This was one of the most beautiful and cleanest rental houses we have stayed in. They have thought of everything to make a guest feel at home. The kitchen is so well appointed with enough dishes and coffee cups. They also provide a crock pot, pop corn popper, hand mixer, blender, multiple sizes of pots and skillets and an ice maker! There was a multitude of beach towels, beach toys and a wagon. The pool was a perfect size and very clean. Communication was great and check in and check out could not have been easier. The location was superb and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the patios and pool in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Really hope to be able to stay here again.

The house was wonderful for our family vacation. The kids LOVED the kids room with the bunk beds, TV, Wii and private bathroom. It was a close walk to the beach, we just had to walk through the neighbors yard to get to the path to the beach due to the rain. They provided a wagon, chair and sand toys to pull along to the beach for a day of fun. Loved having an ice machine, never had to buy ice for our cocktails! The pool and hot tub were great, perfect size for the kids to play and adults to chill. The only thing this house was missing was a bathroom and fridge by the pool, walking up stairs to use the bathroom was the only downfall, but certainly not a deal breaker.

My family and I loved staying at this on our trip. There was plenty of space for everyone, the house was very clean, the beds were comfy, we enjoyed sitting on the porches, and loved our time in the hot tub and heated pool. The beach was a short 3 minute walk away when we wanted to go to the beach. Looking forward to booking here again in the future!

When we arrived the house was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you would need. The rooms were big with large bathrooms. Plenty of space.There was a wagon, beach chairs and sand toys you could bring on the short walk down the road to the beach. The propane was out when we arrived but called customer service and they delivered propane quickly. The pool and hot tub was the best part of the house. The pool deepest end was about 5 and half feet. I would recommend this house for your next vacation.

We had a blast enjoying this beautiful spacious and super clean home away from home. It has all the amenities you should need. The master bath is HUGE with enough room for a billiards table. Beds where comfortable. It’s a short drive to downtown. A close walk to the beach. We would definitely come back! Thanks for hosting this awesome house.

Had a quick three day get away here. The property is great. The pillows on the master bed could be replaced. They’re pretty flat. Also, there were small gnats flying around. Other than that, it’s a great place.

The property was awesome. The pool and spa were exactly as described. Plenty of pool towels and kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, cups, pots, casserole, etc. anything you would need to cook with. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire house and within walking distance to the beach.

Beautiful home but property management is terrible. Could not lock the door from the inside or outside. Started calling Vacasa on Sunday morning. Called and text several times a day until Tuesday when I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. Finally Tuesday evening a locksmith was sent. We left Wednesday morning.
The listing and the welcome book mention beach towels- there are none to be found. There are lots of extra pillows but no pillow cases. 2 roll away beds with no linens.
It’s a nice home in a nice neighborhood Just need attention to details and better response to the customer. Property manager mentioned some compensation for the issues that was never received.

Home is beautiful, clean, great size for larger groups. Neighborhood is quiet and home is a short walk to beach. Our boys loved the bunk room.
Couple issues we had:
- Had to wait in our car after the 4pm check-in time for cleaning personnel to leave.
- Television signal for network tv and streaming apps was spotty. Some days ok,...other days it would load/buffer every 15 seconds.
- Pool is more like a hot tub. Might ask to see if water temp could be lowered for location that regularly reaches heat index of 110+.
- Weren't able to find designated beach towels that were listed online (might consider bringing).
- Random maintenance man showed up in middle of our lunch and spent roughly 2 hours trying to fix an icemaker (to no avail). We were told he was coming the morning of and that we could vacate house if needed. Wished this was scheduled during a transition period between bookings. Maintenance noises delayed/disrupted our kids nap schedule.
Overall,...beautiful house in great location, but compared to our previous experiences with vrbo rentals, we were slightly disappointed at this price point.

We stayed with our toddler, both of our parents, and siblings. Combination of bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for us. Pool was fantastic. Hot tub heated up quickly and pool was very clean! Home did not have a crib but we rented one from babyquip and the rooms were plenty big to accommodate it! The ONLY drawback was the distance from the center of town. About 15 minutes from the start of the main strip and 20 minute drive to the strand. We just planned those activities for full afternoons rather than multiple short trip. Highly recommend this property!

This is an absolutely gorgeous property – one of the very best that we have stayed in, and we are experienced VRBO’ers. We enjoyed it so much that we only went out to dinner one night during our stay, and stayed to use the kitchen and the downstairs grill the other nights. The house feels brand new - clean and very comfortable – everything we needed was there. We really enjoyed the fireplace and pool, and the hot tub was simply wonderful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, and would certainly stay again our next time in Galveston.

What an amazing home! Very well kept, comfy, cozy and stocked. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, renovated bathrooms, cable, internet, a fully stocked kitchen. Our vacation was with family (8) for Labor Day weekend and we enjoyed ourselves very much even though it rained. Everyone had their own space which was what we were looking for. What you see in the pictures, is what you get!!! The spa and pool worked perfectly for us, the beach was at a 5 min walk, I mean, what not to love.
The only negative was that there were an excessive amount of mosquitoes and flies outdoors, insect repellent is a must. Maybe doing a pest control before guests arrive would be good, or have some zappers available.
I would also add dining furniture to the main balcony by the kitchen or downstairs near the pool, it would have been awesome to eat outdoors enjoying the view, minus the mosquitoes/flies, lol. Overall, highly recommend, we are planning to come back next year for sure.

Property was well maintained and kitchen stocked with all you need to cook. Pool area was nice - could use an umbrella as it does get direct sun all day. Only complaint is the trash. Apparently trash pick-up is only once a week on Mondays, so when we arrived on Thursday the trash smelled awful - was full of flies and maggots.

Pros: Beautiful home. Love all of the beds and arrangement. Also loved the pool. Great neighborhood.
Cons: ants in the kitchen and master bath every day. Very annoying. Grill was filthy!!!!! We couldn’t get the televisions in Master and upstairs bedroom to work properly.
Outside shower - scalding hot water!!! We could not use as we couldn’t get the water cool at all!!! Was very inconvenient especially with children.

Vacasa came out the next day and knew exactly how to reset the spa furnace to get it going again as they had done it before. We still used the pool and tub without the heater for that one day but it wasn’t quite as nice. It would be great if the system could be adjusted to not trip and require resets so frequently (or leave instructions on how to reset the furnace after the breaker trips). This is the only reason for 5 rather than 5 stars. We still really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Our 10-person family needed an off-season place for a long overdue reunion. We found this beautiful, sparkling, clean house. Modern and cozy. Five minutes to the beach. And a heated pool and hot tub, which were warm enough three out of four days. The other day the heat suddenly and finally came on full blast. Looking at the other reviews, I think management just needs to sort out exactly how to get the hot tub to really kick in. The kids bedroom with the four bunk beds is amazing. We would come back to this place in a heartbeat if things lined up again. We also really appreciated the absence of cleaning chemical odors.

Beautiful Home Great Location
We were there for a birthday celebration. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend with friends. The pool spa was amazing after a day of golf. We enjoyed an intimate evening by the fireplace with a glass of wine. We’ll be back!
