About this house rental
Dolphins and Manatees in your backyard! That’s all I needed to hear when purchasing this home. Luckily it has SO much more to offer for those who aren’t as impressed with these playful mammals.
Like the oversized dock with 3 adirondack chairs (bring your boat or rent one near by & tie on), tandem & single kayak, the saltwater pool that is ALWAYS heated with plenty of floaties and pool toys, gas grill, giant jenga, even an outdoor television! This is just the outdoor fun! The pool area is screened in and there are also 3 ceiling fans outside for those hot Florida days. Along with mood lighting to match the vibes for the evening. The backyard is western facing so you will have the Florida sunshine long into the evening (so important in my opinion), with plenty of shade from the lanai and pool umbrella.
Find your way to the indoor living space and you’ll find a sparkling clean kitchen with views for days. With the high end induction stovetop you’ll make some of the most evenly cooked eggs you could imagine. Then knock twice on the viewing window of the refrigerator to see which mixer you want to grab before opening the door and don’t forget the ice globe from the freezer! If you hear a loud thud, it’s just the ice balls dropping. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar has 3 stools, if you want to eat indoors but there is also plenty of seating to dine alfresco. Just off the kitchen you’ll find seating and entertainment with a smart TV, XBOX, bumper pool, and foosball. We also include free lightning fast WiFi and a printer because we know your work is never done. In the other shared living space you find another 50” smart tv and an oversized sectional (that comfortably sleeps 2) for cozy movie nights.
The master bedroom is privately located on one side of the house with a king size Purple Premier Hybrid mattress (the most comfortable sleep I have EVER gotten). A private bathroom and a large walk-in shower. You also have access to the pool via sliding glass door. Smart TV as well.
The other two bedrooms and bathroom are situated on the opposite end of the home with a pocket door for privacy. One bedroom has a queen Purple Premier Hybrid mattress, views of the canal and pool, with a sliding glass door to access the pool. The other bedroom has 2 twin XL beds with pillowy Dr. OZ mattresses and gorgeous views of the canal. Both rooms have smart TVs. Then we have the shared bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
Apollo Beach is a quiet waterfront community where most are in bed by 10pm. Fishing or lounging by the pool all day, wipes a person out! We want to respect our neighbors and mandate a 10pm quiet time. If a neighbor calls to complain, you will be asked to vacate the property. That being said, no parties or smoking of any kind is allowed. Respect is all we ask for. This is our future forever home and really don't want to be on anyone's bad side. Some in the community are pushing hard to ban vacation rentals. We would be FOREVER grateful if you would do your best in helping us show them that not all vacation rentals are treated the same and that most humans are honest, respectable people, looking for a new and fun or relaxing experience!
There are security cameras on the outside of the property to monitor activity for our protection and yours.
If you are looking to explore outside of Apollo Beach, there is an unlimited amount of fun to be had, in any direction you choose to go!
You can reach Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-grille Beach, Reddington Beach, Anna Maria Island or Venice Beach, by boat or car, all in under an hour.
If you like to scuba dive, there are plenty of springs nearby or Venice Beach has many charters that go a few miles off the coast for fossil dives; find a Megalodon tooth in the shark tooth capital of the world!

We loved this rental home! Very clean, had everything you need. Heated pool, private dock for fishing, kayaks to use, great neighborhood. Close to almost everything. Host is amazing. I give her 5 stars alone. Highly recommend if you are thinking of renting in the Tampa area.

We had a great time at this place! It was very clean and well captain had everything we needed. We were in town for a soccer tournament, but we loved being able to have a pool and use the dock. Perfect for us.

The house was perfect for me and my family (kids 6, 9, and 14). Long story short we were planning on staying at another house when two weeks before our trip the owner of that house told us something happened and we no longer had our reservation, so we had to scramble and thankfully Christine allowed us to stay in this house, and honestly we were happy she did because her house was incredible. The pool and dock were both perfect for us to play and relax, the kitchen and living room were both great for us to live like we were at home, and the bedrooms were perfect for the 5 of us. Definitely would stay again!

My wife and I stayed here while we were house shopping for a home on Apollo Beach. This place is beautiful and immaculately maintained. House was full of extras. Sat on the dock and watched dolphins. If you want to stay at Apollo Beach try this great house. Also the host was A+!!!

Everything about this home and location exceeded our expectations! The extra little touches that Christina offered made it feel like ‘home.’ I loved the shark tooth offering and all of the door/window sliders. We loved the outdoor / pool space and we spent most of our time lounging by the pool.
The location was perfect: quiet and private. The amenities like the smart TVs, heated vent above the shower and the drawer full of spices were much appreciated. Anything you could possibly need was on hand like the pool toys, fishing equipment and beach gear.
We will definitely book again, thanks Christina!

The pictures do not do this home justice, very clean and updated! Pool was perfect and we loved the large dock for fishing and viewing the local sea life. We were lucky enough to see stingrays and dolphins right off the dock. Beds were comfortable and the amenities included are too many to list here.
Communication with Christina, Rynn and Scott was great. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking in this area!

We chose this property largely based on the amazing reviews, so I had to come back to add ours to the pile. This stunning house is in a quiet area, which was perfect for our family. There were so many pool toys, our kids had hours of fun in there. There's an outdoor TV by the pool for any supervising adults who might prefer some time out of the pool. You can also see the pool clearly from the kitchen, which is very helpful.
The kitchen....so well stocked and organized. The beds (and even pillows!) were incredibly comfortable. The place was spotless. The dock is beautiful, with a quiet, lovely canal system for kayaking. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say. There are 6 TVs in total!
Thank you for being so welcoming, responsive and thoughtful in setting the place up for guests, Christina! Please don't retire and move down there just yet--our kids are already asking when we can go back!

