About this cottage rental

Our cottage is at the beginning of Purple Road, one of the most desirable locations at Point Sebago for those looking to enjoy all that the resort has to offer! One minute walk to the beach, Tiki Bar, and various activities. Located across the street is the Sports Center with tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, and pickleball. Everything is easily walkable, but there is also parking in many places within the resort if necessary for mobility. Purple Rd is a dead end with little traffic, which makes it a safe spot for children to bike or play.

This clean, smoke-free cottage has 3 bedrooms (queen, full and twin bunks), 1.5 baths, a full-size sofa bed, and a spacious living area, complete with a couch and entertainment center to accommodate a large family.

The master bedroom has a new queen size bed, flatscreen TV w/DVD and a large built-in closet. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with built in closet. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and a closet. The lounge space adjacent to the kitchen has a full-size sleeper sofa and entertainment center with a flatscreen TV, and can be separated from the other living space with the sliding glass door for extra privacy or sound barrier. In the living room, there is a large reclining couch (both ends recline) as well as the third flatscreen TV.

Our cozy cottage is fully stocked with cooking utensils, spices, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster oven, A/C, three TVs, as well as a washer/dryer. This cottage has everything you need, and extra supplies can be found at the General Store. All you need to bring are extra paper goods, towels and bed linens. As much as we love our furry friends, we have a strict no pet policy to keep all of our guests safe.

In addition to the front deck, which is great for morning coffee, there is a larger (14x20) and more private back deck that has a table, chairs, and a gas grill for enjoying a barbecue. And, if you want more of a camp feel, hang out in the side yard on the Adirondack chairs that surround the fire pit!

In addition to swimming and water activities in Sebago Lake, there is daily programming that has something for the whole family! Kids programs include day camps, washer toss, beach games, canoe and kayak races, dances, miniature golf, arts and crafts, races with prizes and much more. Adults can relax on the beach while the kids play, enjoy the golf course, boating, fishing, happy hours, as well as daily and nightly entertainment. Many activities are competitions for the famous "I Won It!" t-shirt which is a great piece of memorabilia from your stay at Point Sebago.

** NOTE: Point Sebago charges a $10 per person per day resort fee. You will be asked to send a separate check made out to Point Sebago to cover the resort fee when you pay the second half rental payment.

The only thing that we didn't like was the small shower. The unit was clean and we LOVED the power recliners in the couch! The location to the beach was PERFECT!

Our family of 6 and infant grand-daughter enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, so close to everything - beach, restaurant, general store! The sliding glass door made for a great separation when the baby needed to sleep, We really enjoyed the back patio and the large side yard with firepit. Would say that bunk beds better-suited to children vs adults and that listing should note that Washer/Dryer are outside. Other than that we had a great stay!! Thanks!!

Wonderful family vacation! House was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to make for a very comfortable week. Ann even left all the makings for S’mores which was a very nice touch! Within walking distance to the lake and many of the amenities the resort offers. We will be back!

My family had an amazing week at this property. The owner was so responsive and the property was even better than we expected. Great location in Point Sebago and more amenities than needed when you are supposed to be “camping”. This is MY type of camping. The cottage was clean and the layout was perfect for our family. The back deck was such a great place to relax after a long day at the beach. Counting the days until July 2024 when we will hopefully return to this same property!

We enjoyed the. Looseness to the beach, for us proximity to the water is key, purple road is the preferred location and this cottage didn’t disappoint.
