Your well-deservedrelaxing and fungetaway awaits in this newly renovated cabin centrally located in a peaceful quiet family neighborhood with a short walk tothe beach, to the stores and to eateriesindowntown OOB, and the best Pier and Amusements in Maine. This newly renovated 1-bedroom cozy cabin is perfect for those looking to spend a peaceful and lovely time near the white sand in Old Orchard Beach. Access to a trail is located at the end of our street which is great for hiking and biking through the beautiful Maine countryside. Inside the cottage, you'll be comfortable too with a comfortable bed, A/C, a Smart TV, and free WIFI. Enjoy many nearby eateries or cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or stop by themarket for cooked lobsters that isjust around the corner.Better yet, relax with a book on the front porch or catch some sun in the small outdoor space. There's a gas grill for your use. Parking for one vehicle in the designated spot for your unit is available. This convenient location makes it easy and interesting to walk to the beach, pier, restaurants, and drug, dollar and grocery stores.
7-night minimum preferred, Saturday-Saturday, duringthe months of June-September. One dog may be approved, written approval is required, most breeds will be considered, no puppies. A separate pet fee will be charged and must comply with the pet policy.
A beach buggy along with two beach chairs and two beach towels will be available to you for your use during your stay.
Now a few rules: This location is in a quiet family neighborhood, and excessive noise or parties are not permitted. No smoking inside. No firecrackers and/or fireworks or loud music at any time is permitted.

What a great little place! Perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. The home is very clean and very well equipped with all the essentials! Finding the little things like extra TP, dish soap, sponge, etc was nice to see. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the main street and pier. Considering the parking costs ($30 a day), well worth booking this home. Having a nice grassy area for our dog was a huge plus. It’s the perfect size for a couple, enough room to relax, not too big to keep tidy. We really enjoyed this home, and the owners were very nice and communicated fast. They went above and beyond to ensue we had a nice stay. Highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to OOB!

The owners thoughtfully had all the basics and much more : made the stay even more comfortable. The property was immaculate, very comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The cabin is super clean, well stocked with everything you need. The cabin is a short walk to Beach Lobster where you can order fresh steamed lobster. Also, a short distance to the beach, food, pier and shopping. Beachology was our favorite little store. We hope to return one day. Tracy and Aaron from Dayton, OH

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rental’s location was great. The beach and all the stores and restaurants were a short walk away. There was a very nice dog area in the back of the property, although at night, it’s very dark out there. A few lights would be nice. The cottage was alright. It was mostly clean and it was in a nice neighborhood, but it could have been a little more accommodating. The biggest issue was the lack of storage space for clothing. There was very little room to hang clothes and there were no drawers to put anything in, so we lived out of suitcases for the week. In the bathroom, the shower curtain had mildew on it and the shower handle was loose. The ad said there would be a Keurig and a beach wagon for us to use. Neither was available when we checked in. When notified, the landlord was very responsive and had both products onsite the next day, although both of these things should have been there when we checked in. Overall, it was a nice place at a fair price. A couple of small improvements would make it even better for future vacationers!

I had the best time staying here. The check in process before and at check in was a breeze with all of the information I needed being communicated well before my arrival. The cottage is beautifully updated, and it was even a perk to have central A/C as I was there during a heatwave. My dog and I had the best time since this is less than a five minute walk to a trail through the woods and about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. I would recommend this to any solo traveler or couple looking for a getaway in Old Orchard Beach!

Everything about the rental process was easy. The home is as beautiful as it looks on line. The location was wonderful. Easy walking distance to the pier and beach. Other end of the street has a lovely walking trail. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend property and owners. Hope to be back soon.

The property was okay but the fence isn’t there anymore! It was not dog friendly for a big dog, maybe a little dog.. The dog park is close but mostly dirt. There was construction going on outside my window all week, so I couldn’t sleep in. Overall we made it work.

"A really nice cabin! It was cool. Warm and comfortable. The pictures online did not show it as well as it is. It's nicer than I thought it would be. It has a small bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. The small galley kitchen looked fairly new with full sized appliances and a small table with chairs. I liked the seaside town a lot. Its around the corner and walkable to get there. There is a beach at the end of the main street in town with an amusement park, arcade, and a pier in town. The owners were very nice too! Next time I visit the area I'll do this again. Doug."
