The resort offers an array of amenities including two heated infinity-edge swimming pools with swim-up pool bars, one heated family pool, Senses Spa by Elaina, Oceanview Fitness Club & Yoga Zone, Ernesto's farm-to-table Oaxacan fine dining, Mescalina's sports lounge, Coco Thai, Grand Palapa event space with BBQ and green space, tennis and pickleball courts, business center and learning library and General Store.

Vivo Resorts is situated along an endless beautiful beach just a short drive to Puerto Escondido, which is not an over-commercialized destination, and the area holds the greatest appeal for those seeking an authentic Oaxacan experience. Though the area is not considered overly commercialized, Puerto Escondido has a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and live-music nightlife. Love this condo. Love the beach. Love the town. The kitchen could use some additional cooking items but otherwise it is amazing.

Property overall was nice location on the beach perfect. Only issue is that the hot waters for the showers was a constant problem throughout our stay. We had to call several the front desk multiple times and still the problem persisted. Also the Spa while very nice was very understaffed but the young women who was there did an excellent job. Overall we had a good experience.

We had an absolutely amazing trip at this property. The views are unlike anywhere you can find with a hidden beach resort that is quiet and peaceful! The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous with a lovely kitchen, two huge bedrooms with ocean views, and tons of space. The main feedback we have is to stock the kitchen with some essentials like salt, pepper, oil, etc. as we would have loved to cook in the nice kitchen since the town is 30 minutes away. The tiny store on property has some items and the added grocery feature which you can set up before you arrive is great. Would be even better if they had a larger selection so you can utilize the amazing kitchen. The food at the resort though is absolutely wonderful and every meal we had was fantastic! Thanks for being so responsive and attentive, Greg and for a lovely week at the beach! We couldn't recommend this spot enough!
