Great location near LSU! The spacious, open floorplan allows for a relaxing flow from kitchen to dining to living room. The kitchen has electric cooktop and raised breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area is full of natural light. Not appropriate for older/handicapped individuals. Tubs are high making it difficult to get into and out of tub safely without hand rails. It was a nice place to stay while visiting family.

Renting of this home was easy and I loved everything about it except the GARAGE situation. Having to open it and waiting close it, then drive around to the front to lock home and be on our way. Strongly suggest a Garage door opener even if you have to pay a deposit. It would make it much more easier for guest. Overall I Loved this rental and looking forward to coming to Baton Rouge again.

We had a great stay! Home was just what needed. Beds were super comfortable!! Our event was being held at Lamar Dixon Center, so it was the perfect location. We came from AZ, TX, and AL. Communication with Raven was great! If we’re ever in the area again would definitely stay here! Thanks again Raven! 🤗💐

We've stayed at numerous homes with AIRBNB & Verbo... this is one of the top 10. Clean, spacious, comfortable seating, safe, & nice neighborhood. Reading online about Baton Rouge we were a little nervous about where we were staying.... but no worries here! She has good security, ( the best we've ever had) good outdoor lighting and a garage! People who rent their homes should use this place as a model.

My friends and I came to town for the Garth Brooks concert. The house was perfect. There was one couple and the two single adults and we each had our own space. We were able to order food in while we got ready for the evening. The house is even cuter than the pictures lead us to believe. If I ever have a need to come back to Baton Rouge, I'll be sure to rent this property.
