A beautiful view of the waterfront awaits from almost every room! Head 1.3 miles to lounge on the golden shores of Las Olas Beach. Enjoy a shopping spree at the fashionable Galleria at Fort Lauderdale (3.2 miles). Hugh Taylor Birch State Park (2.8 miles away) is home to an array of wildlife, hiking and biking trails, and opportunities for kayaking. Boca Raton (22.7 miles) is a great day trip option, with cultural attractions, golf courses, museums, and upscale shopping and dining.

Kick back and relax in the main living area, featuring a large leather sectional and TV. Nearby, an elegant family room has plenty of plush seating — the perfect retreat for reading and after-dinner drinks. Upstairs, a stylish second living area offers a quiet haven, complete with a pair of love seats and a 46' TV. Prepare favorite recipes in the open kitchen, outfitted with sparkling granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A dining table beside the kitchen and a formal dining area accommodates everyonefor sit-down meals.

On the entry level, a luxurious primary bedroom includes a king bed, a small child's bed, and a 55' TV. A lavish en-suite bathroom boasts two vanity areas, a walk-in shower, and a gorgeous jetted tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while a third bedroom has a queen bed and a 35' TV. Both rooms have their own en-suite bathroom, outfitted with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the fourth guest room has a king bed and twin-size daybed, and the fifth bedroom offers a queen bed. Both rooms have a 46' TV, and their own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Your tropical outdoor haven is complete with a resort-style pool surrounded by loungers. A large poolside patio area has a table for alfresco dining, a plush sectional, and a gleaming gas grill. Moor your boat at the 80’ dock (with no bridges or restrictions leading to the dock).

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
The pool area and backyard are not available for use after 10 p.m. Noise travels through the canal and even small gatherings can disturb neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
Upon arrival, there will be a concierge/meet & greet service. The reservation holder must be present with ID in order to check in.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was beautiful. We stayed for Tortuga weekend and it was prime. It was very close to the beach although we didn’t walk it is very walkable. Some good restaurants nearby and shopping is close. Other reviews mentioned issues with the back doors. I had no issue with them. They locked and unlocked perfectly fine.

Great time with family - space was great for the 8 of us - pool was a little disappointing and a few light bulbs were out - just a little TLC needed around the place - a few more items in the kitchen pot holders etc.. but overall very happy

Loved the waterfront location and the peaceful neighborhood. House has the needed amenities for an enjoyable stay. Only issue was lack of management resolution to pool app login issue. We were unable to login to control pool heater or lights because the app continued to request a password change although that option appeared to be locked.

The house was clean, but lacked basic amenities. No welcome book to reference house and nearby attractions or restaurants. One hand towel in the kitchen and no pot holders. No trash bags for kitchen. Two dishwasher pods for entire week with 10-12 people. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Toilet seat in one bathroom rotated half off when sat on and same bathroom when the cold water was used, there was a huge pipe rumbling throughout the house.. AC in master bedroom stopped working every night. Everyone complained of poor bed mattresses. One bath towel per person. Front door had to be forcefully opened. Dragging on the bottom. The pool pump, heater and lights did not work. Pool umbrella would not move to shade table. Location was quite but could not see renting this property again. We should receive some type of refund. Would not rent this property for more than half of what their asking. Better homes available as we looked.

The location was perfect and we were able to enjoy the outdoor space in the evenings. The house itself needs some updating and had some damage upon our arrival-mostly aesthetic. Otherwise, each bedroom has a bathroom and every room has queen size bed or bigger which was nice.

When we arrived the pool was dirty and there was letter from the pool maintenance company to call them. We did…no one answered. Vacasa was completely unhelpful and no one ever called us back. No property manager checked in. The codes provided did not work either. It was not fixed for our entire stay. Use your money to book a place that cares to make your stay memorable.

Location. This house is in dire need of a management inquiry into its maintenance and cleanliness. Dirt and debris pervaded the exterior area with solar path lights strewn all over the front and back yards; untrimmed trees; dirt around the A/C units: pool debris and stains; tile missing from the outdoor table; patio/deck pavers uneven; misting system not operational; doors that did not close properly(front); patio doors missing handles and not fitting properly; refrigerator part of the build in unit not operational until my son-in-law allowed it to completely defrost, cleaned the coils and switched it back on. Cutlery in uneven counts; insufficient towels in bathrooms; towel bar in master bath that fell off the wall and had to be reset; toilet paper holder, fell off the wall(downstairs) near kitchen had to be reset. The king bed upstairs was not usable. It may have been missing support. Needless to say, our "vacation" time was not restful. This WAS a beautiful house at one time but management of its maintenance has taken a back seat to profit. It is too high a price for the quality we received. As a former Realtor, I would not put a house in this condition until the maintenance was completed.

The house was in a great location - only 1 mile to the beach and 1 mile to the Las Olas strip. The house comfortably slept our group of 10 in beds. The house is outdated and not well kept. The outdoor furniture is broken and was dirty. The interior of the house has been updated in some aspects and was very out dated in others. The interior was clean overall, but could have been in better condition. The kitchen was averagely stocked with pans but was lacking in some areas (no cookie sheets, dirty dishes put away, etc). We blew a fuse downstairs when blow drying hair and was told the fuse box was in the garage which was locked to guests. The maintenance man came the following day and found the fuse box in a bedroom closet. Overall, poor communication and handling of our stay from Vacasa.

Great location and pictures acturatley matched the house! Such a relief. Well laid floorplan for kids and parents with every room having a en suite bathroom. Couple of minor issues with the pool heater being stuck on. Called twice and no one called back but still overall a great trip!