Christina has thought of everything!! This house is absolutely gorgeous and holds everything you need to make the most of your time here in Apollo Beach or surrounding areas!! The pool temperature is perfect and my grandchildren loved every minute of it!! Super nice park just around the corner, minutes from the Mantee viewing center and aquarium!! Thank you again!!

The house was so nice and there were small touches all throughout that made the stay extra comfortable. Between the pool with all the toys and the dock with fishing, there was no shortage of things to do. I would recommend to anyone!

Don't look any further if you are looking for a house that has everything you need to soak up the sun, swim in the pool, and fish off the beautiful dock attached to the house. The pool is very relaxing, stocked with toys and screened in which was a huge bonus with the FL bugs. The house is located on a quiet street but close enough to a grocery store, bait shop, and local park. The kids fished off the dock every morning and evening and we saw dolphins and rays swim by and caught a few catfish. Christina the home owner and Ryn the property manager were great with communication and the house has everything in the house you could possibly need from fishing poles to kayaks to shampoo in the shower. Within an hour of beautiful white sandy beaches and 35 mins to Busch Gardens. We will definitely try and rent again!

I'm pretty sure VRBO won't let me have enough characters to put into words how amazing my experience was. Location is only 30 min - an hour away from St. Pete and Tampa, but with a property like this, why would you ever leave the house?? Christina (and Ryn) were easily the friendliest, most attentive and accommodating hosts I've ever had. Every little detail was thought of in this immaculate home. Enough room for 6 people to spread out. Matresses that were so comfortable that we're looking into purchasing our own. Large saltwater pool stocked with toys. Dolphin sightings from our private dock while drinking morning coffee. We also saw stingrays and manatees while on the two person kayak (provided by host). I just can't say enough good things about Christina (and Ryn), the property, and the amazing experience. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and making memories with family. Excellent place for a relaxing vacation. Owners went above and beyond for us with an impromptu pack n play delivery for our rambunctious 3 year old grandchild.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at this property. It was clean, we stocked, and Christina was very responsive to any requests. I highly recommend this property not only because of what I previously stated about it but because you can see things like dolphins, sting rays, red drums and more. We will definitely be back.

During our 5 day stay at this perfect house in Apollo Beach we couldn't have been more happy. Christina had thought of everything! It was a great layout, had everything we needed (entertainment, music and all of the supplies). Also, she was very accommodating and helpful! We spent two full days just enjoying the house, were we played in the pool, spent time on the dock, and kayaked the canal at sunset (the sunset view from the pool was the best)! Most importantly, we saw dolphins off the dock everyday. On the last day, we even saw a school of stingrays. We hope to someday go back to the area. Best vacation! This has been the third vacation my family and I have rented in the last three years and this has been the nicest house we’ve stayed at and the owners were very accommodating and responsive to any message I sent. We enjoyed the heated pool every day and kayaked all throughout the channels around the area and got some real good pictures of the bay and even had a manatee swim under us. The view was amazing from the house. I would 100% recommend coming back and stay again!! Watching movies on the back patio was a plus also!! GREAT PLACE!!

Christina was wonderful to work with. She answered any questions we had. The house is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood away from the craziness of the spring break rush but close to many great attractions, restaurants and of course is on a canal with breathtaking views!
Our kids loved the pool the most! We did venture out to do other things but they would have been content swimming in the pool, fishing and playing billiards 😁!
The house is clean and well maintained and the washer and dryer were a life saver!!! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals there.
There is a park a close by where our boys played basketball and daughter played on equipment and a track to walk on. It is very well maintained. The manatee viewing center was a short 5 minute drive with a turtle hospital attached.
I would highly recommend staying at this VRBO and we would love to come back and stay again!! 😊

From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The house layout was perfect for our family. 2 living rooms made it ideal for kids to watch their show and the adults to watch theirs. The pool was heated and a great way for us to spend the day. The dock was great for morning coffee and fishing throughout the day. Although we didn’t catch anything it kept our teens busy. The game table and fuse ball were a hit as well. So much to do it helped keep the kids off their devices. It’s a quiet neighborhood with not much besides beaches directly around the area but that’s what we loved. We stayed in mostly and if we wanted to do something fun like Disney or Clearwater, we got in the car and drove an hour or so to do those things. The host was great, she even had the kids pick out a shark tooth from the bowl in the foyer, teeth she was able to find while diving in Venice beach. Our 4 yr olds were ecstatic to go to school to show their teachers. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to be back soon

I brought my older teens and young adult son to the property for a couple days to get away where all our schedules finally meshed to have some quality family time together. This home exceeded our expectations. We woke up to the most amazing view every day. There were plenty of activities around the house such as games, foosball, and bumper pool. There were also great water activities in the pool or kayaking. The home was fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely book this house again.

Stop looking - this is the perfect vacation home!
My family and I absolutely loved this property! The house had a 'homey' feel and the view was absolutely gorgeous. You can't get better than a pool that overlooks the dock and canal. My husband (and sometimes our teens) fished every morning and evening and all of us spent many hours enjoying the pool. We also used the kayaks several times. Publix and waterfront restaurants are nearby. Beds were comfortable. The fan and light in the master bedroom weren't working but everything else was great. We visited Clearwater Beach, USF and Riverwalk but really couldn't wait to get back to the house. It had a ton of fun things to do inside as well as outside.

Beautiful home
We felt very much at home. My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and family time in the pool was awesome. 45 minutes to Clearwater and Anna Maria Island plus a little over an hour to Orlando. We were able to relax as well as enjoy other areas of Florida without much effort. Would love to visit again!

The house was great, the outdoor living area was really cool, and we spent a lot of time on the dock chasing fish. A dolphin jumped out of the water chasing a black drum literally a foot from the deck. Very unique house, I would highly recommend it.
