Our place is perfect for families, couples, solo adventurers and business travelers (1.2-miles to Mercy Medical Center; 1.3-miles to Shasta Regional Medical Center).

***There are 2 bedrooms and 4 beds in the house. The upstairs master has a King bed. The downstairs suite has a King bed and sofa sleeper. The upstairs oversized nook with a door has a small double bed.***

This home is the absolute best spot to hide away in while you relax, refresh, laugh and swap stories after work or play in Redding.

We had a great stay in this cozy and beautiful house. Our host Angela is awesome, she arranged everything inside neatly so we feel comfortable like home! The kids loved it too! I absolutely recommend this host to all the traveling families.

No hand rails for steep stairs. I noted that the stay was because I was having foot surgery, but was not told that the house was not suitable for me. Booked 2 nights but could only stay one. Had to book a hotel for the second night. Also, the first morning there we were awakened to gardeners uding leaf blower.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. The house was updated and very clean. New appliances, lots of clean towels, and plenty of soap and shampoo. Our daughter loved sleeping in the little closet nook! Our only complaints - we wish the downstairs bedroom had the same high quality bed and mattress that was in the upstairs bedroom and we couldn't find a full sized cutting board.

I rented this property in order to attend Kool April Nights. I towed a car on a trailer, and saw that this property had a large driveway that would accommodate that. The home was nicely updated with a 2x2 setup. The second bedroom was downstairs, which gave a nice privacy affect with the other couple that came along. The property manager (owner I believe) was very responsive and kept me up to date with everything I needed.

The sun was out! We enjoyed the back picnic table while eating and sitting in the sun. We are from Oregon and wanted sun! Inside home was comfortable and uncluttered decor. We liked the kitchen appliances. Thank you!!

We've been to many places in California, but never Redding so we wanted to spend a few days here. The house was in the perfect spot, anywhere we wanted to go was between 5-15 minutes away from it. The house itself was great as well. Our kids loved that it was roomy enough to run around in, yet still had a cozy feel. It had two giant beds, with an additional futon and smaller sleep space, plenty of room for everyone to sleep in. The kitchen helped us save some money by shopping locally and having some home cooked meals. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Redding. Thanks again to the hosts!

Very spacious, which was perfect for the toddler and young grandchildren. The kids really loved the loft type bed. It was such a fun 'hideaway' for them! The host was very accomodating and quick response when we had a question. Smooth check in and great location.Close to shopping and downtown. Looking forward to future visits.

The property is reasonably priced and had all we needed. It was very comfortable and cozy. We stayed on the main upstairs floor as it was just the two of us. Because of the 3 short sets of outside stairs (about 12 steps in total) to gain access to the house, if you have mobility problems, this may not be the property for you. We had bikes with us and for the first night we got the bikes up and down the stairs to the house. That felt like too much work, so the second night we just left the bikes chained on the bike rack on the car and that worked fine and no body bothered them.

The purpose of our trip was to bicycle the trails of Redding, particularly the Sacramento River Trail. The house very well located and very quiet. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. The bathrooms were nicely updated. The living room furniture was comfortable. We had a few minor issues when we were there and the property manager responded very promptly. Angela , the manager was a delightful person to deal with. When she entered the house, it was like a breath of fresh air. She was very, very pleasant, very competent and just a pleasure to deal with. We've never encountered a more pleasant and competent manager. She was awesome!

We had an amazing stay at Angela's property in Redding. Perfect place to crash and enjoy the hot tub after a full day outdoors. We really enjoyed cooking our meals in the well stocked kitchen.

My adult son and myself enjoyed the well designed and remodeled home. Very comfortable beds, clean, nice setting in town, well appointed kitchen. Our hosts are generous with the supplies in bath and kitchen. We felt refreshed!
