About this house rental
Located in the Huukan Golf Course neighborhood, this home has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Large backyard with gated side yard to park River or Sand Toys. Close to Avi Casino, Colorado River, Lake Mohave and Laughlin Casinos. Short drive to off-road trails, hiking, rock climbing and hunting. Play all day then relax at night with some s'mores in the backyard fire pit.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed sleeping 2 with private spacious bathroom with double vanities and walk-in closet. 2nd guest room has a queen bed sleeping 2. 3rd guest room has 1 Bunk bed for the kids consisting of a twin over full and a pull-out twin trundle bed sleeping 3-4. A pack and play is available for those with infants/toddlers.
The garage is NOT available for use. Owner has door to garage secured so there is no access from inside the house to the garage or from the garage to inside the house.
In the evenings, enjoy the backyard with covered patio, table and Blackstone flat top grill. There are 2 movable patio umbrellas to use during the hot summer days and a fire pit for those cool winter nights.
Minutes from grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants but far enough away to get some peace and quiet during your vacation. Perfect home for your water toys in the summer and off road vehicles in the winter.
It is a VERY quiet and safe, community. Quite time in backyard is 10 pm by AZ law and is strictly enforced in this neighborhood. Absolutely no large parties or gatherings are allowed. No guests beyond the ones in your reservation, additional guests must be approved.
Available for long and short term bookings. Bookings over 30 days require a separate rental agreement. Please send an inquiry for long term pricing.
Special Features: Smart TV's in living room and guest bedrooms, each having apps including Netflix, Hulu, and Disney +. There is NO cable television. Fully equipped kitchen (Utensils, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots & pans, etc). Extra linens, pillows and blankets.
All children must be supervised by an adult while using pool or pool area. All pool towels must remain on property. No unauthorized guests for swimming pool use. NO GLASS near the pool area.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Guests are requested to pull trash can to the curb and back on trash pickup days (Tuesday’s and Friday’s truck comes early)
Pets are allowed. 1 dog or cat only. Additional fee of $25.00 per stay. $500.00 cleaning fee if you bring any undeclared animals. Must pick up after pet.

NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE! Smoking permitted outside only. Guest to clean up any ash and butts. If house smells from smoking, additional cleaning fee will be applied up to max of $500.00

During the winter months (Oct-Apr) the pool will only be heated to 80 degrees. The pool will not be heated unless requested. If a higher temperature is requested (Max 85), an additional fee ($25.00/day) will be required.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property has 3 exterior security cameras, located at the driveway area, front door and pool area. All cameras are outward facing. Any altering of the security cameras will result in fines.

My family and a friend with their daughter enjoyed the hell out of this house! My son had a great 4 year old birthday and the two kids enjoyed the bunkbeds.

WOW!! What an experience it started as soon as we walked through the door. My husband and I don't have any human kids but we are Fur Parents 🐾 and needed a home that would accommodate our 1 y/o Puggle and nephews and nieces. Your home definitely delivered. We had a blast. Being at the River all day and coming home to the pool or game night with all the board games. Amazing Thank you again

This property was amazing! The house is so clean and well setup. Amy and her husband responded quickly to make sure our stay was perfect. We has our dog with us and the enclosed yard was perfect for her to wonder around. The house has everything you will need and more. The private pool is heated and beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and very clean. You could not find a better rental unit.

Awesome summer vacation, we love coming out to the river during the summer days. Definitely enjoyed staying at a home rental rather than a hotel. We will be doing this soon again.

This was a amazing home. Very clean and lots of goodies to make the stay awesome, even with the hot days! We really enjoyed the beautiful pool with mini waterwall and lights for the evening. We were going to utilize the blackstone grill, but wearher didn't co-operate. We hope to come back next year to this amazing golf community! Thank you Amy!

Beautiful home and pool. Fast response if we had any questions and when the air felt like it was not working the owner know and contacted us and the repair people. She is able to monitor everything from her home

We stayed at Amy's place at the end of June. It was my family and my sister's family, 3 kids, 4 adults. The house was perfect for us. They literally had everything. The pool was nice and clean. The house was very clean, it has an open floor plan which was great for family time. We never felt cramped. We would stay here again. The only down fall was the queen bed in one of the rooms was extremely uncomfrtable, the mattress kind of bottomed out to springs or a board or something. We worked around sleeping in there after the first night, there are plenty of beds.

Upon entering the house it was evident that Amy and Eric take pride and care of their property!
The house was very clean and so very well stocked with everything we needed. Coffee, filters, paper products, plastic bags, soaps, shampoo and conditioner were all provided.
The location was perfect for us as it is very close to the surrounding golf courses.
The pool is lovely although we didn't use it much due to the outside air temperatures.
We will be back and would recommend this property for anyone! 10 out of 10!

The house was beautiful, had everything you needed provided for your stay. The pool was a perfect bonus for the weather. You are a short distance from anything you choose to do or you can just sit and relax at the house. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing! We had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. I was particularly impressed that all the basics were provided like soap and shampoo. We loved how everything was labled..fans, lights, etc. It made it super easy and no time was wasted on figuring out how to work things. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This place is lovely and very accommodating. Perfectly stocked with every day essentials in case you forgot something. Spacious and clean. The pool is and excellent added bonus. Kept the kids busy the whole time. Not too far from the river if you're there to take the boat out. Definitely will book for our next river trip.
