About this house rental
The property is less than 10 minutes drive from University of Missouri. Newly installed hvac system has built in automatic humidifier and UV light that filters air inside the house and normally usef in optical clinic. Full Spectrum, near zero emf dry sauna is available for use with extra fee if desired.
Family reunion and celebrations are encourage except for wild parties. The living room has 85” QLED with Samsung tv plus channels, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN +. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your own food. Air fryer, pressure cooker, blender, & waffle maker are readily available. What you see in the picture is what you’ll get. This place is in a quiet neighborhood and the street is a cul de sac.
Baby crib and high/booster chair is available. Stair gate is also available for toddler’s safety.
Washer and dryer are available if you book for at least 3 nights.
The backyard is kid-friendly with playground, trampoline, and hammock.
We are 3 minutes drive from Oakland Park and 2 miles away from Bear Creek Trail. It is located 9 minutes drive from I-70 intersection and 10 minutes away from University of Missouri. The location is 3 minutes away from highway 63. Taco Bell, McDonald's, Sonic, Moser’s, and Gerbes Grocery are 5 minutes.

House worked really well for our family. My daughter loved playing in the back yard. The owner was kind enough to let us in early to accommodate her nap time.

The property was fabulous! Exactly as discribed. Owner very informative concerning anything we needed to know about property. Owner left muffins,bananas some beverages for us, what a thoughtful touch. The backyard was amazing! Kids enjoyed the trampoline and swingset. Would definitely book here again! Just can't say enough good things about the property!

The home was as advertised per the pictures. It had more than enough room for three adults and one teenager. We were in town for MU graduation. Was able to enjoy a nice barbecue dinner with our family and graduate. The home was clean and stocked with amenities that a lot of VRBO’s no longer provide! Wish more VRBO’s actually took this into consideration when people are traveling. Thanks for a great stay!!!

This is a lovely house with a kid friendly backyard. We chose it due to price and that the pictures showed a porta crib and high chair. Having the crib and chair meant we didn’t have to pack our own. The home owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Very very nice place, very clean and appealing from all aspects. Property owner was very communicative with me, responded anytime needed. I actually left this property and mistakenly left my wedding ring, I reached out to the property owner and he was very truthful and returned my ring to me with no complications, misunderstandings or hassle. Very trustworthy people, i appreciated that more than anything.

We decided to try VRBO this year while attending Championship meet in Columbia This weekend it is very difficult to get a hotel at a desent price. Property was located away from traffic and was pretty private. House was clean and well stocked. We arrived to muffins and bananas on counter.
Only ouch was coffee machine. It is a pod machine. While pods were available, there was six of us so we had to run out to buy more as we are all coffeeholics. Lol

Perfect size for our party of 6. Please note that while the amenities show this is pet friendly, it is not. The trampoline and swing set in the yard was perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter. I even tried it out myself. Stairs to get inside then more stairs inside, though. Could use a lamp on the nightstand in the bedroom at the end of the hallway. A towel hook for the hallway bathroom would be a terrific addition. Otherwise, it has everything you need.

The house and owner surpassed our expectations. We were greeted by fresh roses in every bedroom and beautifully made beds. The smart house and well equipped kitchen were a treat. We were able to make a family brunch with the waffle maker and sit down at the dining table together. Oscar was incredibly helpful and gave many helpful tips. I highly recommend.

This is a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. Peaceful and very impressive how the house is decorated. Was easy to get to with directions and address. Neighbors were nothing but kind and had great things to say about the owners. Loved this smart home. That made it easier to maneuver around each other. My family all loved their rooms and they loved being in the back yard and on the deck morning and night. This is my new go to place when visiting Columbia, Missouri every-time whether it's just me and my husband or family again.

This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s very convenient if your stay includes a trip to Faurot Field for a football game. The location is perfect. I’ll definitely stay again in the future.

