiles at 7:30 AM and stopped at 5:30 PM. The pounding was so bad that it broke the casing off a ceiling sprinkler. The workers had to escort us to/from the front door so we wouldn’t trip over the clutter. Most of the removal effort was over in three days. However - they spent the next week working on underlayment/flashing and stucco repair - more loud pounding and sawing! The Ole at Lely Resort has a lot to offer. The POA has responsibility for building exterior. We'd recommend checking with them before cancellation deadline.

Nicely appointed. Close to Marco and Naples beaches, restaurants and shopping. Very nice main club house, pool and restaurants. Theater in community with free movies and popcorn

Everything about this stay was perfect. Owner was quick to respond to our questions and provided updates on all activities in the community. Condo was well supplied with everything you need.

My husband and I enjoyed EVERYTHING about staying at Robert’s property. The townhouse is decorated beautifully and the quality kitchen has everything one needs. We were informed weekly about the Olè activities and we enjoyed the amenities especially the pools, the gym, the pub, the Bistro, AND the movies. The location is halfway between Marco Island and downtown Naples. There are many parks with great hiking trails. If you want a fabulous place to stay, we highly recommend this townhouse with Robert as your host!

The unit was very clean, very quiet, and had all the amenities I was looking for to make my stay very enjoyable. The location was convenient for grocery shopping and taking an hour walk through the complex walk each morning. Would definitely stay at the unit again.

Very much enjoyed our month long stay here. Very nice place just as described everything new and unit was well stocked. Easy access when we arrived. Safe area with friendly neighbors lots to do in the area and most everything you need is within walking distance. Highly recommend!