We enjoyed the property. It allowed us to emulate and reproduce our home experience for these two celebrations. Checkin was easy as well as departure. This was a great house - in a quiet, clean neighborhood. The house was comfortable and very clean. The owners was very helpful and answered questions immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We were so impressed with Oscar's communication and loved the little extras (muffins, bananas, coffee) that were available to us during our stay on top of all the necessary basics. My youngest daughter had a blast on the trampoline and my oldest loved the hammock. We will definitely check the availability of this place if we are ever in town again.

Invited some girlfriends to come enjoy Mizzou Homecoming and the lovely fall weather that came with it. Really nice for everyone to have their own room. Great kitchen that allowed us to enjoy some home cooked meals (grocery store just a mile away). 11 minute drive from campus. Oscar was the perfect host, great with communication. Such a pretty yard, definitely enjoyed the full fall colors of the trees.

This is by far one of the best places I've stayed at in Columbia. Oscar was very prompt in his replies.
The house is super clean, the beds were comfy, and there were parking for four cars. Overall, I definitely recommend booking here.

The house was very nice and had what we needed.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but we were apprehensive when the property owner kept texting us about keeping the doors locked and the vehicles locked due to gang acivity in the neighborhood. It was obvious by all the texts from the owner that there were multiple cameras monitoring our activities.

My husband and I took a weekend get away trip to Columbia. It was a lot of fun. The smart loft is a great place to stay and close to many restaurants and activities. The host was great and communicated very well with us. I will definitely book it again.

Excellent stay and host!
Oscar was a great host and the place was everything we hoped for from the listing! The place was clean and well kept and we were greeted with some snacks and beverages for our stay. The front door was easy to access and we felt safe as it locked behind you. Our host was available and had a quick response time to any questions or needs throughout the time leading up to the stay and during our visit. We did not even notice or hear from the property owners during our stay which was super nice to give you that feeling of privacy unlike some places we have stayed at where the hosts seem to always be around or lingering. Lot of smart technology in the house and we had no issues utilizing any of the appliances or features. Bedrooms were nice sized and welcoming. The driveway can easily fit 4 vehicles as well. Overall, a great experience for us and we would gladly book with Oscar again next time we return to Columbia!

I've never rented a VRBO where the owner lives on the premises and I wasn't sure if that would be strange at all. It is NOT. The house is a split level. The owner lives downstairs and is locked off. We had the entire upper level. We did not use the same entrances or exits and we actually never saw or heard them. So it was exactly like having a whole house to ourselves.
The house had everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean, well appointed. And it was very much a smart home. Luxury electric reclining couches and chairs, Alexa controls everything. Our goofy kids got such a kick watching eachother on the giant screen TV showing them on the Ring camera. They were blown away by the smart TV and were thrilled at being able to watch YouTube right on the TV. Also the yard is huge and beautiful. Our kids spent hours outside jumping on the trampoline and playing on the swing set.
I was also especially impressed with how friendly and accommodating Oscar was. Just bent over backwards to accommodate us. Even left muffins and eggs for us and it was nice that the refrigerator and pantry had basic spices and condiments. The house is very conveniently located close to Columbia's downtown area. I will absolutely return for our next visit to Columbia. Thank you Oscar!

Feels like home.
This is a marvelous place to stay. The location was close to Columbia College and shopping. It is a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. It was clean and nicely furnished. The host was extremely accommodating. We only utilized the beautiful deck, grill and back yard between rain storms. It is a modern high tech house. We would recommend staying here.

We realky enjoyed the stay. It was clean and very comfirtable flet like home away from home they made accomodations for my 2 yr old and my friends son had his xbox with him. He was able to set it up and use wifi to play on it and he is 16 so if you have a teenage boy you know they live on video games. They even had a few things in the fridge for us like a water and few beers some fruit just a few different things which was nice for them to have done.They have very comfy beds just a very nice place and very clean. Its great a good size family or few people or a couple of friends with a couple kids to stay at would definately use this once again when we go down to visit friends again or for a weekend get away. They were very helpful, just wonderful hostes in general. I would rate it as a 5 and I would definatley stay again. I absolutley recommend this to any who want to stay for a little get away in Columbia Mo. Thank you so much Oscar and family again we enjoyed our stay.
